Came in with my family to switch our phone service over to T-Mobile. Daniel C was fantastic. He answered all of our questions with clarity and got us set up as quickly as possible. He had a great knowledge of the phones that were offered, as well as the services offered by T-Mobile. He also was super friendly, with great customer service skills. I love T-Mobile and I especially love the folks at the Kernersville location. You can tell that David and the staff truly care about their customers. Weve been there several times and always have received excellent service. Recently, David even offered to come to my house and help me set up my T-Mobile Hot Spot router. Top notch!

We had been a long time AT&T customers and decided to switch to T-Mobile back in the summer. From the moment that we set foot in the store Daniel has taking care of us and our upgrade issues, our early termination fee reimbursements, as well as getting the newest iPhone upgrades that came out yesterday. Daniel and his entire sales staff is very knowledgeable and very very helpful. They have answered my questions regardless of how many I have. T-Mobile, and especially my local store, have been great and we plan to stay a long time!

First couple visits were 5 stars. But added a line for my wife in December, and they made a mistake setting it up as a new account instead of adding to my account. Phone didnt work over the holidays and had to go back to fix. But while they got the phone to work, they left the second account in my name in place. Six months later Im still fighting with T-Mobile over this bill that they sent to collections for the free phone I got. Unbelievable...

David was so very helpful. I thought I had lost very precious photos on my phone, He retrieved the photos and help me store them. I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to all my friends. Especially David. His help was priceless.

I ordered online around 5:30pm for a 7pm pickup. Upon arrival right at 7, my food was not ready, so i had to wait about 15 minutes for them to make it. The cashier was sweet and admitted it was his fault and even offered to pay for my meal because of his mess up. The good news was, my food was very hot and fresh! I got eggs in a basket and hashbrowns and it was delicious! Next time I would probably ask them to cook the hashbrowns extra crispy though, they were a little underdone for my tastes. All in all, it was good and even though I had to wait, I would go back.

I am a new customer, recently switching over about 2 months ago from Verizon. The customer service is top notch and hands down better than Verizon. The service may not be as good as Verizon in some areas, but with the price difference, it is well worth a little spotty service occasionally.

My experience at the T-Mobile store in Kernersville was hands down the best experience with any cell phone carrier Ive ever had and Ive been with and left 4 different carriers! My fiancé and I received the absolute BEST customer service! Being in a customer service position for 15 years now, I appreciate when someone recognizes they are in a position that deals with the general public on a daily basis and they choose to make a difference in their customers lives instead of just making a pay check. The key skills to be successful in customer service, you need to always have a smile on your face, be ready and eager to assist your customers no matter what, have a positive attitude and tone, know your product, and be personable. These are just some of the great things that I could say about Daniel or Dan at the Kernersville store. He went above and beyond to assist us, from the numerous conversations that he had with both my father and my fiancé about what T-Mobile could do for us prior to our visit to the store, to the time he spent explaining everything to me again once we arrived, to tracking down the phone I wanted and making sure that I got it before I went out of town for vacation by personally delivering my phone while we were out to eat for dinner, to staying after the store closed to make sure we had everything we needed. Homewoods is comparable to Sonesta suites. Its very nice clean spaciouscomfortable family friendly and includes breakfast. Staff is pleasant and accommodating.

The t moble store has the best customer service in the business. Their store manager Dan has helped me out in a big way and if you want to leave you big name carrier go see Dan he will hook you up.

So two days ago I was in one of the best moods Ive been in for a while. Just picked my son up from preschool and had some errands to run. As I was driving my son said he needed to use the bathroom. Ive just started my own business. On this day, I just signed up for my EIN. Went to the UPS store to buy an address suite (looks more professional than a p.o. box from the post office) then went to little Ceasars pizza. As we were bringing the pizza to my truck my son again said he needed to pee. Oh yeah, little buddy we need to go to t mobile. Lets see if they have a bathroom there. I was about to buy TWO galaxy s9. My wifes and my phones are old. Wanted to upgrade them and surprise her. I walk in. The young gentleman asked what can he do for me and I said a few things. I need to upgrade our phones and I was going ask if youd allow my son to use your restroom. He said sorry, only for employees. I said hes about to pee his pants. Not even for my 4 year old? Hes gotta go. Daniel, the other person started saying I was threatening them, which at this point all I said was my son is about to pee his pants. HES the one that got confrontational and told me to leave. So I said nice hair bun by the way and I left to so my son can pee. Came back to file a complaint just to find out Daniel was the manager. So I left. This was two days ago. So this is for you, Daniel. If you honestly think I was being confrontational, you have had a pampered life cuz I was in a great mood and just wanted my son to use the bathroom. I understand thats store policy. I will never use any business dealing with Infinitas Ventures, LLC (the owners of that t mobile store). Daniel, you are the face of that company and you need to learn more people skills. You need to learn to bite your tongue and keep a straight face. Telling someone theyre being threatening is only going to worsen the situation. I hope you learn from this lesson.

I went to Store #4084 in Kernersville NC and got the most awesome associate named Gael Bautista to help me with my phone issues as well as my IPad! Not to mention he was a handsome Devil! 😈Thanks Gael!!

I needed to have my contacts and other data transferred to my new phone but was told that I would need to go to another T-Mobile store to have it done. When I was asked what other store could do it, I was only given one option in Greensboro. I ended up calling and then visiting the store at 2013 Frontis Road in Winston and was gladly helped. I will not be going back to the store in Kernersville.

Dealt with little guy, I was told he was the manager. Lets just say Ill drive to Winston or Greensboro to never see his face again. WORST T- Mobile experience ever. Called customer service line and resolved issue in 5 minutes. This was just MY experience.

Daniel did a great job. He was very hepful addressing all my needs in my transition to Tmobile. Tmobile is lucky to have someone who cares so much about the customers and the store.

T-mobile overall has great service, so I was disappointed with the service at the Kville location. I purchased an Otterbox case there and needed a receipt so that I could exchange it for another color at another location. I was told by the manager that he could not do that for me that i would have to call the 611 number. I called customer service and even they told me that the manager could do that for me. Even the manager at the Winston Salem location in Fronts Plaza said that was odd. Either way I will not spend another dollar at the KVille location. Truly disappointed with that experience!
