I love that this store is not like most Dollar General stores because this store has polite employees and the store is always clean! Most other Dollar General stores almost always have 2 to 3 aisles that you cannot even get a buggy down much less a person, because they have boxes upon boxes of stuff just sitting in the way making it just look like a mess. This Dollar General Store always looks great and the employees are always friendly and willing to help. I have to say that I have only had 1 not so pleasant visit here and Im not going to let that single visit discourage a 5 star rating!!

This is a very nice store. Clerks are friendly, store is very well kept. Always stocked. A hidden gem in Colfax.

We came in the other week and it was very cluttered. There were wagons of boxes everywhere and some of the aisles were either blocked or hard to walk down. I had asked why it seemed so backed-up from the usual, and they had mentioned that they were running a little behind unloading trucks and that the manager had been on vacation for a few days. The manager going on vacation during busy season seems a bit unprofessional for me... Especially when they’re leaving it all to the employees. We really like this Dollar General because of its location, so I hope that they are eventually able to sort things out.Let it not go unsaid though, that I love their sales associate team and they are always very nice and welcoming.

Absolutely the nicest and cleanest Dollar General I have ever been in!

Came in here on Sunday and there was not a single person in sight – not even any sort of verbal greeting from anywhere. I saw a gentleman in maybe his early 30’s with long hair and a goatee doing unboxing in the back area of the store, but he never even batted an eye in my direction, said “hello”, or asked if I needed any assistance. Doesn’t seem like he enjoys his job. There was another employee that I caught a glimpse of just briefly, but never saw her again. The store is a mess. They have trolleys blocking just about every aisle to where you can’t even walk down them to look, and there’s items all over to where you could trip on them. Didn’t even bother getting what I went there for. That’s just disappointing; I went to another location.

I asked about an item ringing up $3 more than the sign said it was and cashier said it was right. As I left I saw the sign saying it was the price I thought but didnt want to waste the time of people in line to go back. Will never return.

This particular Dollar General was impressive to me. The store has a much larger variety of things to purchase. It was very clean and organized. There was no clutter in the walkways and very roomy. The staff was also pleasant.

The new layout InDesign concept of the stores has made in a much more pleasurable shopping experience on top of the fact that finally brought pricing down to be competitive. Overall I dont mind Dollar generals anymore and these new stores are very clean

I actually found the items I was looking for during this pandemic. I did not have to go to a bigger store around a lot of people and for that I was grateful. The cashier was friendly and courteous.

The Store was soo Clean! The Employees were very Friendly.I am so glad to have this Store nearby to shop. Dollar General need to do surprise visits at other stores. The Store on Highway 66 in Kernersville is a Total MESS! You can walk in the store with out finding aisles blocked. All the stores need to look like they are New!!!
