This Wal-Mart location was actually a pretty decent one. I had a great experience while shopping here. The location where this store is located in particular is a very safe area with low crime rates, so this store didnt have literally everything locked behind glass panels, forcing you to call for an employee to unlock a $10 charger like most other locations. Everything was well stocked, accessible, easy to find. The staff here were friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. I wish there were more locations like this Walmart.

100+ customers in line with four registers open on a Sunday afternoon at 2 PM. All employees need to be cross trained to run registers. Stocking of shelves need to be limited to nighttime hours when the store closes. This would allow for additional hiring and decrease the unemployment in our community. One of the largest conglomerates yet unfortunately customer service is not the priority. While upper management gets paid extremely well, unfortunately, floor staff does not. Store located on Hanes Mill Boulevard in a food desert of WS with limited resources on grocery stores and restaurants. So if one were to leave their cart they still would have to travel several miles to another food chain in order to retrieve the same items and possibly higher prices. Management certainly needs to reached and make some changes.Some people left their carts due to the excessive long lines. What then happens to those perishable products. Will they be disposed of, or reshelved?

We went straight to electronics and they were helpful, friendly, and fast.

Were very pleased with rest of services but auto service, not at all workers on that area, only one making the area go bad, been a couple times that we need some help, even just to let us out, hes always busy, just turning time in, hes attitude like teenager, like he had tons of customers around only us, asking for little help, this kind of people (disposable) before everyone goes bad

This Walmart alway lie about what is unavailable. They sent me the unavailable box of cereal along with the solution. Lol! The lemons were not in my order at all. I get this all the time at this Walmart. Didn’t want to go through the whole aggravation of explaining to them what is wrong with my order, so I just kept the cereal.

Best Experience Ever at a Walmart!!! Wow!! I am so amazed at how clean and orderly this store looks. Great Job guys!! Shelves were stocked very well. Even if they didnt have merchandise, the shelf was clean. I wanted to video and bring it back to show my local Walmart. I really had a great shopping experience. 100 thumbs up!!

The pharmacy staff is the best! Jenny, Tamara, Janice and the young man that is full time..have not caught his name..they have taken the time to review the prices, make calls to get me the lowest price. Its like dealing with family. They know me by face and name. Walmart definitely has great assets having them as employees!

Terrific Walmart Supercenter!

Great service. I was trying to find a particular brand of flavored water. The app gave me a location but it wasn’t there. I asked two employees both of which advised me of two alternatives to search but verified the location on the app was correct. Seems to be more employees “shopping “ for customer pick ups/deliveries now than actual customers in the store. The robot floor cleaner still makes me do a double-take. Might be beneficial to add music when it’s moving to alert shoppers until we become normalized to it.

I love this Walmart. They always take care of the customer and do so with the Kville personality. Keep up the great work and service!!!

Don’t do grocery order here. They’ve cancelled two of my orders a minute before my pickup time. And now I’m dealing with it a third time, but my status on the app will not change past preparing and it’s 40 minutes after my allotted time to pickup. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone to tell me if my order is ready. They’ll answer the phone and then hang up. When you work in customer service you treat people with respect, and they absolutely do NOT do this here. They are rude and lazy.

I dont recommend the grocery pick up at this store. Its unbelievable. If you are going to offer a pickup sevice then please dont pick past the expiration date. If the amount of cars are to much per time slot, then limit the amount of cars. Also, no one seems to be available to answer the phone.Prior to the app change, you were able to return items like this, now they are wanting you to come into the store to return the item. Some items are understood for returning to the store. That literally defeats the purpose of pickup. Its a waste of my time and money. No one wants slimed food or days past the expiration date.

Terrible. Stopped by the deli for fried chicken at 11:00am. None to be had. Had one young lady running the deli while 3 cake decorators huddled up at the opposite end yucking it up and watching her bust her tail. Asked why they werent helping her and was told that they were cake decorators and didnt help out the deli end. She asked if I could come back in an hour. Made the trip back an hour later and still no fried chicken to be had. Shed Shed been so busy waiting the counter that again she forgot to start any. She asked if I could give her another 30 minutes. Grabbed a bag of frozen breast strips and left. Sunday is one of the busiest deli days at any store with one. Please explain why there was only 1 person scheduled to work in the deli and 3 cake decorators scheduled to watch her work. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!

This is the only Walmart in the area that is never crowded unlike Greensboro and High Point. The only problem I have with this store is they need more employees. A lot of empty shelves! Other than that a very clean store. Hire more people Walmart!

Very happy the auto service center is open again for oil changes since they have the cheapest prices but I had to call over a dozen times to get the right department and I asked for them to check my battery but I would have to wait till more help showed up for workseveral hours so I took the battery and installed it myself...they need to get some help however the battery was cheaper then anywhere else so I will live

I like going to this Walmart location because it is one of the cleanest Walmarts I have been in. The people are very courteous and helpful. And the parking lot isnt as dirty as all the others in the area. The other stores can learn something from this store. Kudos to the staff at this store.

In the last year or maybe less oh, the shelves are mostly empty. No particular shows all the shelves. Food pet food material items non-food. It seems the manager just doesnt care anymore. Either that or whoever orders this stuff just doesnt. Ive started shopping online from much of what I used to buy there. Its convenient and a shame that I cant use it anymore.

Well stocked. Their produce department is exceptional. Everything looks fresh and crisp. Alot better than the Mayodan Walmart. Kernersville Walmart has a lot more variety. Loved it!!

Walmart always has product whether it be food, shampoo or a new outfit for a good price and decent quality! They switched over to check yourself out registers and reduced the # of the ones where someone checks you out. Very frustrating....what happened to Service? Otherwise a good Walmart.

Went to pick up my grocery order.I had placed online . Sometimes I get other things I didnt even order.And I dont like the blanket substitution.I go in my order and either approve or not item by item.Pick up is really good.Very easy parking lot to navigate.

They have great toys and collectables, but they havent stocked their shelves in about 5 months.

Horrible. Don’t expect any customer service in the electronics department! Stood there for over an hour, asked 3 employees to get someone & they all came back and said “someone is coming”, no one ever showed up. They even put it over the intercom system & still no one showed. Finally, after an hour of waiting to purchase a laptop we left! No laptop..

Found everything I need and love the self checkout

I actually visited the eye care center which was the most productive and enjoyable visit Ive ever had to in optometrist along with the most genuinely beautiful person Ive ever met in my life who assisted me was not only picking out the frames that will definitely highlight my attractive features, but also kept the spirit of being a beautiful person not only based on appearance but based on how you treat others and show appreciation for them. Came to get glasses left with a smile and some dilated pupils.

Normally I dont shop at this location but today I did.. Sita is wonderful. I have a broke leg and she looked all over for me a motorized cart. When she saw a customer returning one she followed her, retieved and drove I back to me.. . She then followed me to the car and drove it back in. This is exceptional customer service. Thank you Sita for making my day and restoring my faith in humanity once again❤

This store has reached Rock bottom. I shopped today, 7/11/21. 15% of parking spaces were filled with unreturned shopping carts.The shopping cart pick-up tunnel was strewn with trash.70% of vegetable bag dispensers were empty.Bags of spoiled, organic lemons on display.35% of vegetables not available.Most slim pickings.Your employees need intense people skills training.Cash register conveyor belt was disgusting.

34 years ago my full-time job(40hr per wk) was as a check-outClerck. In 2021, I have to do it @ Walmart...for free! Frankly, I find that unconscionable & somewhat incomprehensible!

Seems as though when the Personal online shopper situation started, THIS STORES shelves have alot of OUT OF STOCK items. Ive been to other Walmart supercenters and the shelves are full of product.

Store was stocked nicely and employees were not in the way filling online orders like you have in alot of stores

My mother placed an order to be delivered today between 6 and 7pm. No show, no call. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer! The last delivery was delivered with about 8 missing items. Took an act of congress to get replacement items which was delivered with extra, unordered items. Called them back and was told that the items were hers now they couldnt take them back. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart. Im a big girl and they have really nice clothes I can fit,as was as other special items. The employees at the door is excellent. Thank you for everything.

Ordered tires on line. They had not been checked in so they had to locate them. Found them instantly and asked if I had any appointment. It is 20 minutes til 6pm and my appt. is scheduled for 6p. The price for installation given was right at $22 pet tire, $88 total. I was taken back by that price but decided the deal I recieved on the tires made up for it. They accepted my car keys pulled it in and had finished the installation by 640p. The young lady that quoted my price had finished her shift and left for the day. The male rep. that completed my order rang me up, for a total bill of $62 🤔, thanks man!

I went to get moneygram at 8 pm and was told I couldnt because Customer Service was closed . went back the next day and was told the whole system, was down and I still couldnt get it! Was very frustrating because I am a Senior and have to depend on others for a ride.

Easily the best Walmart Ive been in in my life. Store is clean. Lines are short. Staff is not only friendly and helpful but have a sense of humor.

Clean, shelves were fully stocked (mostly), and NOT overly crowded. It was a dream compared to the Walmarts near me.

Kernersville location was nice & clean. Alot better than the Hanes Mill Rd.

They have the worst pick up and delivery service I have ever seen, they are lazy! They like to say they are out of stock on items they just dont want to deal with. Ive had them cancel order not just once but twice because they said they are out of stock I drove right up to the store to find plenty of the items in stock! They straight up lie to your face the last time I did a order pick-upThe associate look right in my face and told me they were out of stock I got out of my car walked into the store to find the item and walk back over to her and showed it to herAnd she just said oh well we assumed it was out of stock.

Got a childs birthday cake and it was completely wrong. Wrong colors and then cake was sloppy and looked like it was melting even though it wasnt. First bad experience.

Money center hours are very prominently displayed as being 8-8 mon-saturday. Services was shutdown before 6pm and customer services was backed up the entirety of the length of the checkout services. No excuse.

I am not a fan with going to Walmart.I go when I have no other option.

I went to the mens section to look for some high end hair moisturizer and beard oil. Also that red Olay face cream they sell is amazing. A tad pricey but youre definitely getting the better end of the deal. I got me those and some Christmas gifts. Its also where info my grocery shopping, I havent tried the pickup thing yet.

Awesome employees. They show that they dont mind being at work and helping customers.

Always seems to be out of stuff i need lol. I go up here for milk, there out of milk, I go for drinks, there out of drinks, I go for a Samsung a51, there out of those so I ask for a moto g power of stylus, out of both of them. PS, there bottle Pepsi machine spites out random drinkes like a water instead of Dr pepper or diet Pepsi instead of mountain dew

Many times Wal-Mart groc pu claims be out things when in fact items on shelf. I arrived and was in the store within 10min after being notified my order was ready with the out stock items. I did this becuz they freq say out item when theyre not. This visit was no different. I found 7 of 8 out stock items sitting on shelves. As u can see in pics these items have been there and not just placed there since has room place more.Bags grapefruit, sliced bread, yogurt orange whips not just placed there.15min after getting my items in store i went online check in with car color and parking space number. Only car there still I waited 30 minutes only to have two rude women come out with excuses wait time. No answer for why claimed items out stock when I showed her these pics and items purchased in short time after they completed my order.

Every time I go to ANY Walmart why is the front womens bathroom ALWAYS being cleaned yet nasty every I go in. Yall need to be a little more swift or get 2 people on the job or something. Just ridiculous. Do better!

I dont shop much at this location because I live closer to the university location.i enjoyed this store because I found everything and the store was extremely clean. Food was fresh at deli and the refrigerated meats. I do notice that its not as many staffed. so that makes it a little hard for staff that are working and I can tell just by seeing it seems to be one person per Dept . I have to say they are willing to help customers the best that they can.

No matter what Im looking for, I can always find it here. I especially liked when you could shop late at night, less crowded and much easier to find what you wanted. The prices are very good, much less than their competitors. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh.

I absolutely love this walmart!! The ones in Greensboro... lets just say I never have anything good to say about them. The staff here are friendly and they have more than one check out lane open during the night. FIVE STARS!!!

Lovely staff and clean store

24-hour Walmart Supercenter. I was able to buy deli meats, cheese, bread and tomatoes, and mustard. I made a great sandwich at 1 AM. Thank you Walmart.
