Wheres the milk. Why is a large grocery store all out of 2 % milk? Do I go back? Not sure. Been using this store for quit a few years. Im just passed off right now.

Out of alot of things have been for a couple weeks now and the people that work there now are very disrespectful dont talk at all,I ask for help to load my groceries and was told no one was able to at the time but two employees were just standing there doing nothing will not be going back there I will go somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone to go to that store especially if u have to have help cause u want get it at all and it doesnt matter if u are riding one of the carts or not cause I have to ride one myself and I was completely IGNORED....

If it had not been for the pick up option at this store Im not sure how we would have made it the last year and a half for groceries. Their staff have been so helpful and kind. The food choices they made on our behalf and service has been excellent. We are so thankful for all they do!

I used the grocery store pickup for the first time and had a great experience! My personal shopper Tina did an excellent job of staying in communication with me. Erica delivered my groceries to the car with a smile and was very pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I believe Cindy is still the manager of this store and has always done an outstanding job of making this one of my favorite places to shop!

Was aided to find an item by employee with a smile. Groceries bagged the way I needed them so I could lift them. Produce area very attractively displayed. Sorry Food Lion is no longer selling their name brand wheat saltines. They were much tastier than the name brand. The store was clean and pleasing to the eye when you walk in. Store on N. New management and employees seem to be working different then I am used to. Short staffed and the cashiers are probably tired of it. The produce hasnt been good at all and the meat has not tasted like it should. I am still shopping there at least 4 times a week and like shopping and earning each month

The manager helped me with my issue and the cashier was so sweet, kudos

The Manager Eddie at this location is one of the best I have seen at any of the locations in this area. My son is Autistic and there are very few food items he eats due to sensory issues. Its hard to find what he needs alot of times. Eddie ordered extra of one of the main items he eats so we wont run out. I cant thank him enough. The store employees are very nice and helpful, and the store is very clean and stocked.

Prices are excellent. Produce is good quality, for a good price. Pork selection is good. Beef selection and price is better elsewhere. Selection seems to be improving. I shop here a lot.

Visited this store 1/27/2020. Time of visit was around 4 p.m. My problem is with the lack of customer service and managements response to the lack of customer service. I checked out at register 2. The female employee never said one word to me before checking the groceries. While scanning my items no eye contact. Instead this employee literally was looking around sporadically at others in the store. Upon completion of scanning she never said a word. I looked at the total amount due on the display and handed her the cash to pay for my groceries.. She bagged up my groceries, slid them to the end all the while spilling 1/2 of what used to be in the bag back onto the counter. When I got to the car I called back to the store. The first try someone picked up then hung up. I called again the guy that answered the phone Scott was explained to about my experience. Scotts response 2 times was well ok yea well shes only like 16 or 17 years old. He did explain that he did oversee this area of the store. No apology was offered. He ended the call with a Thank You

Have been shopping there since the Lowes on Piney Grove Rd. closed, as it is convenient to our house in north Kernersville. This is a very nice store, even though the strip mall it is in could do with a face lift. The store usually has most items I want, and it is very clean. Prices are very good.

Small community grocery store. Generally not very busy and carries all the basics. If im after something odd or special I may have to look elsewhere but this store suits 90% of my needs

Absolutely love this store. It’s my family’s grocery store. Love all the Employees. I stop in there at least once a day and usually at about 9:30pm. All the ladies say hey and recognize me. Great place!

👀 There’s this one person that always keep a hateful facial expression and a bit rough spoken...she is normally in the customer service department slim I believe she’s one of their senior supervisors curly dark blonde 👱 hair up to her shoulders, but overall workers are really nice and generous and willing to help you if needed not a very crowded place but do stay busy....

I dont normally give anything 5 stars. But I really like this store. Maybe its the Food Lion culture that comes from the top. So, compared to other chains, the atmosphere here is more laid back. Employees dont seem the least bit stressed. They have almost everything Im looking for at good prices. The wine selection, though, is a bit lacking. And I believe the frozen food section is on the wrong side of the store. Otherwise, top notch, and still deserving of 5 stars.

I love the prices, clean and stocked produce section and the staff is very responsive. The meat section is very helpful if a product sells out quickly. Shelves are usually stocked, clean and neat. The deli people are always friendly and the bakery stays well stocked. Overall, my first choice.

I am disappointed that some Food Lion brand products will no longer be found on the shelves. I asked an associate and he said they lost the distributor. Will still shop here, but very disappointed. Staff are usually nice and helpful.

It’s decent but a lot of the cashiers and managers will not speak to you if you’re Hispanic. Thought money was the same color, green??

Food Lion on Union Cross Rd. Have the best and friendly staff. Like wise the one on North Main st. in KERNERSVILLE. Excellent staff 👍 always very helpful. Great Grocery stores.

The store is orderly, staff is super friendly, always willing to help. And the food is fresh and the prices are low! Love it!

I was not impressed with the service prices or product. Two deli personal were socializing while i stood in front of counter. The fried chicken was dry. The thing that bothers me the most was when i ordered a half pound of $15 a roast beef the girl the weighted it at .48 of a pound. She took it off the scale put another paper around it and in a bag. She scaled it again. The final weight was .56 of a pound. I feel like a scam. I wont be coming back.

This is your typical blue collar neighborhood Food Lion. Busy, active and people are friendly and hospitable. A nice melting pot of ethnicities.

This is an older establishment but a nice neighborhood grocery store. The faculty is always pleasant when I shop here and they stay stocked on their products. They may lack the variety of a new Lowes but they make up for it with friendly staff and a dependable selection of grocery needs.

Good meats, always fresh and can get cut to your specifications. A wide variety of fruits and vegetables are always fresh. I love their variety of already cut and clean ready to use section.

The service was awesome! Jessica (I hope I remembered her name correctly) wasnt open but saw I was in a hurry checked me out quickly and efficiently AND was HAPPY!Love this evening crew. They work as a team and treat customers like family

Now that they are trying to retain customers since Lowes is gone, they stepped it up. Re-did the produce area, its nice. Also there is extra staff and they will empty your cart onto the belt most times.

Store was extremely clean and the shelves were fully stocked. A manager was walking around continuously and eager to help. If a line was forming at s register the manager would open another register and direct you there so customers did not have to wait.

We like this Food Lion because it is fairly clean also the Food Lion in Kernersville does get singers to come in and see me occasionally on a Friday or Saturday. They have a greeter that comes around and greets you and the Kernersville store makes you feel good and tries to make you laugh a little cheesy though. Other than that clean store, nice employees good bathrooms...I give it a 4 stars..

AShelf stocking is a joke! Ive told managers in the past that the way they stock is pitiful. They bring one up to the front of the designated spot and leave all the other items behind. So when that front item is taken, a customer has to get someone to help (and the stockers act like youve just committed a crime by distributing them) or get a tall customer to help. The cashiers are getting better but still need work on friendliness!

I use to like going in here until I went in with a friend that has a service dog. I’d like to state that by law of the Americans with Disabilities Act, does not require any special identification of service animals. Meaning vests do not have to be worn. Not to mention, I thought you weren’t allowed to question someone that may have a service dog with them. With that being said, an older lady, which I think is the assistant manager or manager went above & beyond to show her butt, & question my friend, so that the whole store was looking at us. Talk about rude. If this is how management runs this store, you can keep your products.🤷🏼‍♀️ Disappointed & highly disgusted. I will not return.

Not all associates are friendly,not acknowledged by certain supervisors.One Mgr. never ever smiles, and I shop there a couple times a week.

The store had the employee smoking area setup right beside the propane tanks. No smoking posted on the cage with the propane. A couple of employees were smoking beside the propane.

I we need to get some fried chicken and this was probably 10:30 quarter of 11 there was no fried chicken again for the fourth time in the past six weeks Ive done this and ended up having to get cold chicken so I spoke to a manager and he said that chicken would be ready at 11 and I told him that I had already checked and she said it would be another 30 minutes so I made the comment to him if its not here for sale I cannot buy it so again I settled for cold chicken then I got home with it to fix me a sandwich it was too tough to eat so needless to say I was not a happy camper. You guys need to fix it earlier for people who get out earlier because that leftovers chicken is it getting it!!
