It took about a hour to get me in I was late with that being said about half hour unloading me nice people .

Overnight parking is there. Read all the signs before you get to the gate. This is a rather new place. Will not take you until 30 minutes before appointment time. Super quick to load you.

Checked in at 10:30 for a 12:00 appointment to unload 12 pallets. Did not get a door till 16:00 after I complained. The excuse:” sorry we did not see you there” . A sleeper VNL 760 with a 53 foot trailer ?!? Some herbal remedies for better vision please

8/3/21Appointment was 530pm. I checked in around 130pm. Wasnt given a dock until 800pm. Loaded at 1149pm. Stay away!!!!! Will make you miss money. They told me they have a crazy system inside of the warehouse. Probably poor management. Anyhow I waisted an entire day. Also no restrooms for the drivers. Drivers Lonuge is locked 🔒up. Just another place with awful experience and lost time.

Unbelievable. Was told load was urgent. Needed to be delivered ASAP. Checked in at 12:15. Was put in door at 16:30. Didnt actually start unloading me until 18:15......which is just now. Nobody can explain. Utter disrespect. I will never deliver here again.

10 am appointment.Arrived 930pm gate was closed,I stay overnight about 200 feet a front of the gate no one bother me.Check in the gate 900am,she sent me on waiting area then call me at 1030am and give me a door 1150am was done.Pretty decent I can say.

Guard was very nice. I was late for an appointment at 8:30 a.m. got here at 11:00. Waited in a holding area for over two and a half hours finally got to the dock Im still sitting here after an hour and there are virtually no other trucks being worked on. No contact with anybody really but the guard. Four and a half hours and counting.

I will give O stars.had a 3pm appointment to make a delivery arrived at 2:30pm at 4pm and still have no atendance nor any info on why they do not unload the 10 palets i brought them.the security very uncommunicativenot a reaponsible customer.they do not honor there appointments.

This is the worst place for a truck driver 32 hours to get unloaded they have a big management problem on these facility nobody take responsibility about who’s fault is bad bad experience

Excellent place to deliver to. Will let you stay there if you get there early and extremely fast getting you unloaded. If no other trucks are there they will take you as soon as you get there. They took me 6 hrs before my scheduled appointment time

The wait time was 10 hour for a on time appt . I rate this place a negative 5 star repeat negative 5 star rating . And there were 13 other trucks here all waiting .

GPS doesnt bring you to correct gate.Very Very slow to unload, will not come here again

To get to the truck entrance you have to go one light past Caterpillar, turn left and go to gate at end of road, talk to guard there. Temple School Rd wont get you in there. Otherwise everything was good.

The guard took her about 7 minutes to came out and talk to me then took my number and ask me to park on the side and wait for a phone call for a dock my appointment was at 1 and got here at 12 now it’s 2:15 and I’m still waiting for a dock ..running out of hours on my Log but no one cares about trucker life..UPDATES:It’s now 3:45 and still waiting for the phone call to get the dock..B.S and they don’t even have any trucks in here...

Been here for 4 hours so far . I. Got here At 12:30pm brought in a load of pallets that took 2 and a half hours to unload .Im also reloading here got moved to another dock to reload and here it is 4:00 pm still sitting In the dock no one has started loading me yet bad think is I havent seen another truck in here since I got here so I called inside because I could not find anyone when I walked in . The lady I spoke with was very nice but the only answer I could get about loading was they will get to me when they get to me. Unbelievable!!!

For Truck Drivers: I was forced to wait 13 hours to get unloaded. Approximately 15 other drivers waited as long or longer. Then when they ran your clock out they required you to leave. Its almost midnight and you have to find a place to park. Minus 5 is what they need with repercussions

If you are going to come to load here come prepared with food cocas etc. .. the guard is very friendly but the company is a garbage to load I had an appointment at 4:00 pm they called me at 9:00 pm and I left at 12:00 pm a company dump
