This place is just the worst! They fit me inwhile I was traveling though the area and needed possible emergency repairs.They were professional and courteous and did diagnostics on my vehicle free of charge, even when I tried to offer payment or even a tip. I heard from others that this place provided excellent customer service, and good work at fair prices. They definitely didnt disappoint when I needed help fast. I had a flat tire and my spare tire/rim was in terrible shape. They fit me in first thing on a Monday morning and patched both tires, cleaned up my spare rim, and replaced my valve stems. I was back on the road after lunch and I cant remember the last time I left a repair shop not feeling like I got raked over with premium labor billing and MSRP part prices. We were having an issue with the brakes on our 2011 Ford Flex. Jason at Kettering AutoCare was able to get us in the same day. They inspected front and rear brake and found several things causing the problem. Had two brake calipers stiking not releasing completely. And also found that we need front brake pad. Instead of having to replace calipers they were able to disassemble clean and lubricate them. Extremely satisfied with Customer service and professionalism. The mechanics are top rate

Just want to thank Jason for his unbelievably honest service. My car wouldn’t start yesterday morning and my husband jumped my car. I took it in to Kettering Auto Care fully expecting to hear I would need a new battery or alternator. They checked both parts out and called me to tell me they checked out fine. Jason explained the readings to me and wondered if maybe I had left something on the previous day that could have drained the battery. I was so happy! Good service to solve the oil leakage problem of my 2004 Camry. First visit; he replaced the top oil gasket, which cost $300 more; but I found that the oil was still leaking at the next day. So I came back for the second time. He inspected and sealed the bottom oil pan and repaired the leak. He told me it was free because there were not changing parts, only labor. Also includes a 1-year warranty.recommend.

Fantastic service and repair was made quickly. Vehicle had been to two other repair shops so when the car stopped for the third time in two months it was towed to Kettering Auto Care based on a recommendation. They kept in excellent contact with us, within 24 hours the vehicle was repaired (fuel pump) and bill was lower than the estimate for the repair. This will be the only Auto repair shop that we will use as they are honest and work done is perfect.

Took 3 visits to fix a headlight wiring harness issue (only paid for labor the first visit, to their credit), then on another visit they didn’t get to my brakes when they said they would so I ended up burning a vacation day for nothing. Good people, great prices, but if you have a schedule to keep or need to take a day off to get your car taken care of, go somewhere where they’re able to keep the appointments they make.

After I called and checked it was ok I brought my car in minutes before closing. They had the problem which was a very odd one discovered before my ride was there to pick me up. They had the car finished by halfway through the next day and it was half the cost of everywhere else. Had the same thing happens with my wifes brakes. Jason is honest, wonderful and he cares.

They did a test drive and then looked at my car and gave me an estimate which was more than half of the other shop. They fixed my problems and didn’t try to fix things that weren’t broke.
