Started my day with a flat tire with adventure ensuing and ended my day getting home at my normal time cause these guys did the job and did it promptly to give them this five star review. Tire n oil change before the end of their day. Now I can go into the evening being available and ready as usual.

This shop demonstrated GREAT customer service. I blew a tire and needed to get a tire put onto a wheel to use as a spare. Most shops are closed on Sunday but they took care of my tire in less than 15 minutes. I know I paid them less than what others would have made me me wait hour(s) to get done. TY Guys!

The nicest staff, the fastest service, the most fair prices. You cant find better tire service than Tire Choice Auto Service. Nope, Im not a bot and Im not being paid in any way to give this review. I went with basically a flat, rear passenger side tire with a shiny big bolt in my tire. He quoted me $22.50, which is more than fair, and got on the job without delay. After about 10 to 15 minutes he came back to the waiting room and said, There you go, this ones on me. I still tipped, which I had planned anyhow, due to his quick action and individual attention he spent on me even though the garage was full. This kind of service, these days, is nearly unheard of. Thank you Tire Choice Auto Service, you now have a life long customer and supporter.

Woke up Super Bowl Sunday with a flat tire, saw it was a screw in my tread so I called around to the few places open on Sunday. Tire choice was closest to me so I gave them a try. They got me in immediately and took only a few minutes to patch/plug my tire. I am very satisfied with their work and will recommend them to friends. When my tire blew I called Tire Choice on Dorothy and they were so kind to me, he sent out on of his mechanics to put on my spare tire so I could make it up there and get my new tire put on. Being 7 months pregnant it was definitely not something I wanted to do myself. Not knowing my spare was also flat, they came back to where I was and brought my new tire there and put it on for me. When I arrived to pay the manager I assume (Matthew) filled my spare up for me just incase I’d have to use it again. It was a reasonable price for the tire and amazing service. I highly recommend choosing tire choice!

Place is out of there minds . Went in to quote brakes said I needed pads on the front rotors and pads on the back. Trying to charge over 500 . Your talking an hour labor tops and a 100 in parts tops so whats the extra 300 plus dollars for. Do not waste your money ....places like this wonder why people dont support there business smh....

Ive had my tires repaired or replaced at this branch of Tire Choice a few times already. The manager is a hard working person and fair-minded when it comes to pricing. They also work quickly or will drive you home and pick you up if the repair or installation takes a while. I strongly recommend this branch!

My wife had a flat today and being eight months pregnant after her dr appt this man helped her out so much very quickly. I knew exactly what i needed (exactly two of the cheapest tiers in dayton) and they got me all sorted. super helpful, super quick and not pushy- the trifecta when searching for auto care professionals! a great experience and my new go-to for car care needs.

I was told to come in at 7:30 and they’d get me in and out so they accommodated me generously even though they didn’t open til 8am. They also worked with me on the price because I didn’t have enough money, being they’re more expensive then other shops and the $20 oil change is misleading. However my problem was they pushed the more expensive oil change on me about 3 times where i had to keep saying no. I don’t care what the manufacturer recommended and they still wouldn’t back off. The guy at the desk was very annoyed and his demeanor told me he didn’t want to deal with me so I’ll stick to Midas. note to self! I had this experience at the Kettering, OH store.

I went there on a humble due to my car overheating. So i know its either three things thermonstat, fans or leak. The car overall solid. They tell me to leave it for the night and so i did. They call me next day and tell me $500 and change for thermonstat and housing. I almost dropped my phone. I get up there job is done and guy behind the desk tells me that he cant find my old parts because Im like I need to see them he tells me he dont know where they are. So one of the mgr then tells me he given me a break and only charging me $300+ and that their place is corporate etc. I hurry up and leave. Days later it overheats as I idle so as I suspected it was the fan. So tell me once they replaced the thermonstat why didnt they test it AMD make sure the fan come in. This was so obvious. My experience here was not good. Come to find out the issue was the Electric module for the fan. I call a vew times to speak to mgr and they never there and Im told the certified mechanic only there at certain times. So i was charged for my same part amd the housing still has the original blue dot on it from the factory. Nothing was changed. Fraud fraud fraud. The 1 star is for them offering me a ride home that i declined. They need a new mechanic how you overlook that and charging the customer for parts thats not replaced. Shame.

I have been going here for years along with my dad. My dad is the one who has brought me to their location. Great people that work there. One in particular that has been there since I can remember. But the rest of the staff seems to change quite a bit. I believe that they really do great work for the most part, but the last two or three times I have been there they have not fixed my problem and I leave thinking that my car is fixed. Most recent is a couple of weeks ago I had the starter replaced,i was close to closing time and I felt that it was really fast work they got it done within the hour. Last night my car would not start and a couple of people verified that that starter was not put in correctly the starter is not catching. Not very happy to be without my car. Again I dont want to put down all the great reviews I see on here I do feel that this is a great company, but over the years they have changed business names two or three times and again the staff is constantly changing does make me concerned. Hopefully they can correct this issue including getting my car towed up there from where it is sitting at right now currently. And just resolve the issue and I will continue to do my business there along with my father and spread the word of good business practices

Not only is this the best price for an oil change (especially when they have a special going on or a coupon), but the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I have been going to this particular Monro for several years now and they have always done a good and honest job, and answer any questions I have. I have never had any problems. The last time I got my oil changed, I told them I also needed my wiper blades replaced. They forgot to change them out until I asked at the end, and they said they would give them to me for free since it was their mistake. It’s a great deal and all the employees I’ve dealt with there are great guys. Best service in town, in my opinion. I highly recommend! Thank you, Kettering Monro! :)

I mostly do my own auto repair but when I need things done that, I cannot do I come to these guys. Today I was doing a break job on my Aunts Jeep and one of the lug nuts was stripped. these guys were able to remove the damaged bolt for me at no charge and took care of me right away. I have always had a positive experience with this location and would recommend them to anyone.

I am new to the area and stopped by to see if they would mount my OH license plates. Was helped promptly by manager Larry. Shop looks very clean and orderly.

The people at this location have always been exceptionally friendly and willing to help. I have only had my battery replaced and regular oil changes here but they do a good job and based on interactions Ive seen with others walking in they always advise people on what they do and dont need to repair that day. Not a lot of mechanics will tell you when something is actually fine instead of needlessly replacing expensive parts.Also my battery is actually in a very difficult to reach location that requires some disassembly unlike almost all cars where theyre usually sitting right on top three bolts away. When they discovered this it took extra time to replace but they barely added anything to my bill for all the extra labor.

Larry the owner is very nice and makes everybody feel comfortable they also have affordable prices unlike other auto shops he always says if I over charge my customers then Ill never see them again which are good things to hear from the customers point!!! Everybody there is friendly plus they gave quick service 😉

I’ve been going here for ages, is the only place I’ll go. Reliable, timely, respectful. The guys there always give me thorough information and anything they see that might need attention soon, they let me know. They never pressure anyone to pay for extra services or anything like that. They’re great.

Charlie and his colleague were very knowledgeable. I had oil change done and it was done in 30-45 minutes. They have done tire rotation and 32 point check for no extra cost. Charlie was honest in giving advice regarding some issues with my car. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Ive been going to Monro for years, but switched to this location when we moved last year. Theyve always been friendly, quick, and honest, which is hard to find when you are a woman and go to a mechanic alone. The mechanics are respectful and will always give me a print-out of what needs to be fixed so I can get a second opinion, if I wish. Ill never go anywhere else. I even switched my boyfriend over from NTB!

Only got oil changes in wifes car & my truck. Service was prompt & professional with good turn around time. Price for car was good but I thought a little overpriced for the truck. All in all I would return for business but get pricing ahead of time.

Stopped by without an appointnent, needed a bad section of muffler pipe cut off, new piece welded on. I was in and out about 30/45 minutes at a very reasonable cost.

Don’t waste your time! Good customer service is not on their priority list. Didn’t get my car back for 20 hrs, I didn’t get a courtesy phone call an hour later as I was told and I found my vehicle open the next day when I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. If their customer service is any indication of their performance as mechanics, i would not trust them with my vehicle.

Prompt, professional and outstanding service. Brought in my 2006 4Runner with a clanking sound from the right side of the vehicle. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a dislodged catalytic converter heat shield and promptly re-attached the shield with larger washers and bolts. I was very satisfied with the speediness and quality of their work.

Excellent customer service! Spoke with Garrett and he was very knowledgeable about my car and was able to help me understand how my engine runs and any fixes it might need. Everybody at the store was very friendly and in my opinion theres not a better shop around Dayton.

I have a 2005 Ford excursion. I had a rattle in the rear end felt like a driveline issue it felt like the rear u joint. went to the store the day before talk to Larry made an appointment to bring it back in the next day. Brought it back,Larry put it up on the rack he Looked at it for about 10/15 minutes. Then came back to me and asked me to come back and look at the tires. He spun the tires He told me that the belt in the tire had broken. So I took it up to tire discounters where I bought my tires for the warranty Larry had wrote up a paper saying that it was a broken belt. So tire discounters put a new tire on it no questions asked cost me $65 for mounting balancing and continue the warranty on the new tire. As soon as I left tire discounters the truck was still shaking in the Backend. Took my truck to American driveline they diagnosed the rear u joint go figure! Had American Drive line Replaced the U joint truck drives perfect! Called Larry at Monroe told him the story the only thing he had to say was what you needed a new tire anyways so I’m now out $65 for a tire I did not need to buy. Just a little note the tires that have on my truck or less than two years old so I did not need a new tire. So my advice would be not to use the Dorothy Lane in Wilmington Monroe or whatever they’re calling their selves now. The people at the other shop took the time to take the driveshaft out and check the U joints not just go look at it spin the tires and make a diagnosis. not happy at all!! not happy with the response from Larry which is the manager no apology no nothing!! And then when I said I would never use him again his response was OK. Just another note I was very polite When I talk to Larry. It felt like He was just to me saying oh well sorry about your luck! They cost me money And full day of my time I did not have to spend!!!!

Something has been loose on my car for awhile now. Ive had two other places look at it, and nothing has been fixed. Not this time! My car sounds like a new car, and my suspicions about needing new tires were confirmed. Very happy with the service I received.

As always, I am highly impressed with the service received from this location today. They’re always super friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. I stopped in thinking I needed a new set of brakes, and dreading the unexpected cost of the repair. I left without spending a dime, and knowing my brakes are in good shape. Very highly recommended!

On Saturday December 14th I visited this business with a brake issue. I arrived at 7:30am (opening time listed online), but continued to wait til approximately 8am. The owner arrived and informed us that were waiting it would be a few minutes while he turned everything on. At this time he was the only person there. About 8:20 or so a technician comes in and the owner begun to attend to customers. I waited until my turn, told him the issue, and waited until I was called into the shop so that I could be informed of his findings. I was told all brakes pads, rotors, and both rear calipers had to be replaced. I was aware already that one caliper was failing, but was told by the owner the other one had an issue as well as the brake pad was being unevenly worn. I asked him what would cause this issue, he told me he didnt know but that it would be best to have it replaced. We go back to the counter and he prints me up an estimate for nearly $1,400. I decline service and he puts everything back together and tells me that since he inspected it that the car shouldnt be driven because one of the calipers had seized up completely. Ultimately, I took my car to another auto shop and was told that brake pads, rotors, and the caliper that had seized up needed to be replaced. The price for the same work minus the extra caliper came to just over $900. Im not sure if the owner was quoting a higher estimate to then do the work and the amount be cheaper so it appeared as if he was saving me money or not. I dont know, but it had me very concerned. Overall I was not pleased with the business opening late and the excessive amount for work rendered. Please if you do visit this establishment, make sure you have someone knowledgeable with you so there is no chance of getting taken advantage of.

It’s Christmas Eve, a Sunday mind you, and what do I find? My car with a flat tire in the garage! After talking with my dealership 800 number, I was pretty bummed that they said my only option was to have it towed and sit until Tuesday morning. No car for two days!?!? Blahhhh!!! After I googled garages near me that were opened today I was pleasantly surprised that Monro was open today until 3. Not only that, Chris was awesome and able to get me right in. I didn’t even have to wait that long. They had my tire repaired and me out the door in no time. I appreciate their help so much! Thank you!

Very negative experience with an employee, who claimed the appointment I made was cancelled and made me wait for an hour to get my car back after NO SERVICE was done on it. I contacted the Marketing Manager via email, and the store manager and marketing manager both reached out to me to apologize for the situation, and to make efforts to fix it. I went with another mechanic before they made the offer, because I needed my car fixed immediately. Unsure if I would use them in the future for anything. Definitely not in that employee was working.

The man at desk assured me that oil change would only take 15 minutes. I was there for 50 minutes with no explanation or apology. I also requested an estimate on replacement of a hose on antifreeze overflow. He said no problem but did not give the estimate. I guess they dont want the business.

I needed to replace the TPMS sensor that monitors tire pressure and is attached to the rim inside of the tire. I ordered the sensor and intended to replace myself, but was unable to break the bead on the mid-size truck tire. When I went to Monro to get help, they were very helpful and assisted with removing the tire, installing the sensor and reinstalling the tire while I waited. Though it only took a few minutes with the right equipment, it saved me lots of time and effort. I appreciate the assistance!

This place is a rip off and a scam. My daughter was there in 2017 and had tires put on, and today they told her they were dry rotted. They want more money to replace them. The total in a little over a year would be close to 500.00 if not more. They deleted her review. You are not safe going to this location. They cant be trusted to do the services they say they are doing. Im posting this on multiple social media sites as well as screen shoting this. They have poor management and customer service skills. Go to CarX they wont rip you off. Im going to post everyday so people know how they treat their customers. How they take no responsibility in what was done at their location

Appriciate Sat-afternoon muffler prompt replacement and driving me to my house while being replaced. Required Phil to phone several suppliers. Bank told me 3-% isnt charged when I use debit-card instead of credit-card. So I didnt need to pay cash voluntarily to avoid 3-%.
