Completely dissapointed when I stopped into this shop to get a quote and I use to screen print for 5+ years. Right off the bat I could tell the guy working was looking down on me, telling me you don’t want silk screen for your shirts, etc. I simply asked the price to get a screen made, which was $35 and then he said each shirt would cost $25 to print on, even though I am providing my own shirts. The real market value is $20 a screen, and $4 tops for a print. WAY OVERPRICED, AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.I took my business down the street and got the customer service and pricing I was after.

I couldnt recommend them more! I had just about the best experience with Deuce Shirts that I could possibly have. I dropped off my team shirts on a Saturday afternoon and they had then done by Monday. The quality is great and the price was fair for how quickly it was completed.

My shop has an order for stickers that we placed over SIX months ago, somehow still are not done. Ive also seen examples of them stealing designs from companies such as Vulgar USATheres much better options in the Dayton area than these guys.

First, I want to say that the products they produce are very good. I own a number of shirts that were printed here, and the print quality is great. That’s why I wanted to have them do some t-shirt printing for me.We had some unusual requirements - Which I recognized from the start could be problematic. I went into their shop to speak about how to achieve the goals we were after. They were honest in saying that they weren’t sure they could meet the requirements I had. But at each turn, I made sure to say, “Tell me what you *can* do, and let’s see if we can make something work”. And to me, that is the key to my experience and why I’m less than satisfied in my dealings with them.There were three separate occasions where they stated they would be in touch with me to give me an update on their efforts, and each time, I had to initiate a contact to them, because at the time, we were anxious to get going on something, and the deadline that they self-imposed on when they would contact me had come and gone with no communication.My frustration is the lack of communication. I’m sure they have legitimate reasons for why they couldn’t meet the requirements I was asking for. But after stating multiple times that I was open to exploring other options, I just got the feeling that what I was asking was more effort than they were willing to put forth.They get three stars, even though, honestly, I feel their efforts warrant a 2-star review (they stated that they had done some investigation into meeting my needs, but I have zero evidence of that), because I know what they are capable of doing. Again, as stated, I have products that other customers had printed through them that I wear regularly. It’s a high quality product. So if your needs are traditional, basic, and common, this is a great company to partner with.For me and my efforts: I was looking for a long-term partnership to try to develop an extension of a current business, but I shouldn’t have to work that hard just to communicate with someone to try to find a solution that works for all involved parties. I shouldn’t have to chase a company down multiple times just to try to give them some business.At the end of the day, we have to go elsewhere. We had a business strategy for printed clothing that we had been trying to execute on. Their inability to follow-up with us when promised forced us to delay our plans and develop a new strategy that didn’t include custom printed garments. Small business helping and assisting small business - That’s what I had hoped we would be getting when we talked to them.I will stress, though: If you are okay with using products they have readily available (which aren’t bad, mind you - They just weren’t what we were after), the end product is high quality. I don’t know how attentive and responsive they are to customers during the process - I have heard that they are reasonable in that regard. But if you’re very specific in what your retail clothing requirements are and it’s not something they deal with on a regular basis, these probably aren’t the folks to go with.And as I’m sure that my review will elicit some type of response, I want to state very clearly that I know my request was not typical. I don’t know what type of experience I’d get elsewhere - Perhaps the same, perhaps not. My sole issue here is the lack of communication. The lack of showing a willingness to work with us. As I said, I stated multiple times that I was willing to compromise, but I can’t compromise when they seemed unwilling to give me options - Including what those options might cost (which I requested multiple times).

I have worked with them on short notice when others could not complete a task for me and they came through with no problem. They were awesome to be sure it was exactly what I was looking for. They are very professional and when entering the store they are always prompt to greet you. I will go no where else ! Thank you Deuce for being a family friendly store.

I liked the service and if you like t-shirts this is the go-to place. However, you won’t get small sizes for kids as that’s what we were looking for. Slow service, unable to produce item in the timeline promised. I called to check on the status after the due date past and only got a answering machine. Left a name and number and asked for them to call back. Never received a call. Its now a week later and still have not received my order.

Needed shirts made very quickly, and the team managed to get them to me by the next day - earlier even than expected! The shirts turned out great.

They have the worst service, I don’t have any other choice but to order from them for my kids school shirts. I order and a week after I didn’t receive a date for my order so I call and they told me that I need to wait for another week so I cancel my order so two weeks after I’m still waiting for my money. I wish I can post pics DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!
