Great place. with so many things for a cheap price

This is one of my favorite stores for clothes for my family. They always have prices that will not break the bank. They even have top names like Chico, Black House White Market, Express, Eloquii and Ashley Stewart. I find items for the whole family at reasonable prices. And their jewelry selection is always great!

I love this place. The stock changes constantly, so some times you find many things, sometimes not. They always have Limited Brands stuff: Limited, Victoria Secrets. They often have Soma, Columbia, logo college gear, Joseph Banks.

Finally got around to going there today and love it! Great prices for clothes, NEW! Name brand stuff, cheap! Plan to come back in the future.

My first time here. The sales clerk said the store had been there for six years now. Name brand clothing for much less. Happy I found it. This was my first purchase. Two shirts for 6.00 each and one for 4.00, plus 15% if when giving them your email. Im going to use them for working out.

I LOVE THE STORE!!! i have been to the store like 3 times and it has been amazing every single time. Great prices, organized store and such helpful employees. The customer service is on point in that store. one of the girls (i think her name was melody) spent like 30 minutes helping me find everything i needed and she was just so nice. the cashier, Chelsea was also very nice. I definitely would recommend this store to everyone. it is AMAZING!!!!

Its a great place for discounted clothes, accessories all kinds of stuff! The only thing I can say is make sure you try stuff on before you buy, sometimes youll come across broken zippers and (not on purpose) rips in the clothes. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I recommend it to everyone.

Its not too good, other stores have more variety than this one. They just send the ugly stuff to this store. Dont take my word for it, go check out the other stores. YOU WILL BE GALD YOU DID !

This place is like an upgraded goodwill, only all of the clothes still have original tags. You can really find some deals in here if you search!

Amazing customer service & felt so welcome! Immediately was asked by Chelsea, I believe the manager, if I needed anything. She was able to answer all of my questions, very friendly, and was patient with me! Needless to say, I’ll be back! Thank you so much Chelsea!

Just left the Kettering store and received the worst customer service ever. The associate was annoyed because I questioned her about them selling three socks. I asked if I could just purchase the pair at a discount because the other was missing a mate. She stated that she was not going to mark anything down.I asked to speak with the manager the associate went empty the trash cans without gloves. I explained to her that she could no longer assist me. She indicated that customers like me make her not want to work in the public. I told her that she should go with her first instinct. Her soft skills went right out the door.The manager Taylor failed to give me the associates name. And stated that she did not have the corporate number to file a complaint that I would need to look up the information on line. Please be advised that the issues was not withe Taylor or the other manager.Out of all the times I frequent the store I have always received wold class service.I will

Love this spot! Drive over from Indy often.Im adding to my review two months after my initial review.A couple things: The employees/sales people provide LEGENDARY & phenomenal customer service. For the people who feel the need to go into this store and be abusive to these women by saying theyre ringing merchandise too slowly or straightening the racks while youre trying to shop, please stay home. You arent just ruining their day but, also the experience for other customers.

The store from the outside had me second guessing, but they have very high quality clothes for a jaw dropping low price. I personally always go there for my dress clothes and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great shopping spot!

A great place if youre looking for cheep clothes. They had tons of clothes from Express, but lots of other brands as well. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a deal or a thrifting esque experience.

I read some of the other reviews prior to posting mine. I have been a regular at the store for the last three years and believe me the service has gone down down down. To the point that I am livid and will never go there again. I called and spoke to of the manager who asked me four times why I was calling and what was my point. Suddenly he would not answer me and I realized he had put the phone down on the counter while he was talking to other customers. 10 minutes later he picked the phone back up and said what do you want? Then I asked to speak to someone else. I asked that person if there was a general manager and I was informed she would not be in until Thursday. So I inquired if there was a regional director. The young lady had no clue what I was talking about. So I told her what the meaning is of the position of a regional director. Then she said yes we have one of those. I asked to have that person call me. Now keep in mind I have been on the phone with this company for 15 minutes and they heard everything I said until they asked for my phone number and said my phone is breaking and they could not hear me suddenly. Very interesting they heard everything except the last four digits of my phone number. On my seventh attempt at giving my phone number the lady repeated it back to me finally. I was told the person who was a regional director call me immediately. Never happened. As for why I am upset. I am a retired professional and not once in my life ever has it ever been insinuated that I am a thief. Why this was said to me while I was standing there with my credit card being rung up is beyond my comprehension. When I questioned what the lady said to me she said that they have had a lot of shoplifting and everybody is suspect. I repeat I had my debit card in my hand making payment. Is this how you want to be treated you who are reading this? Therefore I am warning everybody if you want great clothing at great prices head on over there but plan on being targeted with suspicion. If they can treat a white man this way God knows what they are doing to the black population. I have never been profiled in my life to my knowledge. The silver lining in this lesson they taught me is it makes me more sensitive to what the black race goes through. I urge everyone who wants great clothing at great prices to head on over to TJ Maxx who always has two greeters at the front door welcoming you. Another perc at TJ Maxx is the cleanliness! Discount Fashion Warehouse leaves a lot to be desired in its appearance. I know a lot of people are using hand sanitizers now. Please continue to do so when Im pandemic is over the moment you walked out of just store. And why in the world they have set up tables at the very back of the store with merchandise the wrong all over it looking like a garage sale is beyond me. It is unbelievably unappealing. One final thing I just remembered. I said to the lady on the phone that I am aware all sales are final but I did test the clothing that I bought because it will remind me of being accused of being a thief. I said I dont want it so I will leave it at the store so they can give it to someone. I repeat I said so they can give it to someone. She told me all sales are final. I had already told her I was aware all sales were final I initiated that part of the conversation. She said they could not take what I would return to give it to somebody because all sales are final. She kept saying that. Could these people be any more demeaning?P.s. just saw the owners response below. If I were wearing their clothes at checkout I could understand their monitoring me like Winona Ryder who did just that. Lol. Im not like the great actress. And as far as the owner wants me to call him that just furthers my proof that I left my number seven times and the lady did not take it. I plan to call no one they can call me. However I think this review is adequate satisfaction

I absolutely 💯 recommend this place... Besides the fact that they have the best staff EVER at this location... the deals on designer clothes are absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve bought six suits, a tux, multiple pairs of shoes, belts, underwear and socks all from here!! I get more compliments from the clothes I get here than the stuff I used to spend $400 on! NEVER AGAIN!! No matter how much I make... this is the spot! 👊🏼💥 This round I bought two Express 1MX shirts to add my logo to! Thanks again!

I had went to a hi end store & saw a couple pairs of sneakers I like; but didnt like the price. I went to Discount fas. Warehouse saw the same sneakers I purchased both prs& saved over $65. That was a GREAT DEAL!!!

Employees are the sweetest. I always find great stuff here. I usually thrift but this is a great option if you need something trendier. I think its nicely organized, but then again I am used to thrifting :-) Love this place and the staff!

My favorite store! I have gotten shirts I absolutely love for under $2! You never know what they will have, so it’s not always the place to go for something specific. But they have tons of cute bargains!

The place was a bit lack luster to me. The mens clothing section is far from fashionable and needs cpr to resuscitate. I gave three stars because the prices are not bad but the quality and selection of clothing could be much better. Id come again maybe to buy some winter gear like thermals or something but thats about it

The home of the $10 dress. This place is my go to for dresses for any occasion. They also have tons of other clothing items for men and women even kids.

The plus size section is awful. The only thing there is an abundance of are dresses and i dont wear dresses. The mens section is horrible. No man that wears over a sz L can find anything. Ive been to this store about 10 times before giving up

Love this place! Decided after spending so much elsewhere on my kids for back to school I deserved new back to school clothes too! Came home with 3 pair of pants, a blouse, a dress, 2 pair of earrings, a necklace and a ceramic C decoration (collect C things) for only 60 bucks!

Really great place. Recently purchased 6 dresses for $62.00. Amazing!! Staff is very friendly and accommodating!! Dresses are sort of hard to navigate because there are so many!!

I havent been to this store yet, so I started reading the reviews. Is it just me, or do the owners of the store only respond to the positive reviews? Why dont they address the problems people are having? Im a plus size woman, and from what I can see, theres very little in this store to accommodate the plus size woman. Thats a shame because not everyone is a size 2.

Went in there and spent an hour picking out dresses to try on. Placed them on the rack at the changing room (no one was there to let me in), walked over to look at something else, came back and all my clothes had been put away. I was was informed that it was the return rack after the fact. There was no label or sign. I got frustrated and left. You get what you pay for I guess.

Forget the trips to the mall! This place is AMAZING!!! Great clothing selection (with prices that defy belief) and super friendly staff!!! The mens section consists mostly of EXPRESS (one of my favorite brands). Definitely coming back for future shops!

Seriously great prices. They have American Eagle, Victoria Secret, even Lane Bryant at awesome prices.If youre employer requires business casual, this is the store you need. They have plus size jeans for $9, dress slacks for $5, and tons of dressy shirts for less than $7.They have shoes too. Mostly heels and dress boots, but they are only $15-$20.Oh, and they have Victoria secret bras for around $10.They pretty much have everything. Jewelry, underwear, pajamas, socks, coats, dresses. Menswear too!

Great pricing! But its hit or miss. Sometimes you find a whole bunch of awesome stuff and others nothing. Still, worth a look!

Poor customer service! For them to put out damaged clothing with holes, stains etc is ridiculous. Not having a return policy is crazy. I don’t shop here anymore the selection has gotten a lot better but the over all experience is bad.

This place is OK if you don’t have much money and want some nice clothes. However, they do not have a large exercise clothes selection and the name brands they sell or not top name branded items you would find in a competitors store

As a plus size woman it can be really difficult to find fashionable clothes at a reasonable price. I occasionally luck out at Goodwill from time to time but these clothes are new and very fashionable they have name brands like Lane Bryant and Im pretty sure on my last visit I got some designer clothes that had not had high rotation on a serve like Gwennie Bee. Love the prices and variety.

DFW is a great place to shop...but not much to choose from. Sometimes they allow people to come in and buy all the good clothes to sell them on-line. I really wish they would do away with these people but if they did then they probably wouldnt make enough money. I recently went in and bought nothing....i always go in to see if i can find something but it is slim pickings for a plus size woman.

I love DFW. Was introduced to this place by a friend and i am so happy that i was. Lots of men and womens name brand clothing for very low prices. All dresses are dollars. There are work clothes, dress clothes, going out clothes, purses, jewelry, swimsuits, shoes, and lingerie. Located behind sonic on Wilmington pike.

Use to be a great place to get plus size clothing. Now you have to hunt for anything plus size. It barely exists

Absoulately love this store. They are the best store, I dont want to shop at another store.

I used to shop here all the time. At least twice a week and most of the employees knew me when I walk in the door. It was my favorite place and I will bring all my friends and my family there and bring major business to DFWH. The problem is I don’t know where they get their clothing from but you have to really look it all over well because a lot of it is damaged merchandise. A lot of it has stains and holes and they don’t do any returns at all for their items, even if you get it home and you see how damaged it is they will not reimburse you. The other issue that I now have with this store is on two separate occasions two female employees have accused me of trying to steal from the store. Some of their employees are extremely rude. And they have crazy ideas about what loss prevention looks like, because they have no clue. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location in Kettering and I can sincerely say that they have lost my business in the future because I will not spend my money at a place where I have been treated like a criminal on not one but two occasions. They act like people are going to go out of their way to steal from a place where the clothing is all discounted and half of it damaged and a lot of the items are under $5-10 dollars. What a joke. On top of that the store itself isn’t in great shape, the bathrooms are disgusting, half the lighting doesn’t work and the other half it does work is flickering. DFWH needs to work on their customer service skills and different loss prevention tactics instead of harassing very loyal customers. DFWH just all-around clean it all up. You have lost my business

This place has some great stuff. Just make sure to properly inspect whatever you buy because there is a lot of stained and damaged items. They also do not accept returns.

Purchased great bargains

Good evening,I am concerned about the unsanitary conditions in the ladies restroom while visiting earlier today. The young lady who unlocked the door for me was very sweet and explained that the toilet seat wasnt in very good condition. In fact it looked like it was literally falling apart. She also explained that she had placed some wipes in the bathroom for use and apologized several times for the overall condition. The other toilet was backed up with human waste and could not be used. I hope that this is just a temporary situation that will be resolved ASAP.Please know that the entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. We enjoy shopping at this location and hope to visit again soon. Thank you for your time.

If u love cheap express clothing this your place, make sure u do a double check because they do re-hang clothing people have tried on with huge make-up and deodorant stains. But really good place with a nice chunk of a discounts

They mixed the sizes for their ladies bottoms together, so if you wear a 2 you have to search through a section also containing 00 and 0, good luck finding something you like in your size.

I started at the gahanna store when I loved in Columbus 2013 or 2014... Then I went to the one near broad street in Columbus then plain city and now so glad to have one near where I live now so I dont have to drove back there to shop! Thanks for the Kettering store! I find myself telling so many People about it and taking them with me to shop.
