I use to work for Tom Thumb a couple of months ago. I quit because of the GM Sherry and the assistant manager Ebony. I went in today to get a drink and some snacks and Ebony said very loudly that why do I come there when there is other gas stations to go to. Just very rude and unprofessional. I told her because it is close to my house and she said girl please no one gives a f@@k. They both need to be fired. They miss treat customers all the time.

Great customer service. The cashier here is sweet and polite. Unlike the rude cashier at MM104.

The lady working on Wednesday August 4th at 7 oclock was rude and almost made it so I couldnt purchase gasoline and even get home, if it wasnt for another customer who was there. I have never forgotten my facemask at home prior, Im a regular customer and I ran in as quick as possible covering my face with my shirt just to hand her 2 dollars for gas. That kind of behavior was unacceptable on her behalf and I will never do business at this store while she is there ever again

Traveling with my 6 month old puppy whos also registered as a service animal. I simply tried to pay for gas with cash at the counter while holding my corgi puppy under my left arm seeing as its 90° out today I couldnt leave him in the car. Instead of simply taking my money, the cashier with the neck tattoos decided to make a seen by yelling at me and refuse to sell me gas. I took my business down the road where they had no issues.

Daytime manager needs to be fired!!! Twice now within a one week period I’ve had a bad encournter with the Manager by the name of Sherry. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Last week while paying for a beverage she was very rude to me when I mistaken a nickel for a quarter. I said “sorry but the newer coins nickels and quarters look a like. She was very abrupt and rude answering me with a snide comment.. “WELL THEY AREN”T THE SAME!!” I said... “SHHEESH, Bite my head off why don’t you, Sorry” Honest mistake. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I work outside in the heat all day. I stopped in around 11 a.m. to refill my insulated beverage cup which is quite big. I doesn’t fit into that new fangled computerized Coca Cola dispenser so I have to use a large styrofoam cup to fill it with ice and then soda transferring to the bigger insulated mug I have. When done I throw the cup away. Manger started yelling loudly from behind the counter. “DON’T BE WASTING MY CUPS!!!!, I’LL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU A DOLLAR FOR THE CUP!!” She said this several times LOUDLY!! and customers were in the store. Paying for my diet soft drink she again reiterated wasting her cups and told me she was going to charge me $1 for the cup. I told her what difference does it make? I’m paying for the beverage anyway so what difference does it make if I discard it when I’m done in the store or take it with me? She told me the styrofoam cups cost a dollar. I told her if she was going to charge me then I’ll walk over to the sink and dump the entire mug of diest soda. “I told her that I’m a paying customer and just purchased gas outside. “I don’t care what you did!”she said. She hyped again about the cup thing. I reminded her again that I just purchased gas, I’m a paying customer so I don’t understand the issue regarding the styrofoam cup when I paid for it. I told her I will be contacting corporate office to lodge a formal complaint. I confirmed her name and position as manager and asked who her district manager is.Whe she provided me with and I’m in the process of lodging a complaint at this time. No need to treat paying customers that way with a rude and unprofessional attitude. The Florida Keys we like to be friendly and laid back and us locals like to extend the courteous attitude towards others. She definitely needs a serious attitude check or a different job be better!!
