I just have to say the Mike of the key west store is amazing! He has gone above and beyond to help me several times, not to mention is a pleasure to work with as well as being superbly knowledgeable in his craft. Id say give this man a raise but thats a bit of a cliche.

Horrible experience, after an intensive argument with the branch manager he was very rude and did not show any appreciation towards his customer service. After calling 24 hours in advance to confirm my order, upon arrival I had to wait 3 hours to be notified that my order was never placed. I was directed to go to the marathon branch to fulfill my order and they were able to help me out in such a short time for an emergency service I needed to get done.
