Worst of the worst. They refuse to answer their phone and have data speeds less than those of 2G. No customer service unless you want to buy something. Spend a few extra bucks and go with a better carrier. Metro has no bandwidth and still throttles you even after a fresh billing cycle starts. Just baaaaad👹🔨
I recommend everyone go there for a phone and make sure you ask for Glo shes amazing

I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing any electronic devices from this location. I have not had a problem with the cell service, however I purchased a $25 charger here and it did not work. What upset me is I went immediately back and tried to exchange it (within twenty minutes of the original purchase) and the cashier refused to, eluding that I had damaged it. Glad it wasn’t a larger purchase.
Nothing short of awesome service from Maggie! By far the best representative I have dealt with since joining Metro in 2015. Her excellent service started as soon as my family and I walked in. She greeted us with a warm smile as she walked from behind the service desk to greet us as we walked in. That has never happened before in my Metro experience. We had a small problem. She took initiative and called her manager while I was outside calling *611 to see if she could resolve. It took a while to getting everything completed. Other customers walked in all the while and she was still able to help them also; great multi-tasking! She was kind, patient, understanding, and most helpful. I hope management realizes the gem they have with Maggie and groom her for managment. Thank you from my family and I Maggie!
