I had severe problems with a Mac Book Pro. Lost what I had on it. But at least Small Dog Electronics were about to replace the battery and get it to Run! I highly recommend both their Burlington, Vermont and Key West Locations! They make Apple Computers look good! Best repair service in computers I have ever had! This Mac Book Pro is hardly the only project they have helped my family correct!

I walked into Small Dog Electronics, was instantly greeted and asked, “how can I help you?” I went it with an initial problem of issues with charging my iPhone X. Joanne helped and and told me that sometimes lint gets into the charging port. She offered to clean it out for me and recommend I get a wireless charger ! And offered it to me for a discount! Great service will reccomond to place to anyone with apple products !

I had a problem with my iMac and after troubleshooting with Apple support I brought my computer in to Small Dog. They were quick to diagnose the problem, back up all the data on the computer and fix the issue. The speed they were able to do that, the communication they maintained with me while the work was being done, and the customer service provided were all very much appreciated. This store did a great job and Ill be back for sure. They follow a standard procedure for hardware drop off and pick up to make sure your electronics are returned to you.

I took my computer here because it had a virus. Took on a Thursday as I needed before I went out of town on Monday. Was told that the technician would work on it and call me if needed a backup drive from me. I never heard from him and assumed he was working on it all day. So I come into town to pick up at the end of the day and told that it can take up to 3 to 4 business days and was sorry that I was not informed about this when I dropped it up !! I don’t live close by and there is no parking so it was a huge I convince and I who know now how long I will be without a computer as there are not many places to take in KW. He thought he was doing a favor by refunding my money too !

These guys are great. If you are in Key West this is the place to get your Apple products. I highly recommend them.

BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced in a Mac Store. Angeline and Paul were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast in their diagnosis of problems in three devices. When I buy new again I will buy from them.

I have been into this store several times as they are really the only Mac option in Key West, and each time is more disappointing. Recently I took my MacBook Pro in because it would not start I wanted to purchase a new computer and have my old computer repaired so that I could transfer the files. Without even looking at the computer the service guy told me nothing would be able to be recovered. Thankfully I was traveling to Dallas and was going to be able to get to an actual Apple store..,they fixed the computer and had it up and running in less than 15 minutes.

I was visiting Key West for a few days with my daughter who, by the way, is legally blind. As a tourist I was taking many photos, which quickly used up my battery and decided to buy a portable power source for my iPhone. I called Small Dog to ascertain that their products were Apple because Ive had problems with non-Apple products in the past having negative effects on the performance of my phone, and was told they were. The salesperson showed me a device and when I questioned the validity, he guaranteed me it had to be because they are a verified Apple dealer and he pointed to a sign. Before I purchased the item, I asked if it was ready to go because, due to non-existent parking, my daughter and I walked about a mile and a half to the store. (each way). He said it came fully charged. I bought it, we left and headed to the Key West lighthouse, where we paid $9.00 each for admission. I tried to take pictures but battery was too low. I attempted to charge my phone with the portable and noticed erratic behavior. I called the store and was told the device had no charge and I should go charge it. We returned to the hotel. Even worse, when we went back to the hotel to charge it, my iPhone began performing problematically. I had to park illegally the next morning to try to quickly return the item and ask for a refund. The store was not open at the designated time. I returned to my car and looked at the receipt for the number and thats when I noticed, at the bottom in very small print, they do not give cash refunds, only store credit on open merchandise. How can one determine if something is non-functional without opening? This information was not given to me prior to purchase. I attempted to call and discuss this dilemma but there was no answer and I had to leave in order to drive my daughter back home before dark. So here I sit, over 200 miles away, with an item I cannot ever use and no recourse, other than the trash can. This business is not registered with the BBB. Warning, do not pay cash. Use a credit card so that you have a better chance of stopping payment to businesses with questionable practices.

I bought a computer and was transitioning from PC to Mac. At a certain moment, I thought that mac was not for me and i went to small dog electronics to return the mac book air i had purchased 6 days previously. They charged me $50. for restocking fee......When i purchased the computer, I was told that I had 2 weeks to return it, and then the sale person told me she would be giving me a store credit. Unbelievable. If possible, I will never buy anything from that store again.

My wife Ronda still has a 2011 MacBook Air. These guys help us get items that are still relevant and able to use with the MacBook Air like the intellimouse. If you can’t make a drive to Miami and you live in Key West chances are if they can find it or they will order it. Great service.

My mac crashed while updating the OS. I brought it in for data recovery... instead of charging me $160, they sold me a $30 cable and taught me how to do it myself. It worked. Recovered my files and reinstalled the os.

Bad service!!Went there to have my Iphone 6s fixed, because it crashed down in the middle of my vacation. They told me that I had to update my phone for 20 dollars and they said it was apples policy (but when I went to an the apple store in Miami they said that it wasnt apples´policy and that smalldog had ripped me off), the tekniker told me it would work then. But it didnt work, she mentioned that I could have my money refund, but when I wanted to get my money back, they told me to come back the next day and talk with the manager, even though I told them that I was driven to Miami the same day. And I was also told that there was something wrong with my screen and that I just had to replace it. But there was absolutely nothing wrong with the screen! It was the software! So to call themself an apple specialist seem like a big fat lie to me!!In the apple store they just replaced my phone for free!So if your phone breaks, dont go to small dogs electronics!Go to the real apple stores where they know what they are doing!
