Always great cakes and ice cream. It would be nice if there were a larger selection of ready made ice cream cakes. There were only 2 choices when I went. But I was happy with the strawberry ice cream cake I got.

Good ice cream here. Bad news was the gal working was not very friendly and seemed all irritated. Good service goes a long way. Ice cream is a hard one to mess up but bad service will. Not a huge assortment of ice cream but the store was clean.

We stopped by with our 3 year old for a late night snack. Really good ice cream with lots of different flavors. The staff were friendly and quick with our orders. There are some places to sit and eat. Restroom is available. Merchandise was also available but expensive.

Had to get a remake on my ice cream but she handled it well and replaced it right away good service.

Walked in last night and I smelled some really delicious new treat (no idea what it was, it smelled like my favorite dessert but I cant tell you what that is because I cant remember its name due to my traumatic brain injury most likely).Last night my door dash order was ready and I was relieved it was not the other two employees. The other two I have had to pick up door dash orders from are very slow and rude to door dash. They will even have new customers walk in behind me and prefer to talk and make orders for those people while Im left standing and waiting twenty minutes for my customers order that was put in way before I even walked in the door.

By far my favorite ice cream in key west. Large selection of flavors and my favorite is the fresh waffle cone they make!Staff is super friendly and helpful, and Moses the manager is very kind and helpfulThe cleanest I’ve cream shop I’ve ever visit!Must try there ice cream cake as well

WHAT THE HELL Ben and Jerry’s it’s 9:45 and it says you close at 11 on your window and online so better service next time I hope if there is a next time.

I don’t do this often, but this was a brutal experience. We love Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, but the service at this location was very disappointing. My husband and I arrived 20 minutes prior to their listed closing time (11:00pm). There was one female employee behind the counter on her phone, who greeted us, and stated we would be helped momentarily. We then watched this employee walk back and forth behind the counter, while playing on her phone. My husband and I continued to wait patiently, while she continued for about ten minutes to ignore us. Twice, she poked her head around the corner towards the establishments bathrooms, calling for a second employee to come take our order. Finally the second employee showed up, and took our order. All to find the shake machine was “broken”. Honestly, the shake machines appeared to have just been cleaned for the evening. My biggest complaint isn’t about the machines, it’s about how the employee playing on her phone wouldn’t help us and continued to yell for another employee to help us instead.

Always friendly staff! We love stopping in to get treats. The cakes are perfect for any occasion!

Nothing like a scoop of Cherry Garcia to break up a tour of Duval St. Also, a great AC sanctuary on a hot day.

$15 bucks for a waffle cone with one scoop, a cookie and a bottle of water. They didnt have plan waffle cones so I chose a chocolate dipped on which they discovered that they were also out of. So I decided on the white dipped with sprinkles which were frozen together. She busted them apart and two of the three crumbled and it appeared that the bott of the cone she was using for me had broken off. I asked her if there was a bottom on my cone and she looked at it as she put it into a sleeve and said yes....well, a few minutes later I had Phish food running down my hand because the bottom 1/4 of the cone was missing and the ice cream was running out into the sleeve as it was melting!

Nice little B&J with very helpful, quick, and polite staff. Limited seating, as in - 2 bar stools by the window in front of a reciprocating fan is it, but it you are lucky enough to get those 2 seats to eat your ice cream and people watch, your lucky enough.

They just opened today. The shop is beautiful and clean. Had a freshly baked brownie that was really good. The hand painted mural is a must see.

There was a woman working there last night (June 27, 2021) with a young guy. The guy stood around and did nothing and she was rolling her eyes at us, snapping at everything we asked for and then the boy skipped over several other people and took an order for someone who just walked in and walked up to the counter. When I said something about it, he just ignored me and kept serving her. Terrible, terrible service.

Had a delicious s’mores flavor I got to enjoy the walk back to the room. The storefront is tiny but has a really cool vibe because of it. We got helped super quick and the ice creme was perfect. It’s also in a fantastic location for you to pop in when walking around.

Of course I wont talk about the ice cream because we all know them. But the guy that serves them is just great, super friendly and helpful
