My girlfriend went here three days ago. The moment she stepped in the store, her skirt got blown up because the strong a/c is on the floor and there is no way to dodge from it. My girlfriend felt so embarrassed, while she found those two clerks seemed smiling at the flashing. This is unbelievable. She was too nervous and just wanted to leave, so she ordered a random sundae and escaped from this place. The taste is good, but the experience is terrible.

Don’t eat here. This is a major health problem. Saw an employee (young man) tasting multiple samples of ice cream with the same spoon (at least 5 flavors). He refused to stop and continued with another spoon.

Was going to get ice cream for my son here but decided not to since I heard rap music being blasted from the staff. Nobody wants to hear that with children around, get a brain.

Sadly, I can’t give this location a good review. Employee/owner ripped us off. We got a small single cone and a 2 scoop cup and he charged us over $16. Mine was supposed to be $5.35 and my husband $6.35. Don’t patronize this place! My husband refused To question him but said $16???.

I visited this place last week and a very nice customer service experience. Entire team was pleasant and eager to help customers. The manager, I think his name is Osmani, was very helpful. Great service, great location and great ice cream!

Can here for an ice cream stop, could not be more disappointed at its fit-in-the-mold customer service. You can not combine flavors in one scoop, the choice of flavors are boring, and they will not even give a small cup of water for a $7 waffle cone purchase. Count the small gains and this place will lose big.

This Häagen-Dazs location is great for being able to get an ice cream or other cold treat on a warm day. I like that it is easy to get to and that they are quick and efficient in getting your order ready. The staff here is very friendly and makes sure that you have everything that you need. I was impressed with Häagen-Dazs.

This place does not look clean. Miguel, who says he is Manager, was very nasty and rude (he is a big fat guy who looks like he spends a lot of time eating the ice cream). He doesnt speak English well and acts as if he does not want customers business. Needless to say, I ended up simply leaving this unsanitary looking place, without ordering. There are plenty of better places to buy ice cream in the area, so we went to a better local ice cream parlor where everything looked clean & the atmosphere was pleasant.

Incompetent and rude staff. Cramped and dirty interior. I would suggest going down the street to Carpe Diem ice cream she the staff are competent and friendly and the place isnt cramped or dirty.My partner got his ice cream here, it was ok. But the amount of time it took to get it was ridiculous. Others were served and out the door while we waited for just the first offer. We also kept getting pushed around by other patrons so they could see the flavors in the case while we patiently waited for part of our order to be finished. When we finally got it we canceled the rest of the order and left. Went down the street to Carpe Diem and was in and out in two minutes.

Racist customer service. Denied my wife about extra cup due to inventory the employee said. But have a person behind us a cup without even purchasing. Last time I ever give them my business.
