Rented a motorcycle for 9:30. Showed up, doors locked and a sign saying they wont be back until 11:30.Called customer support who told me they are there. So I walked back. Still nobody. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Thanks

Booked the Street Glide ahead of time. Convenient option to check-in and review bike orientation ahead, days before pickup day. The gentleman on the counter was friendly and helpful. He provided great insights on great routes to take on a Motorcycle with beautifully paved roller coaster roads with very little traffic. I took the advice and glad that I did. My wife and I had a fabulous time riding around Maui. If we return to Maui in the future, I will definitely be renting from Eagle Riders again.

Mark was friendly and knowledgeable and the H-D we had was in great shape and provided a wonderful ride. We will be using EagleRider again when we are on the island.

These guys go the extra mile (literally) to make sure you are well taken care of. Had minor battery issues with the bike we rented. Dude rode across town with a new battery super fast and had us back on the road in no time. They want their customers to feel like family, thats good enough for me.

I rented a street glide for two days and had a great experience. The bike was almost new and in great mechanical shape. The rental was quick and easy and the level of service was great.

The manager of this location was very enthusiastic and helpful, definitely made my experience enjoyable!

Owner is exceptionally rude and condescending. He acts like it is a privilege to rent his stuff. Way over priced. There is way cheaper places on the island. Avoid this rental shop at all costs.

Dustin was excellent. We got a roadglide and it wasnt running very well. The next day he personally took us up to maui Harley Davidson and got us into a brand new streetglide. Top Notch in my book. We will be renting from Dustin at eagle riders every time we are in Maui.

Awesome time! First Id like to clarify that eagle rider and aloha motorsports are under the same management. I was looking to rent a bike and that confused me at first.  Eagle rider is the rental side and aloha motorsports is the teaching side.I had a great experience with the help of Mike. I called day of since I had free time I wanted to kill with my gf (2hrs). He was able to hook it up with a 220cc with a solid price. He suggested a ride down south to the lava rocks and it was awesome. The power of the bike was just right cuz we werent going more than 60. Also helmets are provided free!My ride and helmet had a gopro mount so if you got one now you know. Bring sun glasses bc the helmets arent full face.
