Not military friendly a bit expensive although the parts are readily available

Bought a heating element from here twice already, first one burned out within a month, this next one burned out within a week and almost caught fire. The coils were completed melted. Wont be returning here. And they charge more than the parts on ebay and Amazon

Well price with ordering was reasonable. Would have bought it off of the internet but it would arrive quicker to Killeen parts than from any of the internet websites. It did come on time. It wasnt much more expensive and it definitely was good we got it quickly

One star simply because they needed my appliance model number to find the part when it should be easier to find the part based on part name and model number. Was able to find the part (new) and payed $30 less than their price with free shipping from Amazon.

Very pleasant, courteous, and professional staff. Although, my part was not in stock, (due to the age of my washer) It arrived in a couple days. It was exactly what I needed and I am so happy that I did not have to give my right arm. some of the others in Killeen have taken my left arm.... Of you dont know its there or dont pay attention while using maps, its easily past by. Reasonable prices. Always have what I need including parts for my discontinued washer and dryer. The lady is very friendly.

I knew from the get go that trying to get a specific part for an appliance wouldnt be an easy task, but I gotta say Im pretty disappointed in this place. Seems to be family owned, but they always seem rushed and have no idea what youre asking for half the time. Not to mention, I came in to get my part today and it wasnt even THERE (they had to order it). If my part didnt get delivered on time, I would have appreciated a courtesy call since I paid in advance and I had to waste the gas going out there. I wouldnt recommend this place, if you need a part Id say try somewhere else unless you want even more of a headache.

I called ahead to ask about an AC capacitor and I asked if it would be ok to come by at closing. The guy said to come by and hed help me out. I showed up 4 mins past 5 annd it was a ghost town. He would have had to left right on the dot to avoid me. It would have been better if he told me to stay home instead of hauling butt 20 miles to their shop.

The always have or can get the parts I need quickly and for cheaper than anyone I have found on the internet. They rock.

I called just before closing time (noon) on a Saturday, and they didnt answer their phone. I will try calling on Monday, and hopefully they are more responsive, and I may chance my rating.If your hours are until noon on Saturday, you had better answer the phone and have the doors open until noon!Edit: I went into the store and they seemed very nice face to face, although the store has a ton of boxes everywhere and seems very disorganized. They got me the parts I needed and were even able to test my oven element to tall me it was bad despite the fact that it looked good on the outside. The parts did cost a lot less than what they were listed as on the internet because they can send back some things to get the core charge back like a car battery. The only downside, no returns or exchanges if you figure out that part isnt the problem.

I ordered my part for my washer they ordered the wrong part and they simply wont just exchange it for the right one after I paid for it so disappointed :(
