Horrible company! They ask you right at purchase to leave a good review for them. I bought my suv in December, it has had nothing but issue after issue. The day I purchased it they rushed me through the contract and told me they mail my copy. The car salesman told me a completely different price and then I find out it was thousands more then what I was told! Then I was told my payments were twice a month, nope it is every two weeks. Then I look at balances owed - I been paying and my balance hasn’t gone down not even $1! Here is Jerry explanation “ All the deferred down payments are interest free, however interest starts accruing on the contractual balance the day of purchase and that is why for a few payments will go 100% to interest. It will start having principal taken out very soon and will continue to go down as you pay. If you ever have time please stop by the store and myself or Charlie will be happy to go over it with you.” - I been paying since December so it’s 7 months every 2 weeks of $194 payments n I’m still just paying on interest? And the owner says he will contact you via an email but the day he says he will call - nothing! I am a mother of 7 I work hard and they took full advantage of us !!! I do not recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a car through this company about a year and a half ago and has been nothing but headaches. When you first purchase the car they push you into doing a review not knowing that you’re going to start having trouble with your car weeks later. The payments are due every two weeks and there’s no grace period, they start hassling after day one and start threatening to repossess your car after a couple days of being late. They do not understand life happens and doesn’t want to change or modify your due date. By far the worse company I’ve ever done business with and I would not recommend.

If you bought your vehicle at JD Byrider you should definitely take advantage of the warranty and also use them after it expires. Services are still cheaper there, and its all done by certified technicians that are more friendly than the big business types at other shops

I was able to buy a dependable beautiful car for very little down and with terrible credit. My old Honda odyssey literally died on me and I was in a bit of a pickle and very hesitant to go and see your car dealer but I’m glad that I did because Jerry and Charles were very very nice and very helpful and they were able to get me into a very nice car.UPDATE: A year later the car caught fire and exploded. The Fire Dept said it was an electrical fire. Most likely caused by their shoddy service center. They left wires exposed in my my passenger side wheel well. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
