These guys were awesome. They were able to replace my entire A/C system quickly and their prices were very reasonable. On top of that they walked me through everything that was done and how it all worked. They kept me up to date with the entire process. Plus they are vet run and owned. Definitely going back to them if I have any issues that I cant fix myself

Great family owned auto shop! The attention to detail is always on the money. Even finding ways to save me money on work that needs to be done. I recently got a lift kit put on my truck by another company.I went to Eastern auto to get my A/C repaired. After fixing my A/C they retorqed my suspension as well! Chis showed me all the pictures of the work they did.Truck rides better than when I got my lift kit put on by the other company! You want good service go to Eastern Auto.

As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was glad that they were so honest and helpful in figuring out the problem. They also have super affordable and reasonable pricing for towing to their shop. I’ll definitely be returning to them for future work on my brakes!

This shop is by far the best auto collision repair shop in Killeen. I was always told to get at least 3 estimates before deciding. I had went to 3 other shops and on my way home something told me to stop here. Out of the others they were the only ones that really took time to really examine my vehicle. They spotted a minor crack in my paint that had nothing to do with the damage I came there for and fixed that at no extra charge. They gave me the best estimate. I am very pleased with my decision to let these great guys do the work for me. My new car looks brand new again. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done!!!

Eastern Auto is by far the BEST mechanic shop in the area. They are very professional, the work is outstanding and done quickly, and prices are the best in town. They stay late to make sure your vehicle is complete. Here soon they will be opening a body shop which will make their shop a one stop shop. Chris, Polo and their workers take PRIDE in fixing vehicles, which seems to be rare for this area. For service members stationed at FT Hood, this is where you want to take your vehicle. It was amazing to find a shop that doesn’t try to gouge you with their prices because they’re close to post.

These guys do great, fast work at a very reasonable hourly rate. Same quality work as larger shops like Mayo, etc. friendly and good at explaining what needs to be fixed and why. Don’t try to fix things that aren’t broke. Go check them out.

Best shop in town. Came in when my a/c went out on my car. The entire staff was super nice and attentive. When I was given my estimate the gentleman gave me several options to fit my budget. The work was done quickly. Two days later I went to the dealership for a free oil change and mentioned I had work done previously at a different place they checked the work that had been done and I told them how much I had paid and he told me THAT THE DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE COST $2,000 MORE than what I paid. So not only do they have great service they have great prices and great work.

I recently came to this shop and I had received the best customer service. Management was very friendly and attentive. The manager charged me $80 for a diagnostic which was the cheapest pricing I ran across and also goes toward the cost of repair which was a plus! I would highly recommend this place!

My wife and I were out of town in Killeen, and our headlight went out. On our car that repair can take up to 1.5 hours. They did a terrific and fast job (30 minutes) for a third of the price we would have been charged at other places. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking to fix their car!

Disappointed to have been convinced that a belt be replaced. Spent a needless 95 dollars. They could have simply checked the alternator first (which did indeed need replacing) but made it seem like the belt needed to be changed first in order to test alternator, which is a pure lie.

My moms vehicle stalled a few weeks ago and we didnt know what caused the issue. We had her car towed to Meineke in Killeen on 1305 W Central Texas Expy. Im a pretty fair guy; I work in a service industry where it pays to be a decent employee and level with my clients. I understand everyone has a few slip ups, but the service we received at Meineke was by far the worst experience weve ever had in dealing with an auto repair center. We shelled out around $700 for a part that didnt fix the issue, we dealt with the sour and unprofessional attitudes of their mechanics, and we had a poor experience working with Meinekes corporate office. Meineke had Mamas car for a week and a half and still couldnt get the job done.Instead, we took my moms vehicle to Easter Auto Center. Eastern Auto is a smaller, family owned place right off S Fort Hood St. The family that operates this business is courteous, professional, and they listen to you. They know how to treat their customers with respect. The talented mechanics were able to diagnose my moms vehicle overnight and had it running the very next day. We paid an extremely fair price for the parts and labor. They recognized we already had so many issues with our vehicle and the circus freaks over at Meineke that they were reasonable in their pricing. We should have come here first. Ive never received this caliber of customer service from an auto repair center in my life. Ill be coming back here again and again. Im grateful for the hard work they do.
