I recently purchased a used 2013 BMW 650i from a private seller. It was in very good condition and ran very well but the alignment was off and a message saying Last Service was in 2019 flashed in the dash at startup.I found Eurotech on a Google search and read many of the positive reviews, I checked out their website and read the personal profiles of the Owner and Team and decided to bring my vehicle there, and I was not disappointed at all. Kyle welcomed me when I entered the office and introduced Craig as a fellow Service Advisor.Kyle listened to my evaluation of the vehicle and how well it ran and said ... Chris were not gonna sell you services that you dont need. Our guys will do a thorough inspection and if it needs anything, well document it in a report and you decide what happens from there. And sure enough thats what they did. They fixed my alignment issue and confirmed all else was good and reset the service message.I picked up my vehicle that same morning, all fixed and ready for a long road trip, and me a happy customer. Very impressed with my first service visit. I took my 2015 VW TDI there for its 50K mile service. Craig was very thorough and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated the follow-up. The price is very good compared to the dealership. I’ll be back!

These guys are true pros! Took a little while to get my car back but when I did, it was running like new, after having the alternator and an leaking pump replaced. I really appreciate the way they diagnose the vehicle and send pics. This shop employs the last of a dying breed in customer service and honest mechanics. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it hasnt been long enough to see if the parts last, but Ill update after about 2 months.

At first I thought this place was great. I took my vehicle in for a check engine light warning. They were very kind overall. The issue I have is when I picked my vehicle up they told me that there was no issue and the check engine light came one due to store settings but there was nothing recommend to be done, although I did needed front breaks and was quoted $1,200. I paid the $138 for the diagnostic service and left. I had been in my car for less than 30 minutes when the check engine light came on again. I called them and told them the light came on again and would like to know what the codes were when the diagnostic was done. The technician told me what they were but said they may not be the same codes as he saw even though I had just left their establishment. The issue I have is that they told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. What they found may not have been detrimental at the time, but over time this could have caused an issue. I took it to another auto shop and had to pay another diagnostic fee. They found what the issue was, plus found some other maintenance things that needed to be done. As well they quoted me $650 for front brakes and rotors. Euro tech should provide better service as seems they are not completely honest and price gouge. Beware before choosing this shop.

The team was professional and quick to reply. The maintenance check was detailed with pictures. We liked the technology of sending the maintenance report to our phones. Wait time was what they said it would be.

Quick as expected with having to order parts. Overall they are priced higher then their competition. Besides their professionalism and courtesy I was thoroughly impressed with how quick they diagnosed the problem with my sway bar linkage. I have another car in there now for a new alternator. I will update the post with how I feel they serviced that vehicle.

Took my sons European car hear and loved the service. They send pictures of their inspection and your vehicle and their recommendations. You dont need a European car because they work on all makes and models. I have never experienced a problem and have now taken 3 cars there, an Audi, VW and an older Nissan Murano. Professional work on all 3 vehicles. The only thing I can say negative (and its not really a negative) is finding a parking space. Great service and great prices! Thank you.

Excellent shop. Very courteous. They have a great service checklist website that gets texted to you with photos of your car. It shows you exactly what they are checking so you can feel confident they are actually looking at your car.

I took my VW Beetle to this shop to fix a severe oil leak. They worked on my car less than a week and told me it was fixed. I was told the battery also needed to be changed and they replaced it with a new one without my permission...when I arrive to pick the car up I was told theres still an oil leak but they fixed the majority...the total cost was $1300+. Im still feeling the scam behind this. Im a veteran on disability and I had to overdraft my account to pay for an oil leak that never was fixed. That issue caused my car to sit for 6 months because it was not drivable. I finally had a veteran buddy of mine, an engineer look at my car and he told me they took my money because the battery they replaced wasnt new. Further because the oil leak wasnt fixed I had to have 2 tires replaced because they were saturated in oil. I took my car to Christian Brothers here in Temple to fix my oil leak and a dead battery, which they confirmed was an old dead battery. The new repairs cost me $1145. Dont ever do business with Eurotech in Killeen Texas...EVER!!! Shameful to treat veterans...any customer this way for a fast buck.

Took my BMW X5 for break service and was very pleased. Kyle was exceptionally professional, kind, and welcoming. I felt at ease right away and the facility was very clean and well maintained. Furthermore, when my ride fell through, Kyle put me in a courtesy car, an Audi A4 at no charge. From the phone call, to when I step through the front door, to picking up my car. Eurotech went above and beyond with their extra attention to detail and care for customers. I also love the intuitive inspection report with real time photos of your vehicle well being and issues. It’s one thing to have a shop suggest your lower struts arms need replacing, when they actually show proof and pictures. This really help build the trust with an auto shop. Highly Recommend!

I brought my car in because it was ticking in the rear axle. They told me it was loose bolts. I paid the $138 diagnostic and left. The next morning the ticking continued. I called to let them know and they said I could bring it back and have a technician ride in it to hear the knocking (indicating that they never tried to hear the noise I was talking about). I declined and took it to another foreign shop. It needs a new differential and rear axle. Not sure how you miss that...

Quality work by honest techs. I received a very thorough service report with pictures after their diagnosis. This was a nice touch that made it easy to understand what they were talking about when they called to talk about it. The shop was very professional and didnt try to pull and funny business by saying my car needed things it actually didnt. They seem pretty trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone owning a European car. The prices are fair given the fact they are a European car shop. You will likely paymore at the BMW dealer. I brought my BMW X5 in for a service back in December and received a detailed full colored with pictures of their complete inspection. As I was leaving, the guy at the front desk told me my vehicle was coding for a water pump. I dismissed it. A couple of months later, I had an alternator installed and new battery. There was a parasitic drain and I took it to the dealership. Those guys changed out my DME (computer) and then said it was my key. They ordered another key and programmed it and found out that was not the issue either. Finally after throwing many darts at the wall, they found out it was the water pump not turning off when the car was off. This place is better than the stealership, their maintenance guys are far superior than the BMW people. Trust them, follow their guidance, you will not be disappointed!!!

Talk about rip off artist try to charge me $2400 for a clutch they must be over pricing a clutch by 1000% I called Ashton performance and a Performance clutch with labor Is $1300 what a difference when you deal with honest people instead of greedy people

They lied about being able to work on my car when my insurance company called them about fixing it. After almost 5 days there they admitted they didnt have the equipment to program the part to be changed! Car had to be towed with the center console torn apart to the dealership.

Drove over an animal carcass in the middle of the road with a loud thump on my BMW under carriage. Result was a loud mechanical noise when braking. Eurotech got the vehicle on the lift in just a couple hours, identified a heat shield bent into the drive shaft, and bent it back into place.This was my first visit to Eurotech. They could have told me anything. I am impressed with the fast work, honest assessment, and nominal / diagnostic charge to repair. Not surprising they are the best rated Euro service center in Killeen.

The guys there were and are totally AWESOME. Pay them their worth and then some.

I wish I could recommend them. Craig is great but after over a month and $4000 the sent me home with my car. On the drive home the check engine light came on. Starting the car the next day was a struggle.Brought it back the next day and they kept it for another week to diagnose. $400 later they said everything was fixed and my wife’s car was good to go.Drove it for three days and again the same light with same codes came on and it had repeated hard starting issues. So 5 weeks and $4400 and I still didn’t have the issues fixed for my wife.They offered to take a look at the car again but quoted me at $1900 to pull the engine and transmission (which they just had out a few weeks prior). I declined to find a more reliable shop.One day at Auto Euphoria and I’ve already had better luck and a better price. Again Craig was great but I don’t trust the techs there.

I called and spoke to Craig a couple hours before they closed on a Saturday. I was trying to find out if it would be worth it to fix my Volkswagen. My car sat for a while and I knew of a couple problems but wasn’t happy with the quote or service I received from a different shop. A friend recommended that I go to a euro shop which is when I found euro tech. They sent an inspection report with photos of my vehicle and their findings and communicated with me every step of the way. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer a warranty! I would recommend this shop over and over again!

Had my car towed to this auto shop had the best experience with this shop. Very clear and concise about what I was needing and did not try to push or bully me into anything. I felt completely at ease communicating with Kyle. I received a text diagnostic with photographs of my vehicle with photographic evidence of what they were telling me my car needed. I will be utilizing this auto shop the next time I need services.

Call the day before was told bring the car in at 8 am we will get you back on the road, I told them my daughter was in the military she need help she takes the car in at 8 the person there tells her we will have to keep it until Tuesday thats when someone can work on it.. Really why will I bring my car to sit up for 4 days I drove to Killeen brought my car back to Houston car was fixed by Eurotech the same day Billy told me to bring my car Monday I picked it up Tuesday because I had him to work on backup camera. I think communication is the key when it comes to business the person I spoke to on Friday shouldve have communicated to person who worked Saturday just to change light bulb they needed to keep my car for 4 days.

Very polite and understanding staff I received a loaner while the mechanics worked on my car. I was able to get to and from work so I was never inconvenienced. They communicated with me effectively and gave me good advice on my car. Eurotech Car Care Center is my car guy.

I called the day before to see if they could fit me in for a BMW battery registration. They were busy but said they could fit me in. Then I got a break earlier than expected and showed up about 3 hours early. They were still busy but took my car back right away and performed the registration to the computer. Just the fact that they know that a new battery has to be registered to the computer and they have the right equipment to perform the task speaks volumes about this place because every other shop in the area said they’ve never done that before and they thought I was making stuff up. So if you want it done right take your car to Eurotech and you won’t be disappointed.

Several years ago, I owned a 2004 BMW which I took there for a tune up before a road trip to Georgia. I spent over 2I. On our way back home a belt which was clearly visible busted and had to be towed to a shop in Alabama. Another 3 hours and 800 in repairs, a drive that normally takes 13 hours, took us a day and a half to get home. I would never take a car here again when a 40 piece, gas cap, was all it would have taken and a thorough look of the car. Never even received an apology. Do better

I had to get our Fiat AC repaired and Eurotech did a great job. Worked everything out with our warranty company and kept us informed throughout the process. I would recommend them for any car repairs you may have.

After being referred to another shop for my BMW. Not only did that take 2 months to fix my car. They were very rude to me and my husband. Turns out they really didn’t do anything. I was scared to go here because I heard it was very expensive. But after paying for a cheap oil change that turned into a 1700 fix. Euro tech has helped me and had my car done with a few days or just a day. I’m very happy to keep going to them. They employees all are very nice and professional. Great place to take your bmw

Service was good, but the labor is just too costly. I should have shopped around prices before coming in, but I wanted a someone qualified to repair/service Mercedes.

I took my Nissan 350Z here and am extremely pleased with the customer service and knowledge/competency of the staff here. They even drove me home the day I dropped my car off. Chose to use an independent shop to do the B service on my wife’s 2017 C300 and I’m glad I did. It was a better experience than I had with MB. The work was completed in the less time than I expected. Craig was very polite and professional. It exceeded my expectations. Plus the electronic service report is a nice feature. Cost was less that what the dealer charges. We will use this shop for all future services.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I do not recommend going here. I brought them a part to install on my 08 Audi A4. All they had to do was install it. They install the part incorrectly causing a new more expensive problem, said my steer column was collapsed. They wanted to charge me to get that fix. I took it somewhere else to check the problem and found out they shaved down parts of my steering column and made my steering so tight it was almost dangerous to get on the road. Why would you you do a job and charge someone for it if you’re going to do it incorrectly and then advise them to let you fix a part that isn’t even damage?!

This is the only place i will take my car locally (after going to 3 other shops that were dishonest / up selling). Kyle has always been upfront and honest with me about my car giving me advice on what NEEDS to be fixed vice what can wait. They are very trustworthy and even give you pictures of any damage found and issues they find while working on your car. They have always been fast with my car and I find the prices to be reasonable. I won’t go back. I probably just had a bad employee worked on my car. I can’t say all the employees at this establishment do a bad work. I had a bad experience. I took my SUV for repair and spent over 2k on repair. I went in for Tune-up, they recommended To replace front axles and other stuff. As well. When I got my car back after the Tune-up and front axles has been replaced I started hearing some unusual sounds that wasn’t there when I took it for repair.The mechanic that worked on my car just placed one of the covers in the engine compartment without placing any screws in it. That cover was flapping and causing some of the noise . Also the base plate under the car had missing bolts, he just left this huge base plate completely secured. I just won’t go back.

I have taken my vehicles, 2005 BMW X5 & 2011 BMW 5 Series, to this repair shop many times in the past. I can honestly say that I was a fan of their work and level honesty. I recently took my 5 Series in for schedule. I express to the gentleman at the front that I felt as if my car was miss firing. When returned to pick the vehicle, I was told of several things that were checked and a few things that were repaired and that my car was fine. I did not question this because as I stated in the past, I have never experienced issues with their work. It seemed as if the most concerning issues, the misfiring, was completely overlooked or miss diagnosed. But I figured it was checked and no problem was found.Later, I took my X5 in for repair and diagnosis, I was proved a list of recommended repairs and some I instructed the shop to correct. When I picked up my car I realized that some of the repairs listed were issues that I had paid this shop to correct before. This made question all the work performed but this shop. I took my 5 Series to BMW for a quick check only to be told that the codes were turned off or reset but no real work was performed.Stay away, this shop does not stand behind its work and only gives a 12-month warrant that is not honored unless you argue with the big guy at the desk. Just a disappointing experience overall.

Eurotech is the absolutely best place in Central Texas to take your car in for maintenance or repair. I love that they send an inspection report to you, which includes pictures, of all the items that were inspected. They are completely above board and will not try to tell you that your whahoozit valve needs replaced. I wouldnt take my Passat anywhere else.

This is the kind of service you would get at a mom and pop shop with all the new tech. Hospitality is that of any high end dealer plus more. Fast, accommodating, and what you expect. All service is done using a new system that includes PICTURES of defaults or inconsistencies that need to be worked on. Keith ensured everything was understood and offered advice on what I should do. I absolutely did not feel like I was in a car shop, but rather sitting at the dinner table with my family talking about what I should do.INSPECTIONS!!! If you’re getting a used car go have an inspection done here. They will inspect all parts and take pictures of things you can have the dealer fix before purchasing.

These guys were hands down the best shop in Killeen. Coming from a mechanic in the army I WILL NEVER trust anyone else with my car! Customer service is the best and they care about military. Went in for a rattle 30 minutes before they closed and they took time out of their schedule to check and fix the rattle, when asked how much did I owe I simply got a “thank you for your service” and my keys.

This place had great customer service and really took care of me. I am new to BMW ownership and when lights started popping up on my dash, I became worried. Thankfully I took it to Eurotech and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a sensor issue and not a hydraulic pump failure like I feared. They took care of the problem very inexpensively. They are great supporters of the local military community and I highly recommend them.

Ive been taking my car to Eurotech Car Care for over 3 years! Im very satisfied with the work they do, they are very honest and helpful.The shop has a nice waiting area with wifi, a laptop so you can browse the web or check your e-mail and have a cup of coffee while you wait.They have some of the best prices in the city. Eurotech is honestly an amazing professional workshop, recently took my 335i into the shop expecting to be shut up by a know it all mechanic but instead I was listened too about my issue. The mechanic had my diagnostic as well as the point inspection sent to me within 2 hours of drop off, they notified me that I needed flushes of two types of fluids that I was told previously were changed less than 5 months ago by different shops *cough* BMW dealership *cough* (they provided hard proof that the fluids were old and not changed out) and were able to get it done same day. They were reliable always informant of what was going with my vehicle. In a place like Killeen this is incredibly uncommon.

My 1988 BMW M6 had the original plastic radiator tank crack on a road trip returning to Ft. Worth. Eurotech found the correct part, had it shipped from Germany (no shipping charge) and installed. They also corrected a front alignment issue and a slow Freon leak. I am very impressed with their workmanship and a fair cost of repair. Would highly recommend.

Have been looking for a quality shop to maintain my 2 Volvos since I moved to Texas, I have finally found it. A service manager that actually knows what he talking about, an inspection report that covers the whole car and details what is good and what needs service, actual communication from them, and work competed in a timely manner

This place is not only over priced but not fully honest up front. I went for a full diagnostic on my engine at a set price. Once they found one issue they stopped and said they can not go any further until I fix this first. Not completed my the diagnostic. The gentleman said if doing it fully I could then go else were to get fixed my vehicle and this is not what he wanted or allowed. I asked and my paper work said engine diagnostic they checked air filter, brakes control arm and other things but not a full diagnostic test. I honestly believe 90% of these reviews are from the staff and the staffs family and friends.

This place is A1 with not only customer service, but great auto mechanical work. I purchased my vehicle from a dealership and had issues and the dealership agreed to pay for all services. Kenny constantly made sure everything was coordinated and taken care of so I never had to lift a finger. I would highly recommend this place for any and all of your auto care needs!
