Hello my name is Jordan Ballard, I dropped my car off October 29 2020 and here I am January 6th 2021 and I still have not recived my car. after he said my car will be done in 3-4 days, when I pass by his shop he is never there and every time I call the store phone he never answers. I even text his personal phone and he leaves me on read. I now have a court record and will be attending small claims court. mind you I dont have a car and I am finding a ride to work everyday and I work in Austin, its draining my pockets! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO GERGOE AUTOMOTIVE, you might no ever see your car again!.. update... he broke my transmission and does not have the money to fix it or buy a new one so i had to get my car towed from his shop somewhere else

George and his crew are ABSOLUTELY, the best mechanics that I know in the Fort Hood, Killeen, HH and Cove area. If you are looking for the dealership to rip you off then head on over to those expensive ripoff artists located on I-14, but if you are looking for quality work at a fair price George Automotive is your team. Today, Georges team completed a tune-up and front brake job on a 2009 GMC Sierra. I am totally satisfied and George Automotive will always get my family business.

Took my car here twice and have been very pleased with the services received. The prices were reasonable and the owner isnt a jerk like some of these places around can be.

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. George is a lier and a rip off artist. the tells you one piece then when u come to get your vehicle he gives you a whole different HIGHER PRICE. Then he keeps your car for days on something that should only take hours to do. Stay clear of this shop if you know whats good for u.

George really is honest and caring. After a Wildman Kustoms in killeen took my money and did zero work, George was able to show me exactly what was wrong with my truck and exactly how he knew the other shop took my money and ran. George had the best prices in town with the most knowledgeable mechanics. I would recommend him for any work from oil changes to new engines.

Best mechanic in town

Worse mechanic Ive ever been to. He told me that he did free estimates, then charged me. After replacing the part that he said was defective, I still had the problem. He refused the give me my money back and blamed me for him not properly diagnosing the problem. Right. Stay clear of this mechanic. Lesson here is to go to someone who is a certified master mechanic.
