Did a inquiry on Yelp with 5 mechanics in the area to have some service done on my vehicle. HM responded the quickest even after their business hours. The next morning I received a phone call and a text with a link for the estimate. I dropped off my vehicle a couple of hours later. Customer service was great and was called with updates on the vehicle. They did take almost a day longer than expected to work on my vehicle but overall I am satisfied. FYI, there is a parts deposit at time of drop off. Im not sure if this is regular auto shop procedures since I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership but my dealership was booked. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

The service is hands down absolutely amazing, every time we need something done we never hesitate to bring our vehicle here. Very professional and organized. We love the constant updates and communication unlike other places that just leave you in the dark waiting around. Prices are very reasonable and honestly i wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service at HM was superior. They went over and above to make sure that my experience was top notch. 1st they gave me the best price without trying to compete with other shops. Then they helped me get my vehicle to the shop using their preferred rate through one of there partners & lastly they made sure my vehicle was running far better than what it was before, they did the repairs. Excellence should be their mantra. This is my 2md time using their services & I am definitely gonna come back again.

My experience with HM was first-class. Hassan kept me in the loop the whole way and ensured all my questions were answered. He gave me peace of mind when explaining why I needed certain parts by explaining the mechanics behind each part ordered. On top of that his work was guaranteed and he sure kept his word. They were really good and for the most part professional. But I had a situation today. I went there because I needed a service done to my car And they found out I needed to get something worked on before I get another problem I had on my car worked on. So I tell the manager of the store “ hey ima pay for the full price to get it worked on tomorrow. So she gave me a price and I paid but they didn’t give me a receipt because she had some editing to do on the receipt because there were changing to the receipt.My issue was I called back because the receipt wasn’t sent and still hasn’t been sent and it’s been since 1:40. And than I found out I have a labor fee that I thought I paid because I told the lady ima pay for it in full because that’s going to keep my car running. So there saying they broke the prices down for me which they did but only the ones they I said I needed fixed before today because today was a new issue and the one today needed to be fixed like ASAP. So while we on the phone she wasn’t allowing me to explain myself. Her exact words was “ you told me you wanted to save money.”So basically all I payed for was the partBut my thing is if I told you I was getting fixed tomorrow why wouldn’t I sit there and get it all payed for that day how can I save money when I told you I’m getting it fixed tomorrow. My thing is y’all should of gave me a receipt. So at the end the lady hangs up in my face and told me know I owe them the full price of the diagnosis after they took half and said she didn’t want to argue. I was just trying to say I thought you put the labor fee in that cost because after I payed no receipt and she never told me okay your remaining balance is thisI would never sit hear and argue or be confused if I really wasn’t. And than be petty towards someone who real life felt like it was a misunderstanding it’s not right or cool. I trusted them and referred people to them. I’m not saying it’s horrible to go there cause it cheaper and there service is quality. But the way they handle the situation was not right.

H&M AUTO REPAIR is by far a five star business establishment. I took my 2014 Dodge Durango to them with the engine in pieces, literally. The Dodge dealership of Dallas not only destroyed my vehicle they were completely unable to repair my vehicle.I was given a recommendation from the Black Chamber of Commerce in Killeen and to my surprise I received top notch, A-1 service from the H&M service team. You will not have to guess or worry. They break down your repairs Barney style, lol. You will know what your paying for prior to repairs being made to your vehicle and you will not be let down. From the time I brought my truck to be looked at to the time completed the staff was very friendly and outgoing to make sure I was taken care of.They replaced my motor and transmission is was knocking and not working properly now it purrs like a kitten and drives so smooth if you want it done right go see HM there awesome!!!!

I can not say enough great things about the owner Hasan and his shop. My sons’ brakes went out on his VW Jetta and H&M fixed his vehicle. They had very reasonable prices and were honest and very upfront. We were charmless than half the price VW offered to fix it for. They had him back on the road in no time! I definitely recommend him and his shop. I personally will continue to rave about his business and bring my vehicles there for service to have it done right and correct the first time.
