Had an appointment for oil change and basic service check. After 2 and half hours I walked back to the bay to see my vehicle just sitting in a flat bay. When I asked about it, 10 minutes later a guy finished putting the oil in. I came in at 3pm left at 5pm with an oil change and basic checks. I question the organization and professional standards of this location of Firestone. Customer service rep could not verify that any of the checks had been done.
Outstanding customer service, I was in and out as possible. I was greated and taken care of as valued customer right off the bat. They took care of my truck tires with no fuss or issues. There parking lot is a little more open for easier parking. If you need excellent tire or vehicle service then check them out.
I was supposed to have an appointment yesterday but they called and rescheduled for today. Not an issue. I came in for an appointment around 11am. I was told itd take an hour or two at the most and they’d update me as time went on. Now it’s been 4 hours later of sitting in the lobby, no updates or check ins with me have occurred from anyone. I finally had to go ask as I have to be at work in an hour and the technician came back and told me nothing had been found and I should go to the dealership. It wouldve been nice to mention it earlier to me to take it somewhere else instead of wasting my time. At least they didn’t charge me. I won’t be going back.
My alternator went out while on Vacation in Killeen texas...Juan and his team worked me in so that I could get on the road.Very nice people there.
Scheduled an alignment and it was done in just under an hr. Good, fast service.
Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. Joshua helped me determine which tires I needed to replace and told me which coupons would apply to my purchase. Would recommend!
Your manager needs to refund my daughter-in-law all of her money! She brought her car to the shop, you kept it for a week, didnt repair it, made it so it was not drivable when she left though it was when she brought it in. She paid you $1300 and you only gave back $300. In my book, if you dont fix it then you need to give her the car and the money back. Do the right thing here! She has to worry and focus on her pregnancy, not getting her money back from you and have a running car. One or the other should have happened.
It took 4 hours to put new brakes on front, then when I had a smell of cermamic smell just like it did when it was locking up. I called they said it was normal. Good thing it has a life time warranty now on the brakes.
May 7 2021The first part of appointment was reasonably.(9-11:15) Then I was told it would take a little over 2 hrs more. When I called after 2:15 was told wouldnt be ready until 6 possibly. I missed appointment this afternoon and am worried about an event on Saturday. A entire day gone

Firestone does inspections it was very fast I didnt wait long great place to go to get your inspection done.
This place will rip you off. They really took my disabled Momma for a ride. Its very sad watching someone stress over problem that this company should have taken ownership of. If you dont know beforehand what is wrong with your vehicle and what it should cost do not go here. They will throw parts at your vehicle and charge you for their lack of knowledge. Do yourself a favor and dont start any service records here. Firestone should be ashamed.

They did a front end alignment in rotated and balanced all four of my tires and you can tell that they did it this time.
So for the 2nd time in 45 days, Ive come to this location and both times I needed a new tire. Both times, they provided me a new tire and failed to inflate it. I had to drive back both times because my sensor went off within 5 miles. My tire pressure was around 37 when they should have been 45 per my car door. They filled up the tire and apologized but why not do this the first time?Other issue - The tech tells me that all my tires are at a 7/10 but I bought a brand new tire in the last 30 days. I barely even drive so I went somewhere else. I went to two other tire places and they told me the tires are 10,7,10,7. So IDK why the tech lied to me but I feel the guy was just too lazy to actually check.No recommendation to rotate tires, no real check on the other tires, and nothing but laziness.

Firestone has been a place Ive trusted since I started driving, but after my latest experience I will no longer be going. Called Firestone to let them know that I needed to drop off my vehicle due to needing a tire, to have the air idle control system looked at, to see why the car was overheating, and lastly to figure out why the car RPMS would not go below 2500. I left the car with Firestone for 6 days only to be told that 2 of my issues were fixed. I paid $100 for a engine diagnostic, but nothing was diagnosed. I was told the issue could be a turbo issue, but my tech could not say for sure because they dont work on turbos. Also the issue with my air idle control system was never even looked at. They told me I would need to take the car somewhere else in order to have it repaired. I took the car to my normal shop Auto Euphoria ( only reason I took the car to Firestone is because I needed a new tire, if I didnt need the tire I wouldnt have wasted my time with these people). Auto Euphoria not only found out the issues, but they figured them out much quicker. It had nothing to do with my turbo at all. I wasted time and money here.
Took my vehicle on Friday to get a transmission flush because it was feeling slushing. Waited fours to get vehicle back. The technician never stated any concerns with the vehicle. Drove out of town for the weekend. Was still having slush and grinding sounds. Came back Monday went to the Ford dealership to have transmission checked,, it ended up being a leaking transmission oil cooler lines. Called to see if they could refund the flush since the technician failed to identify the leak. Will never go back for business they are only for the money and not the customer service.
Brought my car in for an engine light today and a brake job they did a fantastic job very time matter very reasonable price I want to thank Josh for the extra time that hes been on my car and the service that he gave me and treated me like a respectable customer and I appreciate that we all know it cost a lot of money to work on cars nowadays I appreciate their warranties and Josh is an expertise
So I made an appointment for 11 o clock to get bulbs put in for my headlight. I dropped my car off at 11 and decided to come back because I had not received a call from them in which they said the job takes a hr to a hr and a half. Well I come back 2 1/2 hrs later and my car is still parked in the same spot and havent been touched. Then I ask if my car was ready and he said let me check. Then came back and was like they are starting on it now. Im in the store now and then he tells me it will take 45 min to put the bulbs in. Its now 1:53pm. Remember you pay according to to their rate hourly rate. . They want 300$ and it took them 45 minutes

Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. A few days ago my engine light comes on so I decided to schedule an appointment. I arrived 30 mins early and the lady at the register told me just for a diagnostics alone would take at least an hour an a half. And to top things off the lobby was full because of COVID my daughter and I would have to wait outside until someone leave. This company does not care let you know that only five people are allowed to sit in the lobby and judging by people waiting with their coats still on we was going be standing outside for a long time. Granted I understand that there are precautions that companies use dealing with COVID however this company does not need to just squeezed people in so they can make more money. At least the dealership let you know if you ahead of time if you going to be there for awhile and give you options as well. The lady in the front was not helpful at all and not to mention unprofessional.

Called to make sure location wasnt super backed up. Was ensured that I should get in quick if I came asap. Got there less than 10 Mins after calling. Spent close to 10 mins waiting to get checked in than waited 45 mins. When I saw vehicle still not taken I asked about how long and then was told another 45mins to an hour as info was placed in system wrong for approval and was than suggested to schedule appointment after I lost an hour. Horrible suggestion and Horrible time estimates provided = Bad service. For a new location you might want to work on customer satisfaction and retention.
Was told our vehicle would be ready by 3 pm for tire rotation and balance...after numerous calls was told it will be ready in 45 minutes which is 555...5 minutes before they close.
Trying to charge me for something they damaged...
I had a 2.00 pm appointment . I had told them that the rear back was making a grinding sound when put my foot on the breaks to stop. They put on 2 new rotors and brakes. I spend alot of money and still having that grinding sound in the rear very disappointed.
Was told it would cost me 24 on the phone then when I got to the store was told 99, then when i brought up the price they quoted me they said i called a different store. This store was the only one near me. I still waited for over 4 hours
The company should really talk to their workers about driving on the road and cutting in front of people. Thank you 6028 🙄
