Every time we go into this shop we get great and consistent service. They always have what we’re looking for or something comparable. We have 4 grand children we shop for locally and it’s one of our favorite stores. Always a crowd pleaser!

I Reserved a game and I went to go pick it up, usually I order on amazon but I want to support GameStop anyways so I was with the cashier he noticed my rewards program was expired I told him it’s fine I don’t want to renew I’m just here to pick up my game And go since I’m in a rush, and then he goes on by saying “do you not like saving money?” and I told him I really don’t want to, and then he goes “you can get more discount if you do.“ Now I know it’s there job to do so but I understand why people order online instead of the store at game stop they constantly push you to buy/renew their items when you already have declined, (“Wasting time having to tell them I don’t want it” ) I love game stop always had but there too pushy and they need to change that it makes me not want to shop there.

I have been shopping at this store for about four years now, and have never been disappointed with the service. These people love games and love people, and that makes it a joy to come to this shop. There is another shop across the street, and its just not as good. Highly recommended.

You owe it to yourself if youre a gamer looking for games, tech, or collectibles to go to this GameStop. Been going here for over 3 years and the customer service is unmatched. The employees care about the customers and will never steer you wrong if you have a question. The store is always organized and constantly receiving new and awesome collectibles.

Staff could be a lil more friendly though.

Their employee lied to me on the phone, only for me to show up and find out when I got there. As a result, I got stuck with about a 60-dollar bill I shouldnt have had to pay. Their employees are dishonest and unhelpful -- as is their customer service. I was ready to spend TONS of money with Gamestop, getting into gaming recently, and immediately resolved to never spend another penny with this company specifically because of the garbage service at this location and on the phone. I would give zero stars if I could.

For buying games from the store GameStop is good. I do not recommend GameStop for any hardware and I do not have anything good to say about GameStop customer service or customer relations. I ordered a Item from them at the store who say that I should have it in 5 days. To find out that GameStop does not stock it and furthmore it is no longer available. So I asked for my money back and got run around by customer service and ended up with a gift card in my email after a week. Sad.

The staff and the owner were so extremely attentive, understanding, and helpful that I may never go to another GameStop store. Not only did they work hard to resolve my issue but they also helped in outfitting me with the gear that I needed on the budget that I had.

Firstly, Lindsey is incredible. I can always rely on the scoop, a great conversation, and phenomenal service. The selection on the collectables is fantastic, the store is super comfortable even though its thin. This store definitely makes killeen so much better.

Hands down the best place in the area for your gaming needs. There is a good selection of games and they have excellent customer service.

My son loves video games all the time, and you can get a rewards card and trading games and earn your points I think thats the best thing ever! And I do want to thank Lindsey for helping me and my son too

Elite member, cashing in ps4 and accessories with games (Im a pc gamer)Total trade/cash =12$ a little exaggerated but its not uncommon. However, Ive invested quite a bit into this company and I can say that you are far better of going to a mom and pop game shop.

Small mistakes done but they were all always very professional and nice, well knowledged. Mistake was they said they had no Xbox 360s in stock but we asked someone else at check out and turns out they did. Thank you all for being patient with those with babies too.

Bought a used copy of Mercs 2 world in flames. I am now on the third copy and it still doesnt work. Was in the store today and asked if they could check it before I drove home, and they couldnt. I would have gladly have bought the new copy but they didnt have it.

Was told the store manager requires $25 to receive a promotional card from Pokemon International! Contacted Nintendos Pokemon International and they stated the PROMO Card is intended to be free. Will be contacting Corp GameStop as well about this manager.
