I called ahead and asked if they had unsweetened almond milk and they said yes. I arrived within 3 minutes and ordered an iced latte with unsweetened almond milk. The batista said we are out of that milk - so I ordered the drink anyway and asked if they had wifi. She said yes so I said Id be right back, just going to grab my laptop from my car. I return and the wifi was rejecting their password. I asked the other employee for assistance and she said, its been out for a few days, the owner needs to come in and fix it. I do have to note that the barista was helpful & attentive & the coffee was very good... So this message is to the owner: you run a small business which usually is your lifeline, if you dont have the time to buy keep the 2nd most important ingredient (milk) in stock, your 2 employees dont know which milk they have among the (3) cartons in the refrigerator and you dont have time to swing by and reboot your modem - you wont have to worry about any of these things in the very near future. You are 200 yards from Starbucks... you have to be better than they are.

I used to go to this coffee shop all the time when it had a different name its good to see they still carry the same spiced chai frappe which is my favorite. They now have liquor ice cream and coffee beverages.

I wanted to check this place out, but the response the owner gave to a 4 star review utterly turned me off from wanting that person to have my money.You dont need to be technical to call someone who is technical to fix your internet.

Waffles taste like freezer and werent cooked enough. White coconut coffee tasted like sugar and coconut. Not good.

I came in for the green tea matcha and an everything bagel and it was delicious! The inside is nice and cozy. Definitely a place I want to study in. Will def come back for more drinks.

Love going to this coffee shop when I get a chance to go to work that way. I usually get me and my coworker a coffee. My coworker absolutely loves their coffee, the staff is great as well.

They have a lot of fun coffee flavors like Oreo, Praline, Heath Toffee, Strawberry, and Toasted Marshmellow. Very good coffee and friendly service. I ordered the Iced Coffee and my daughter ordered the Oreo Frapp. Both were excellent and mine was strong. ☕

The Irish Cream is the best drink! Staff was friendly, fast and efficient. The mood was chill and the music was lit inside. 💯 Recommend and will be coming back.

I usually go through the drive thru but the inside is also super cute. Always has good coffee and baked goods. The staff has always been super friendly and Ive always had the best customer service.

Coffee was good however they messed up by order and the food was nasty. They do not use breakfast sausage and the egg is nasty.

Service was nice but coffee tasted like hot dog water. I was unimpressed by the cookies. I don’t know if I caught them on a bad day but everything today was bad.

If you like expensive gas station coffee and soggy waffles, will be your go to place.

Visit Killeen a lot since my boyfriend is stationed there. I ordered an iced coffee and a muffin before flying home. It was good and very affordable. Will try again when in town

Hands down the best place to get espresso in an hour radius of the Killeen/Fort Hood/Cove area.·Service was great. The lady at the drive thru was super nice, had no problem answering questions, and our order came out fresh, and fast.·This sicilian grilled cheese - everything down to the bread (which may have even been fresh or locally made?) was fantastic. Maybe could have been grilled a little longer but considering I didnt even notice until I finished it and uploaded the photo, it clearly wasnt detrimental to the quality of the sandwich.·The espresso....my god. Its got that bite that espresso lovers expect, but its so smooth at the same time. The drinks (we got a caramel iced latte and a hot cappuccino) are both fantastic as well. The amount of flavoring used was perfect to the rest of the drink - leaving plenty of room for other flavors. Also the ice to drink ratio was perfect - so it wasnt even slightly watered down by the time I was done my grilled cheese.Overall - this is now one of my favorite places in Texas. I used to work at a similar bakery back home in MD (minus the liquer) and it really takes me home. Cant wait to go back and try some of their ice cream, specialty drinks or other baked goodies they have. Fantastic job!

Just tried for that first time and the drinks were amazing! I had a White Chocolate Caramel Mocha which was a perfect sweetness, my husband for a hot Spiced Chai which he had to fight me away for lol. And the staffwas pleasant. I have to come back to try their boozy ice cream!

Been going all week. Cant get enough of the chai! Punch card almost full... My family loves yall!

Classy atmosphere & delicious menu options!

The ONLY coffee shop Ill even go to. Moved here from the Northwest 10 years ago. Everything about them is on point. I love having the Amaretto Raspberry Mocha or Chai. If theres any negative reviews, instead of never allowing them to make it right, simply let them know and they fix it on the spot and earn it.

Major downgrade from when this was coffee beanery. The coffee taste as if you purchased it from stripes. If you are going to purchase bad coffee, you may as well go to your local convenience store.

Jayrah ( spellcheck because im horrible at spelling lol) is my favorite. she makes my drink perfect and has great customer service all the time with a smile! my boyfriend and i love the redbull drinks :)

The atmosphere is really chill and the decor is very cool. The food, coffee, and ice cream are very good. A good place to hang out with friends.

Good coffee, served with a smile, gave dog her pup cup which had a biscuit to cream, was a nice place and quick.

New favorite coffee place! Only been 3times and keep coming back forthe caramel macchiato! Menu looks amazing and every encounter with the staff was always very pleasant. First time there the young lady, Elyzabeth, was so patient as I sat in the drive thru trying to figure out my life and order haha cant wait to go back and try the ice cream!

1st time here, we did drive thru, Mahogany was very friendly & she made great coffee. Prices are about what you’d expect at Starbucks but much better coffee-5 stars, will definitely return.

I would think during these times it would be distasteful to lose business. But i walked in this evening and got ZERO acknowledgement. Not even a glance. The girl stood at the window flirting with some guy in the drive thru. You are here to work, lady. And just lost business for your owners. I try to support small businesses but maybe lets be pickier with who we employ.

I was amazed by the quality of their food even the strange things like the avocado pickle waffle it was actually extremely good, and the girls working there where very nice dispite my wife being extremely picky and rude they never waived one bit they where nice and polite through my whole encounter.

I ordered XL ice green tea latte.But they gave me grande size cup and Charged over 6 dollars. The worst thing was they didnt use right green tea powder for latte. It taste was so bitter.I loved this place before with Coffee beanery name but no more with New name

I really like this place its cute cozy and has the most potential. The americano was good and the waffle was awesome! The waitstaff was sweet and not pushy at all. I was hoping the nitro cold brew was available but it wasnt running yet, and they said they will have wine infused ice cream soon!! Im excited about that!! I kind of felt like I walked in and it wasnt fully opened yet. I wanted to stay and enjoy my coffee for an hour, so I ordered to eat in. When they called my name I realized they packed my food to go. Im not sure if thats just how it is here or if they made a mistake. I was expecting a plate for my waffle and an actual cup for my coffee. Just the way the place was set up made me feel that way. But it did not take away from the taste of everything. The waffle was amazing. I cant wait till theyre fully open and running !!!

Wife and I ordered a the frappelatte things, and I swear to god it had rotten milk in it. They said their regular ingredients didn’t come in, and were using a different brand of whatever. Anyways, won’t be going back. Starbucks and Coffee Beanery are my go to now.
