The doughnuts are delicious and the customer service is great. So many different choices its hard to have a favorite. My only gripe is getting in and out of the location, a safety hazard for sure. But if you are willing to risk it some of the best doughnuts in town. On a side note the lobby is open for eating in🤩

These have to be some of the worst donuts Ive ever had. The texture is so chewy and rubbery. Walmart donuts that arent even fresh tastes better than these.

Always fresh every morning. I absolutely love the people that work there. They are always friendly and smiling very happy to serve and when I bring my youngest child they give him a free bag of doughnut holes. The devils food are my favorite and everything is just as delicious, I have a difficult time deciding so I end up purchasing more than anticipated.

Love these donuts! They taste great! The filled donuts have enough filling in them to taste and get a few bites with the filling. The texture, softness and taste of the donuts are just great! Also the kolaches are really good too! The bread around them is delicious and a little diff6than all the other places Ive gotten kolaches at.

Little pricey for donuts, although they are tasty. Kolaches are pricey for the size of the sausages compared to the amount if bread.

Pastry shops hours vary, but you havent had a good doughnut till you try Shipleys, old fashioned cinnamon roll. Or try the chocolate icing fill chocolate doughnut.mmm.

We just ordered an original latte and a canela cappuccino. Both were tooth numbingly sweet. A latte is not supposed to have any sugar at all. It is by definition espresso and hot steamed milk. Mine was so sweet I could not drink it. I tried adding black coffee at home still un drinkable. I dumped it. My husbands drink was even sweeter it was like pure sugar. He dumped 2/3 of it added coffee and more milk and is now enjoying it. You need to check you recipes. I was excited to see there might be an alternative to Starbucks, but this is definitely NOT it.

Coffee was good cashier could have had a better attitude but oh well.

I normally buy plane coffee and doughnuts, which is always good. This time I decided to be a little more adventurous, big mistake. I ordered Canela Cappuccino, which it tasted nothing like a cappuccino with cinnamon on top. Instead it was this thick cream loaded with sugar, perfect for those looking to became diabetics. So, dear public, stay with their regular coffee, because Shipley’s has destroyed the cappuccinos.

Fairly acceptable donuts at a wonderful price.

Fresh and its right off the hwy several states do not have these doughnuts so if you are from out of town and use to that nast Krispy Kreme do yourself a favor and eat a real doughnut for once in your life.

My first experience wasn’t the best. I came in to order a dozen donuts and because it was my first time I probably wasn’t the fastest customer. The guy taking my order was pretty rude and short with me... customer service really makes or breaks a place IMO.But the donuts were pretty good.So 3 stars.

Always a quick delicious breakfast snack. The parking lot is annoying, Im assuming its an employee who parks on the lawn space and if there is a car in the drive through its hard to get through.

Best apple fritters Ive had in my life.

Good place to grab a few donuts. Drive thru is NEVER accurate whenever I place an order. Today, for instance, I ordered 6 chocolate iced donuts and got 6 glazed. If this happened occasionally I would not mind, but it happens everytime I use the drive thru. My advice, go inside so you can see what they grab and point to the correct donuts.

Really good. I just wish they had more donuts that did not have icing covering them. otherwise there are normal donuts for people that arent trying to restrict

So while I am eating, I see bugs on the counter. I am thinking that the cashier does not see them. I pull her aside so other customers can not hear and I tell her. She said I know, they are everywhere back here.

This was my first vist my husbands 7th bist. Their donuts are the best a very wide variety. They have a drive-thru too. The staff are so friendly . Id suggest donuts for all here yummy!!!

Not a large selection. The girl working at the front said maybe 2 words to us. Time to find a new donut place but they stay open later than most. The donuts are pretty good and I went there for food, not conversation so Ill give them 4 stars.

Today is 4/9/16 and the time I made my order was around 4:40pm.Today I walked in to make my order but to my surprise there was no one to welcome me, so I continued further inside the building assuming that maybe the employees were doing other duties at the time since business seemed slow but that was a negative. I ended up standing at the counter for almost one minute while watching the young lady sitting down engaging her phone before another customer decided to knock in order to get her attention for me. Despite the fact that I had to wait on her in the manner I did I kept a smile on. She never greeted me with a smile nor apologized for having me wait as she approached, to be honest it was almost as if she didnt want to be here. After I completed my order I went to seat myself but I noticed the tables and my seat were dirty so had to wipe them down myself with a napkin.. Maybe they should consider having one extra person working to help keep the building clean and to keep customer service pleasant.
