I come here a couple times a week, I could get what I purchase here at multiple different places but the prices are great here and Tina is absolutely amazing. Her recommendations are always on point and she’s so personable and friendly. I’m never disappointed!

Went in today for the first time and I loved the shop. Great products and great prices. I believe the woman’s name was Tina Marie(I know her middle name was Marie) was awesome. She was extremely friendly and I will definitely be going back.

Just lost a customer over $6. Bought a Fronto leaf from here, got home to use, leaf was completely stale. Went in for an exchange, was told they cant exchange once I left the store due to a tobacco policy. So I had to buy another, told I can contact the manufacturer for refund. I always loved this store, why I at least gave 2 stars, but this experience has me upset. So they can sell a bunch of stale tobacco products and people will be forced to buy another. Not a good way to treat customers, they just lost a customer for it, ill go back to ordering online.

Ms. T is the woman to go to for allll the necessities. She’s very kind & knowledgeable of all the products in the store. Will definitely be returning here from here on.

Kings smoke shop is by far the best shop in Killeen they everything in there and it’s smells so good with all the incense and I was great and had a great conversation with a very nice woman named Tina it’s a great place to go very good hospitality.
