This Baskin Robbins is the worst place for ice cream..or donuts. They have absolutely no basic flavors. Thank God the employee was nice. However, I was frustrated. Definitely voiced my opinion. Even though I know there is nothing he can do. He still listen to my rant about the lack of flavors they have.
The employees are rude and I stood at the counter ignored for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged.
Went two weeks ago for a scoop of vanilla. They were out!!! How are you out of the most basic ice cream flavor!?!? Fast forward to today; I go for a vanilla waffle cone. They’re out of waffle cones and refused to make one for me! So I compromise and agree to purchase a vanilla cake cone... I guess they’re still out of vanilla because they certainly gave me sugar free vanilla although they charged me and rung up regular. Will not ever be going back to Baskin Robbins!
They were more concerned about having to stop their closing duties rather then helping people and making snarky comments.I gave 2 stars because the kid that helped me was nice.

Worst customer service. Worst Baskin Robbins I have EVER been to. I asked for an iced coffee not iced water with creamer. Pulled up to the drive thru windows and the girl just held my icecream for a while as she had a conversation with another employee. I didnt understand why she didnt just hand it to me. How does a doughnut shop run out of doughnuts at 3, and when ask if any are coming out, they say they arent making any?!You are a doughnut shop!! Where is managment at this place!?!?! I would give it a zero if I could.
I asked for a Sunday and it was like I was painted in the wall, no one move a finger, they look at me and kept walking, very bad service.
Ordered quarts of Ice cream 7 days a week through Doordash. They never have any other flavor except strawberry, mint, and gold medal ribbon. While on their menu they have like 12 diffrent flavors.And when nothing is available they just give you what they think is best and call it a day specially if you go through door dash because its an automatic option that merchant will pick if option is not available.And they dont care!
This place is going down the drain. Its called 31 flavors but they are always out of a number of them. They are never stocked on toppings either. I went one time and they were out of bananas. The company clearly has forgotten about this location.
Closed 22 min before closing hours and refused to assist also the previous two visits have been very horrible experiences.
Ive visited the store 7 or 8 different Saturday nights and theyve only had waffle cones once. Theyre always out of waffle cones and common ice cream flavors.
All i wanted today was some ice cream i order a suprise sundae for the hubby and a vanilla milkshake. The sundae he said was pretty good which is great, but my milkshake was literally milk that was litterally shook up. Like if they were out they couldve just told and i wouldve went somewhere else. But i got charged $5 for milk.
I have been an occasional patron of the Baskin Robbins over the course of more than a year. Of all the times I have gotten ice cream once, maybe twice, have they had anything close to the flavour I was looking for. This most recent time was the worst ice cream so far, they didnt even have plain chocolate and what they did serve me appears to be a ice cream gone bad. The flavor is off and its full of chucks of ice as if its been left out of the freezer, defrosted, and then refrosted. I say that as someone who as a kid did exactly that. I have tried to give this location multiple chances but honestly cant keep wasting money when I can make a better bowl of ice cream, blindfolded, and cheaper at home.
I just went through drive thru and was told I cant purchase a gift card. Someone please help me make that make sense.
Left baskin Robbins at around 1105 today no 1.70 icecream scoops on the 31 of Jan 2021.Didnt buy anything. The 1.70 sign is still posted on the entrance. I will find other alternatives for icecream.
Ran out of everything I asked for on an online order. Told my delivery person that they were only ran out of one item (told 20 minutes after putting in my order), which turned into 2 (told after 35 minutes after ordering), then 3, then my whole order diminished into nothing. Had to substitute my whole order. Waited for them for a full hour for 4 items. Then upon receiving the substituted items, I tasted disgust. I will be sure to write to corporate about this horrible experience. Let me be clear that my delivery person kept in contact with me the whole time. I do not blame him at all! He was very apologetic for something that was not even his fault! Stay away from this location! Management is terrible and they are RUDE!
I ordered 2 sundaes and what I got was a mini cup with a half a scoop in each cup. I was informed that they used a small scoop, but why? I told them that’s not what I ordered but they insisted that that is what I paid for. $9.00 should get me 2 Sundaes, but I didn’t even get a scoop of ice cream. I don’t understand treating your customers this way.
I currently work customer service that is way more complex. I’ve worked at an ice cream shop. I have also worked at a coffee shop so I understand how it is. With that experience, I try to be understanding. I know it is possible to still give good customer service. But the staff here is horrible. There are people out there that need jobs and will have a better attitude. This generation does not get that. I was not acknowledged for a good few minutes from one employee who was working the ice cream bar. He forgot to give us spoons, and there were none out on the counter so I waited for a good time to ask for some. Ignored by another employee then got an attitude for asking. I can understand if i was being an annoying customer. But I can’t eat ice cream out a bowl with my hand. Don’t work customer service if you can’t give it. My last time going here.
I pulled into the drive-through and ask for a mint chip milkshake know I don’t understand if they didn’t understand the words would come out of my mouth but this milkshake look like a Oreo milkshake they poured mint syrup into if that’s what I wanted I would’ve said that last time I went to H-E-B mint chip was green you can pour 2 gallons of milk in it and it’s still gonna be green I will never and I mean never go to Baskin Robbins ever again,”.
They are always out of everything, no exaggeration. Youd be better off going to good ol dairy queen or sonic.

Baskin Robbins Ice Cream is good. But this location is terrible. When I came in, it was NOT busy and there were 4 people visibly working. ALL FOUR OF THEM was working the driving thru (which wasn’t even busy) and all of them ignored the customers inside the building. I stood there for SEVERAL minutes before saying “is anybody going to help me?” At that point one girl said “I’ll be right there” after I got my ice cream, I stood by the cash register for several more minutes not acknowledged at all. They were collectively not even really doing anything-mostly standing around talking. One girl looked at me, and then turned back around doing nothing. Eventually one of the other girls asked her “has she been helped” and she looked at me and said “oh no, what can I help you with” (As if she hadn’t already seen me!) I told her I wanted to pay for my ice cream so I could leave!! This was the worst service EVER. Management should be ashamed of themselves!

I never leave reviews but this place was just awful. I ordered a coffee. They forgot what my order was. Thats fine. I paid and waited to pull up to the second window. There was only one car in front of me. I waited over a half hour and when I got to second window they still didnt have my order. I drove off with no coffee and went next door to Starbucks.
Love this place! Staff is friendly and helpful! The coffee and donuts are all great! Specifically the caramel coconut is bomb 👌. Super happy from my visits here! 🐛
Customer service is good, but organization needs a lot of work... been here at least 4-5 times now and its always the same, I wait for my order(much too long) even when the board is saying order is ready! Its the only Baskin in the area or Id go elsewhere... hopefully it will improve soon since its still new
This location does not live up to the BR label. Not even close. I have given this location many chances and do-overs. Always out of something, several somethings and slow as molasses. Needs corporate training and a sense of urgency!
We went for ice cream. They were out of hot fudge. Then they were out of the first three flavors of ice cream that we asked for.We think they put something in our ice cream. We have been running to the bathroom all night. Only order from this place if you need help preparing for a gastrointestinal test.
The icecream is great but the service is awful. They don’t do the scoops as they are supposed to (I use to work in another BR) they do it way smaller. I went there today and they didn’t gave me spoons for the icecream and straws for the milkshake and I was waiting in line for several minutes... they just keep moving the line only with the first window and let me waiting there in the 2nd one.
Very poor customer service. Had to wait for our order to made because the staff was deciding what the wanted from Taco Bell. None of the ice creams were labeled. Did not have adequate straws for milk shakes and floor was very sticky. Well never visit again. Go to Rock and Roll Ice Cream or Frozen Milk for quality service, labeled ice cream.
Worst customer service, all employees focused on coffee...ice cream, not so much. Limited flavors of ice cream, toppings were almost or fully out. Cherries tasted like they were bad! Place was filthy everywhere you looked. I should have went to MANGO CUP!!
Had a bad experience 2 weeks ago. I wrote a complaint and the manager contacted me. She asked me to come back and give them a chance to make things right. They went above and beyond to give us an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend the restaurant to friends. Thank you again to the whole staff tonight!
Sadly, poor leadership, uninterested staff.Zero customer service.They were bothered by us being there.Looked at, then ignored, shift leader served us, he was bothered as well.All of them are in the wrong industry.
Baskin Robbins ice cream is delicious. This store in particular isnt run well. They are always out of stock on random things, taster spoons, normal spoons, napkins, etc. Its also dirty. Counters, tables, floor, the freezers, all have ice cream everywhere. The place is always disheveled, missing signs for flavors, the trays that hold the ice cream tubs, and random things strewn across the back counter. Another thing they frequently do is leave the ice cream doors open. This makes the ice cream warmer, and probably easier for them to scoop, but means your ice cream is melting and dripping almost immediately. Very poor management. Stark contrast to the Baskin Robbins on Knights Way. Go to that one if its not too far out of your way.
Always have so many people working but none of them seemTo know what they should be doing. takes forever for someone to take your order and they never have my choice of ice cream which is very common....Pralines and cream. Its stress just being in this place. Needs proper management.
Too slow. Too many flies. Have enough employees but look like they are not organized who will be doing what. Is faster going to any local ice cream parlor in Killeen. They need a manager with a great experience.
Took for ever to order, wasn’t busy staff was friendly, waited for ever on my wake up wrap. Was bitting my tongue an told my self be patient it getting made fresh. Got my wake up wrap wasn’t what I expected it cheese was still cold and looks like it was just slap on the egg. I normally don’t leave review but if I’m waiting for ever have my food cook an warm.
They always out of the main ice cream flavors, my ice cream was freezer burnt, the smoothie was not blended properly and you could taste the ice. Would not recommend this location
They are settling in nicely. This BR has only been open for a few months. They had a rocky start (always running out of supplies). Theyve gotten a lot better about that. I am a regular customer and have always been treated with respect. The employees are great! Very warm and inviting. Plus they have puppercinos for my furbabies!Highly recommend.
There are not alot of Baskins Robbins in the area, so I drove 45 minutes to come here for a specific item that they have displayed for sale. When I ordered was told they cant make it. How can you display an Item for sale that you can not make? Guess next time I am craving something specific, I will call first before making the drive.
If I could give it 0 stars I would! The store was filthy. There was barely any customers in the store and it literally took me and my husband 20 minutes to get our order, which was a simple shake and scoop of ice cream. The staff didn’t know what they were doing, refused to wash their hands and didn’t know their product. We asked about the different ice cream flavors and the lady didn’t know. There was no signs for us to read nor for her to read and no one knew. They were throwing cups and other supplies away while the line packed up. Drive thru orders had to come in because their orders were messed up. It wasn’t even the fact they they were under staffed, there was six people working there but one woman was running around crazy. They used their hands to grab nuts and other toppings for ice cream, not considering allergies or preferences and didn’t change gloves once they were handing out the product. My first and last time ever going to this place and I love ice cream.
I don’t know who the owner is or if this is even a franchise, but I hope someone with some authority to make changes to this store follows up and cleans house. But having unreliable processes AND bad customer service is unbelievably BAD!!I recently went online to order a birthday cake for my grandson who lives in Killeen with my children who are stationed there. After locating the closest location to my sons home, I placed the order online but was directed to Postmates for the third party delivery service in which I had to pay extra. Once completed the order would take 3-4 hours to process and guaranteed delivery by 8pm the same day. It was at 8:10pm when I received a call from the third party delivery service to inform me that the product I had ordered and paid for was not available. They suggested I contact the store to see if something could be completed for this transaction. I called the store and spoke with the first sales person who informed me that the product that was ordered online was not available. I asked at what time could the product be made available? Or would I have to reschedule for a delivery the following day. The salesperson continued to look up the order and simply stated it would take 24 hours to make. I asked if we could process this order for the upcoming day. The sales person said they did not think this item was available any longer. I asked why it was showing on their website as an available option to buy. The sales person’s voice changed and in a very snappy tone said they have no control of what goes on the website. In a sarcastic manner the sales person then said how do you expect me to change things on the website? Because of the angry and sarcastic tone of voice I asked to speak with a manager. The manager by the name of Michelle came on to the phone to ask what the problem was. I explained the online order along with the third-party delivery service and the fact that my order was not available, so I opted for the product to be prepared and ready for pick up the following day. The manager said it would be impossible because I would be required to place the order 24 hours in advance in order for it to meet the 8:00 PM deadline. I proceeded to tell the manager this order was placed 4 hours earlier. And because I was not informed as soon as my order was taken that the item was not available, they had lost four hours. I asked her because of the four hour delay, was there any possible way this could be full filled the following day by 8:00pm. She responded saying that I probably ordered this item from the wrong store. She suggested I contact the Harker Heights location because she was sure I had never placed the order. I mentioned that the previous salesperson had confirmed my order was received and that it would not be full filled. She quickly went on to say in an argumentative manner that she had no order and would not full fill this order. She suggested I go elsewhere. So noted! I hung up.When your business manager cannot:1. Listen2. Act with politeness3. Suggest you go take your business somewhere elseThen this is simply BAD BAD Business!! Baskin Robbins you have lost my business and will see to it that others do the same.If there would be a possible way to give no stars, that’s what would be given here. They’re lucky to have 1 star given in this case and that is because it is defaulted to 1 star. This is a zero star review
This place has a problem every time I go there. it doesnt matter what day I their latte machine is broken or they cleaning it. I go there at different times to see if things change but I get same results. Its chaos there. They are not well trained. I order two scoops of Ice cream mint chip and vanilla. I waited and waited finally they come to me on the window and said, sir we dont have mint chip are you kidding me? I mean is ok if they dont have it, but why wait 10 minutes (literally) to tell me? This place needs lots f training and better customer service.
My wife was in labor but I really wanted a milkshake, the wait is a little too long so I guess Ill go to the hospital first
So Ill sum it up went through the drive-thru she was taking my order she said okay maam let me check and see if we have that the next thing I know someone else comes on the intercom and says have you been helped already what is going on. I also noticed a lot of useless employees in the facility and yet theyre out of donuts and the wait time is too long dont use this employees they going to be making donuts thats why its called Dunkin donuts donuts is supposed to be there. Ive visited this place three times all because my baby wants ice cream Ive never been to a place where they cant get organized weve ordered sandwiches both of the things are put in the bag but neither one is labeled so I got a touch everybody sandwich to find mine really..
My nephew and I went in. There was one car in the drive thru and no one in the facility. We were in there for 5 minutes 3 employees and no one acknowledged us. A few months ago we didnt get good customer service decided to give them one more try. Why are they open when they dont care about the customer. Never again!!!
Worst store ever. This store is single handedly tarnishing the Baskin Robbins name. Employees dont even know their own menus and I had to spell it out for them what was easily read on the menu board. My child and I left the store without any ice cream because they were missing over half of their ice cream containers. Drove 5 miles down the road to a local ice cream parlor that had an abundance of ice cream. My suggestion to anyone who wants ice cream, if you have to drive less than 20 miles to get ice cream other than this store, plan a road trip. Will not go to this store, EVER AGAIN.
Worst service and they cant even get a simple request right. I asked for no nuts on the sundae. She repeated, no nuts at all or on the side? I said NONE AT ALL. after waiting about 25 minutes, I received my ice cream with NUTS all over it. I wanted to complain but not only did the staff seem miserable but I felt kinda bad that they have a very low grade job and still suck at it.
Service was extremely slow. I asked for a macchiato hot. It was made cold. Which they corrected. The hot macchiato had to be the worst cup of coffee I have ever had. I took a lose due to how long it took in the drive through. I will not be wasting my time going back. They get a 2 star because the munchkin classics were great. If they could speed up and not stand around talking, and learn how to make the drinks correctly. It would be a great establishment. Lost me as a customer.
Product was good but presentation was lacking. Please wipe the sticky off before placing in the customers hand. YUCKY!

The rudest and laziest workers I’ve encountered at a Baskin-Robbins. The workers sat there in the corner chatting while the line grew longer and longer. Had to ask them if they were open for business. They obviously had better things to do then to serve ice cream. They need to be trained on customer service and what their job duties are.
Jamoca almond fudge and peanut butter and chocolate are the best flavors bar to the none
Oh, this is not a good place. The icecream is the only reason it even gets a star. There isnt a smiling face in the place, the workers walk around like thier dog died. Im not kidding! Its bad, and management has to do something because we dread comming here for so many more reasons. Whomever provides oversight, please check this place out. They are damaging the brand. I have to say this is the worst Basket Robbins I have ever been to. I have family that owns Basket Robbins and this store should be ashamed of themselves. I have tried them a couple of times first when I went inside in the early evening I had trouble finding the place because the outside sign wasnt illuminated and white so it blends into the background. When inside they only had one register opened which was the drive through for both Basket Robbins and DD so we all had to wait to be helped and it was busy. The lead was on the drive through and kept telling everyone she would help in a minute. Then second experience after just recieving a truck they didnt have the chocolate and peanut butter which is very popular for this store and they are always out of it. I spoke with the manager and was told I am only required to order the staple vanilla, cholcolate & strawberry. Please what happened to pleasing your customers and always having items in stock. My Aunt owned two Basket and Robbins stores and my cousin owns one now as well. My aunt kept the cake and pie case full at all times and the store was clean with all flavors in stock. My aunt knew a local church with late sunday service would all come on Sunday after they closed but guess what she did...she reopened for them. That is service I guess those dsys are sadly over...very sad.
The lemon ice cream is definitely my favorite. I love dunkin donuts coffee.
Lines are long at night, my last visit waited for 40 minutes in drive thru, granted it was late, they had no warm brownies, sweet or unsweet tea. Manager was very nice and apologetic, so at least something was done right.
So the ice cream is so good like always but the service is terrible. The first time I went I just thought it was because they just opened so just going pains. Went back the other day and its clear this is how they are going to run the show. So good ice cream terrible service and atmosphere
They made chocolate shake the way they do it with world class chocolate when I asked for a chocolate shake.

Phenomenally terrible. This is the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The staff fails to acknowledge you when you are ready to place an order. After standing there waiting patiently for more than 5 minutes I had to flag down a worker to place an order. The lady was visably annoyed that she had to take my order. The staff is disorganized and inefficient and seems to be only focused on their delivery and drive thru customers. There are other ice cream places in town that would be happy to have your business as it appears to me that this Baskin Robbins doesnt really care.
Had a coupon for buy one get one two scoop sunday. They made it so good. If I wanted it drowned in the toppings, they would have heaped it on. Great treat on lazy Sunday afternoon. Get a Sunday. Lol

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. Not very organized, I have to remainder about my drink that already paid 10 minutes ago cause the employee that charge me went to help the rest of the customers. No cookie and cream flavor on that day and two weeks later returned and still no cookies and cream. I will never come back to that location.

Waffle cones were old and nasty. I let them know but they said sorry . But did not attempt to remove them of the shelves.
Dont change gloves when handling money. They use the same gloves to check out a customer take money with gloves and to back to scooping ice cream with same gloves on.
Store was dirty, staff did not interact with customers in friendly manner. Selection was non existant. Will not be back, will not recommend.
