Good food. Next time Ill ask for the menu. The place was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Try the tostones. They are crispy and delicious. The pasteles and empanadas are also very tasty.

Paid $25.17 for this plate, two empanadillas and two sodas. The lunch special ended at 2pm. We were at the counter just before 2pm but the register receipt was issued at 2:02:42 and we were denied the lunch special price.I did contact the restaurant and they offered a complimentary lunch as a way to remedy, in some way, the situation. Too expensive for a lunch menu served on plastic plates. I truly believe in supporting hispanic businesses if they deserve such support. It was our (my son and I) first visit and, the first impression, needless to say was not the best. Hope they make some changes that lead to better service and prices. Wish them the best.

Friendly staff, and real Puerto Rican food

The place is very clean and has a modern feel to it. The food Im guessing if you choose to get lunch it might be much better. In my case paying $50.00 for a plate of reheated rice, reheated fried meat, not to mention the very bitter tasting garlic sauce on the mofongo and fried yucca wasnt at all worth it. Maybe I chose to go to late (5:30pm) or just didnt order the house specialties. The service was good and timely (we were the only people there).

The food was awesome but i feel the presentation could have been better.. The plates were Styrofoam the utensils were plastic and when asked for salt they gave us 2 tiny packets there were no salt or pepper shakers.. Presentation may not matter to most but if it does this is just some facts... Again the food itself was good..

Went there to try their food and by the time I got there, the food looked old and dried. Not sure if it was because they were getting ready to close in about an hour or so but regardless, food is supposed to look fresh not old. On top of the food looking old behind the window counter, they wanted to charged full price for old and dried food. I said thank you and went somewhere else to pay for not so old looking food.Maybe, I’ll try this place again at an earlier time to see if the food looks better.

Lived in LA for 10 years, hadnt had Rican food in a long time but this was awesome ! Fresh, tasty and authentic. Only problem I had was that I over ate . Cant wait to go back.

Arroz con Gandules and 1/2 pork combo is amazing. The puertorican version of the Chinese food is good to, but the fried rice hace a little to much garlic but still enjoyed it.

I drove 48 miles to eat the arroz chino like the Chinese restaurant do back in P.R. ‘Twas not disappointed it brought back memories since I left the isla two years ago. I also get to go for my family back in Austin and they enjoyed so much. I will go back every time I have the time!

The best alcapurrias around here. The costillitas deshuesadas they are super good. El arroz chino pretty good also but I feel it need something. I would say that the Chinese rice in Puerto Rico is pretty close to the Mandarin style and this one taste like arroz guisado. Also try the tostones de pana y al fin unos que saben buenos de verdad. Overall I recommend this place.

Great flavor. But the price is ridiculous. There is other place downtown Killeen where you get the same quality of food 75% cheaper. Paid $17.32 for rice, pork and yuca, while downtown same menu $5.50 plus drink.

The food they had on the front for display looked like it has been sitting for a while and didnt look appetizing. Menu was not kids friendly but instead they had a Chinese food session which i thought it was super weird since is Spanish food restaurant. We walked off cause the food just didnt look appetizing at all

I just moved here from El Paso and I was a little worried I wouldnt be able to find Puerto Rican food locally. But man was I wrong I stumbled upon this place and the food was so damn good. Reminded me of being at my aunts house for the holidays. I ordered the lechon with arrow con gondules with 2 beef empanadas. It was amazing they even left the chicharron on the lechon. It was so good Ill definitely be a repeat customer

I have 3 years in killeen tx and rincon del lechon has good food but my husband worked there but got sick had 2 days at home pq the doctor so she told my husband to rest my husband sent the evidence to his boss and also he gave it in person the boss did not care and dismissed him and does not want to pay him what he owes

The food tasted like those given in PR hospitals. Strange beans, pink biscec, looked raw and hard, the menu said that it brought salad and how they ran out, nothing, for the price of the plate ($ 12) should replace. At least the tostones and the mayo-ketchup were good, the delivery quick and the food, tasted bad but it was warm.Im not coming back!

The food is good, very nice staff but the music that was playing gave me a headache. Put on variable music, an hour listening to reggaeton is torture.

I loved. I went today for the first time. Order a delicious Cuban and two jijijiji guava pastries delicious rummies mmmmm.El first staff and the place cozy and very clean. I loved.
