*updating review from 5 to 3 stars. Decided to visit this establishment in person and was disappointed. You could barely hear the staff members talking. I saw a staff member playing on her phone immediately before and after helping a customer. They blocked off about 1/3 of the establishment so all their customers were in one area (it was during peak hours) and there was no working AC while you were waiting for your order. The order was correct and tasted good.Original review: I ordered through a third-party delivery service and was happy with the packaging. We got a combo 2 (egg waffle, chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, condense milk, and an idea) and a honey dew milk tea. Everything was delicious; it definitely satisfied our sweet tooth. The ice cream that came with the egg waffle was a little too much though--I only finished one scoop. So in the future Ill probably only order the waffles with one scoop of ice cream.

The most amazing, delicious rolled ice cream Ive ever had!!! Tons of creative options that create the best flavor combinations while allowing your own personal touch by including 3 toppings of your choice at no additional costs. When ordered for delivery or pick up items are packed securely to prevent any problems during transport. In addition to the rolling ice cream options they have regular ice cream and sugar free available by the scoop and are very generous with their scoop sizes!!!! I love the rainbow sherbert they have!! I recently ordered one of the egg waffle combos and became just a bit more obsessed with Freezing Milk!!! I will include the picture I took of the Sweet Heart with an egg waffle added. The egg waffle was fresh and never failed to make each bite more enjoyable by improving the taste and texture all around. I recommend Freezing Milk as frequently as possible because despite the multiple orders Ive placed there I am still unable to pick a favorite when all of them taste so delicious! I will also admit that I will probably include the egg waffle on all future orders now that Ive tried that combo!The staff are extremely friendly, patient and helpful making every overall experience truly remarkable.

The waffle was surprisingly good! We got rolled ice cream with toppings (Oreo, condensed milk, and Nutella), an egg waffle, and a taro milk tea with boba. The rolled ice cream was good, but since we had to eat it outside instead of in the shop, it melted quickly which took away from the appeal of rolled ice cream. The taro milk tea with boba was fine, but the boba was way too soft for my liking. My husband liked it though. The egg waffle was my favorite part! Little pops of crispy waffle work really well with ice cream! If we come back, I’ll just get normal ice cream with the waffle!

A lovely little local business. They have a nice variety of treats, and theyre my favorite place to get Boba tea. Seeing the rolling ice cream get made is a pretty fun factor as well- and the ability to customize it is pretty endless.I recommend the egg waffle with ice cream. I dream about those waffles every night. Not sure what makes them so good, but they seem next level. I also enjoy Honeydew milk tea with classic tapioca boba- another of my favorites- as it has a pleasant gentle melon flavor. They also have popping boba which I love love love in fruity drinks like soda water or fruit teas.All in all theres a large selection on the menu with tons of customization, so I feel theres something for everyone. Their service is fast and the employees are all pretty awesome.I also happen to know they treat their employees quite well (especially for a food service gig) 😊

This place should receive ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely disappoint and completely disgusting restaurant. The staff were beyond rude and made no effort to meet any of the customers needs that I were in line with. I found 2 pieces of hair in my food and the containers which the egg waffles were in were filthy! The workers put gloves on and then would touch the computer screen and other items around their workstation, then put there hands in the marshmallow jar. Not to mention the gnats flying around the dining area! This place is a disgrace and needs a serious reassessment!!! Do better!

Very clean establishment!! The staff held their customers health and well-being at the utmost high by wearing masks and providing a safe and clean environment. Warmed up enough to try this place out finally. Line was long but these guys moved quick! All employees were very polite. It was very cool for my family and I to watch them make these delicious rolls. Frozen cream was amazing, waffles were on point and very well prepared, slight crunch on the outside and fluffy soft on the inside. Bubble tea was excellent. I give this place a 10/10. Definitely going back.

Really good ice cream and drinks but they should fix their A/C it is hot inside while you wait for the order and it could be nice if they add some tables and chairs outside.

The store is clean. Everyone was wearing their mask correctly. The person at the register was helpful. My friend had the kiwi Junior. First they dice the fruit really tiny, then the ice-cream is poured onto a really cold metal slap as a liquid and they move it around until it is all frozen. Next it is flattened and they roll it into about 6 sections and placed in to a cup. I got mint and chocolate which was done similarly. The person who did mine made a smiley face with the chocolate sauce which I thought was a nice touch. I definitely will be back and I recommend them especially if you are looking for a fresh take on ice cream.

Fascinated by how creative, fast and Delicious the Ice cream and egg waffles are. This is a whole experience, the place is simple and clean and the workers are like bees working fast to have the orders ready. When we went on a Saturday around 3 p.m. we only had about a 5 min or less wait and it was busy at that time but the workers are so efficient that they are taking orders in person and also receiving and fullfiling many Door Dash type Orders, everything is very Organized!! Soo delicious

A pleasant surprise to discover this spot in Killeen. Ive had Rolled Ice Cream before. The options available here are amazing. I went with the Minion option. Its Vanilla base and fruits mixed in. For the topping I added kiwi and believe me it was amazing.Im sure Ill keep coming back to this spot. This is now our go to spot to cool down during these hot summer days for sure.

And we got so I went to this place during school lunch and it was so packed so we waited until about 1:30 2:00 to go back up there and yall when I tell you that this ice cream was so good I wish I had money to buy two of them at the time but I didnt but it was still good and I ended up taking my son up here on Saturday to get him a rolled ice cream and he just went completely bonkers completely bonkers

I love this place! Thanks to a friend I found this little ice cream shop. The Thai Thea boba is so good also the waffle ice cream yum! This was my second time and my kids love coming here. Very unique little ice cream place than other places near by. Thank you for opening this place it was much needed since there’s many military family here and there’s not much to do around here. Will be coming back totally worth our money. Also clean bathrooms and super nice workers. 💜

What an awesome place, yes the making of the rolled ice cream is AWESOME, but the taste of it is as equally STELLAR. They have way more than that though, they have scoop able ice cream, yes the boring stuff you can get anywhere. They also have drinkable yogurts, smoothies, and many other things.A must visit place!

Really good. On terms of the boba, the tapioca pearls are too soft; over cooked. I personally wouldn’t get it again, if you want boba I recommend Lazy Boba or The Bloom Coffee Roasters. The ice cream is amazing, I’m not a big fan of cookies and cream, too bland. Got it here and loved it. The waffles are great too, in my opinion they could’ve been softer but I don’t mind.

Our visit was great. It was real nice seeing post-it notes up on the walls. People drew, wrote scriptures, and short notes and posted them.

Sooooo good!! We got a rolled cookie monster and added Nutella, a strawberries and cream egg waffle, and a honeydew soda water with popping lychee Boba. Definitely recommend. The staff was friendly and efficient. The building was clean and fun.

The ice cream here is VERY good! I wouldnt hesitate to go here again. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are. I got the cookies & cream w/ 3 toppings. I dont feel like the price is that bad because of how unique rolled ice cream is right now. I cant wait to go back and try some more of their menu items.(I was too eager to eat and forgot to take a picture beforehand 🤣)

Love this place. I always get the same thing though. I tried the rose milk tea. It taste just like Howard rose smells. Interesting and I like it. If Im not getting the rose milk tea then Im getting the super fruit tea. Its SSSSSOOOOOO GOOOD! It has pieces of fruit in it. Like some watermelon, lemon, lime, orange, blueberry and strawberry. Idk what the tea is... maybe jasmin tea..... not sure what they sweeten it with but Im thinking honey. Whatever it is ITS DELICIOUS!

Alright. As soon as I heard about new boba place I went there right away because in Killeen there is no worthy milk tea place. I am picky about consistency of boba and this not the place where Ill come back for milk tea. And in taste of that tea I felt some cheap black tea like lipton.Waffle with cookies and cream ice cream. Waffle is fresh, warm and delicious but they use the cheapest icecream. And some areas was icy (crystalized, not smooth).They have a lunch special from 11 till 2pm for waffle with cream and something else.Place is clean and new. Awesome place to meet with friends.Ill come back maybe to try waffle with other ice cream and their main dessert - rolling ice cream.

LOVE their ice cream. My friends and I frequent there so often. They even have a stamp card you can use each visit. Definitely a go to ice cream shop.

I like this place as its the only decent boba place in Killeen. but the other day a lady walked in with no mask and no one said anything. this lady then proceeded to bite the paper menu they have and kept bringing it up to her mouth! i know for a fact that the store has been using the same paper menu pre-Covid so i hope they sanitize it cause that was gross, even without COVID. i know my order by heart so i dont touch them but i hope they do something about this ugh

Among all the boba and snack shops in the area, Freezing Milk is in a class of its own. The boba/pearls are consistently soft and chewy - an indication of its freshness. But the real highlight is the egg waffle, which by itself without ice cream or toppings, is super tasty and perfectly cooked every time.

Tried Freezing Milk today and definitely loved it! Great customer service, clean bathrooms lol, and delicious ice cream!

I’ve only tried their boba milk teas I had the rose milk tea and strawberry popping boba. The rose tasted a little like perfume but still good.

After meeting Randolph in Walmart and him explaining how they roll the ice cream at the Freezing Milk he works at. We came to try the variety of items they have there. I’m telling you this is the absolute best place to come to the Fort Hood area sense living here over a decade. I’ve never heard of ice cream being made this way. I’m so happy our paths crossed. It made my kids and myself day to come here. The ice cream we had was perfect as was the fruit tea and yogurt drinks. Come here if you want to try something new that you will be so glad you did. We will certainly be repeat customers. They opened at the perfect time of year as well right before summer hits. I can see lines soon being out the door due to the excellent service and taste of everything. I hope you enjoy your visit here as much as we did.
