Ok....I found this place by accident, but Im glad I did the ice cream is some of the best Ive tasted in awhile. Their ice cream could give Baskin robbins a run for there money. I tried the rocky road ice cream today and it was some of the best Ive tasted in awhile. This is going to be my go to for ice cream from this point on. I highly recommend them to anyone who is a lover of great ice cream. Oh and by the way they have a location in the mall also.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I had no idea the location was opened. I had to walk past like I was site-seeing to notice someone was there! He was not horrible he wasn’t the best I wanted pineapple mango and that’s what I got. My card declined and of course it was embarrassing I had to leave to get cash. Hey but I came back. The smoothie was fulfilling it isn’t something I would come back too. I had my no thank you helping but it wasn’t worth the money spent! I am sure I’ll try something else in the future but it won’t be anytime soon

Decent prices, many flavors to choose from, many seating options, my friend I really enjoyed our time here, we even had time to enjoy the outdoor seating for a bit. I got a cup & he got a cone with 2 scoops each & water costed us about $18. Recommended for a date night

Ok, this place was awesome. Very understaffed, which was unfortunate, but the gentleman that was working there, Gemini, was phenomenal. He was cheery, interactive with the customers, especially the kids, and very attentive and accommodating. My kids and I got the rolled ice cream, which I didnt even know was a thing, and it was delicious as well as very enjoyable to watch being made. Definitely worth the trip, and definitely going here again.

I read reviews decided to go....im not sure what others experience but I got two girls sitting down eating a whole table of teenagers with them and one girl got up came to counter with ice cream cup in hand snacking and seating saying what would you like well lol first wash hands dont be eating and smacking food and have a entire table of friends and have attitude because you got up to do job with your ice cream cup.... Ridiculous

This is my go to ice cream shop. It is a fantastic shop with a variety of options. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. If you live in Killeen then you have to hit this place up. If you are stopping through, the same applies. Dont miss out on supporting a local business, especially one as amazing as this.

First, you shouldnt have just kids on a closing shift, because all they want to do is close early and go home. They were friendlyandhelpful, but we got told they werent doing rolled ice cream (the only reason we came here) because they were closing....an hour before closing time. O.o Then, they served a burnt batch of waffle bowls and wouldnt redo the serving and still made people pay for it. Thats just very poor customer service. Not exactly sure how it managed to get a top rated rating...

The service was very poor. When we complained the waffle cone was burnt the lady was like, oh well. And they refused to do rolled ice cream because they were closing. Were were there an hour before closing. We drove all the way from Lampasas because the reviews were good. Well the reviews were wrong on this day.

First Assembly of God Church let out about 8:15 Wednesday night and I was hungry for ice cream. Found this on Google and was happy I came in. They serve blue Bell by the scoop and had lots of different type waffle cones. I got a double scoop peanut butter candy which is like a Reeses... In a waffle cone dipped in peanuts. Messy but very good. Only reason its a four-star instead of a five is the fact its just blue Bell ice cream and not a homemade small batch like most ice cream parlors that I visit. It was clean friendly folks running it and something that I would come back to next time I was in the area.

My daughter and I love this little ice cream parlor. Its clean and the staff are so friendly. They have ice cream, milkshakes, italian ice and a couple of other cold desserts. The atmosphere is perfect for children. Its very colorful without being overwhelming and it always smells so good (like creamy ice cream goodness). My only complaint would be that its awfully small for how popular it is. Sometimes wed like to stay but have to take our ice cream to go. Thats no biggie though, its down the street from one of the better parks in Killeen (Lions Club).

Rock and Roll Ice Cream is a hidden gem nestled in the outskirts of killeen and harker heights. This cute accommodating little ice cream parlor shines with personality. The staff is Pleasant and personable. Prices are right for those on a budget. The ice cream is good, offering blue bell to Italian ice. They play lots of soft rock music. I was very happy with the clean seating area. I enjoyed my visit and plan on returning.

I always bring the family here after going to Lions Park up the street. It always makes for a great day.

Its just giant tubs of blue bell... go to heb buy your own and save 20 bucks. nothing is fresh made.

Come for the rolled ice cream where they are either out of it or refusing to do it at all. Over hyped and over priced ice cream that you can get from your local grocery. Nothing is special about the flavors or the creations.

Clean and nicely decorated place with a rocknroll theme. Great customer service and many ice cream flavors to choose from. Perfect place for a couple or to go in groups. Good parking space as well. Definitely recommend a visit here.

Loved it. Frist time we had been there and the man (gemini) helped us with such patience and kindness. My daughter (3yrs) said all she wanted was pink so he let her try all the pink ice creams until she settled on cotton candy. Hubby got a milk shake that him and my daughter loved. He helped me with letting me sample many different ice creams since I dont like things too sugary.

My son loves this place but I’m not a fan. Too small to fit the multitude of people that come here especially with everything going on BUT that’s not why I left the poor review. The majority of the employees that work there are usually super sweet but there are a couple that seem uninterested but they’re teens so who cares. It’s the owner. Literally every time we come in whether it’s just us or it’s plenty people, he’ll greet everyone but us. Will legit look right at us coming in and won’t say a word. Come to the counter to order and he has someone else take the order and will go to the next person without saying a word. Then the next people come in and he’s so friendly. I’m straight on all that. And before you think “well what did she do?” Nothing lol I just like taking my son for ice cream here and there but we found Freezing Milk and we’ll go or order from there instead. 2 stars just cus my son likes the instruments on the wall. Ice cream is subpar.

Great ice cream a little pricey

Took my order 15 minutes ago and didnt start it till I asked her about it. The store is completely empty she was just hanging out till she was forced to work. Super slow and empty. Employees need constant prompting to make drinks.

Nary any acknowledgment by owner, no eye contact, certainly no smile, and no gratitude as I left...save from the cheerful employee.To the pricing, if you buy a single scoop on a cake cone...itll be $2.85.Except that posted on a small sign on the freezer case which is attended to hold the attention to the ice cream, one would think, is the minimum $5 purchase policy.At the point of sale, after being served, if you havent $5 in purchases, youll be asked for cash or to add something...?Heres the BS in his policy: if you offer fare that will routinely be less than $5, either eat the 2.3% debit fee or price accordingly or write it off as allowed by the US tax code. If ordering online such as uber eats this place have terrible communication with the site and staff who look at your order and dont understand what you order.Yes you offered i declined to have order redone however but you should have seen my order on your system and called me to verify that you see it a bit strange that I have extra items on my items to add on and you dont understand it is but I still pay full price for the wrong thing and only receive one of those items i paid for. Most of all ubers eats and your company seem to not work well together when it comes to how your menu is set up on ubers eats and what is added to the chart. Also this seems to not be the first time this has happened when i called so you have had many opportunities to correct past, present and future orders so that is why i declined your offer.You as the owner should fix that issue with them.

Our favorite pastime on Sunday nights is visiting this icecream parlor in our pajamas with the kids, ordering our favorite icecream, and going home to watch Disney movies until everyone passes out. The customer service from those young people is great, the icecream is always fresh, and the establishment is always clean. We have an icecream shop right around the corner from our home, but we prefer to travel 4 miles to this one because we know the icecream is good and it isnt overpriced.

I took my teenage son here this evening, and the ice cream was YUMMY!! The crew behind the counter were awesome. Very customer friendly, professional, and all smiles. The owner was in the parlor as well. He was very friendly, full of smiles, and walked by my son and I and smiled and said hi to us. Overall a wonderful experience, and we will be back. Thank you Mr. Watson for smiles on the way out the door too. :-)

Went with only two people in front of me, tried to order rolled ice cream and got told to wait because she was going to forget my order. Proceeded to wait in the ice cream line and got a regular cone ( the only thing that came out right). And a banana split in a cup, got three scoops of vanilla with a couple slices of banana and chocolate syrup, thought there was more in a banana split. Also got a cookies and cream milkshake that came out like chocolate milk. The consistently was literally milk that I could have made at home. I understand that it got busy real quick but come on don’t rush just to get the line down. Needless to say I was dissatisfied and won’t be going back.

When we walked in the door the staff was all smiles and greeted everyone. I was a little surprised that all the ice cream was blue bell but they had some flavors I hadnt seen yet and the husband loves blue bell so it worked out well. It looks like it might be family owned and I like supporting small business. The menu is not over done and typical for an ice cream shop. My adult son had told me about this place and he was right, it was worth the visit. The yellow cake ice cream was delicious. I did hear one of the workers say there was still some jerk chicken left so Im probably going back just to try that. Definitely recommend

Wouldnt go to a business that doesnt respect the health conditions of its costumers. Refused to serve us because I didnt have a mask on due to health issues when the governors orders clearly says people with health issues that prevent them from wearing a mask are exempt. I wont pass out or have my oxygen levels drop more than they are already to buy your ice cream
