As a former physical security professionals, I am appalled at the lack of customer service inherent in this company. People depend on you as a company to secure their most valuable and sensitive assets. How can such a company continue to operate when that seems to be the last thing taken in as a consideration when dealing with their customers. It is almost outside the realms of common sense.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. 2 years after install and our system still doesnt work properly! Customer service is giving us the run around claiming there is no record of our complaints. EVERY Invision technician told us it would get fixed and now the Customer Service says the equipment is out of warranty. Anyone curious about using this service is welcome to visit our place and ask any manager about their experiences with Invision.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Used them for a security system, have spent weeks trying to get them to fix our system and they keep insisting that nothing is wrong when we can clearly see that the equipment is faulty and has been for months!! They try to cover up their mistakes and flaws by saying that their system shows everything is fine when it is indeed not fine! I would not recommend them for your company if you’re looking for a new security company to do your alarm or camera systems!!

Shady business practices. They wont return calls. Bill my company for services not rendered and install substandard equipment even though we asked for different stuff. They are scam artist praying on the defenseless. Worst kind.

My husband and I own a small business in Philadelphia and we needed a security system. After several meeting with other companies we decided to go with Invision Security. I am so glad we did. It was just easy and that is what we needed. The salesperson, Ed, actually showed up! He answered our questions and really showed to put a system together that worked for us and provided a solution. In the year I have been a “customer” I have only seen them come out and respond to our request a couple of times. We have tried to get them to help and service our cameras and door alarms and none of the issues were resolved. We have made multiple requests many times and like I mentioned earlier, I have only seen their representatives come out twice.
