My issue is that you cant actually call the store. You have to call xfinity to get an answer about a wireless charger you purchased there that is not working and needs to be exchanged. So basically the xfinity agent cant answer a question about a third party product. But even without saying all that. How can you give a business more than 1 star that doesnt even have a business number?
The customer service lady was very kind and understanding as to my frustration with having to even come into the retail store. I was trying to self-install the new modem required by comcast. It was no where near as easy and simple as described. I wasted hours and ended up in the store for a splitter and extra coaxial cable. Then two more calls and 2 more hours on the phone with tech support. It would have been 3 days for a technician to come out. I work from home and could not be without my cable/internet service that long. It was incredibly frustrating. This is why people dont like comcast. Ridiculously expensive and no regard for customers time. The lady here understood why I was so annoyed. Thats the only good thing I have to say about this ordeal.

Stopped in to pay a bill. I was pleasantly greeted by a Service Representative. While paying the bills, I notice a discrepancy. Another service representative looked into th issue and told me it was located taxes that came through after the bill was printed.However, the amount still did not seem right. So, I spoke to another representative who explain the addition charge was for a technician charge for service at my residence. He understood my concern when I told him that we were not told they would charge us. I was quite pleased with his explanation and his understanding of my concerns.
Its a building, you can do what you need by yourself. The people that was there the day I went didnt want to help me. See if you get a good review from me.
While there were issues setting up my wifi, the employees were very polite and helpful for the most part. The store is clean and air-conditioned.

They never have no other colors available than black . They have displays but nothing never in stock. Told you can upgrade after a year but then youre told you have to buy the phone flat out before you can upgrade? Exactly how is that an upgrade? So basically I buy my phone and then purchase a new one and that would be considered an upgrade um no thats me owning a phone and then purchasing a new one . Im so over Xfinity mobile its been an absolute headache since we went to them.
Tried to cancel the account at my apartment. The account is under my landlords name and mine. She used the phone number associated with the account and tells me my name is not on the account. She tells me the name on the account (which was my landlords) needed to authorize it because his name was on there. She basically told me to go pound sand...I walk back in a second time after like 10 min of talking to my landlord. I said it was a mistake. She tells me the same thing....she didn’t even bother to help the me the slightest. She was extremely rude. I don’t even know her name I should’ve got it. It was a Young woman with black hair. Unprofessional gas head. If your going in don’t ask her for help.
Beautiful new store with lots of options for purchasing, customer service and the latest Comcast offerings. This location has two self-serve kiosk for services like bill pay. You can also check out technology like xFi, Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity Home. The staff are knowledgeable of all things Xfinity and make the extra effort to make visitors feel welcome in the new store.

PHIL ANTHONY helped me save money and rectified issues with the ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING FAKE VOICE AND FAKE TYPING SOUND + THE TERRIBLE CS ON THE 1-800 LINE! Phillip Anthony was great. He made my transition from Tmobile to Xfinity very simple. Explained every thing well, didnt pressure me into spending more than I need to, and my monthly cell bill is now half of what it was with Tmobile. Over-all great experience at the Xfinity KOP store

I just wanted to say I had a great experience with my sales consultant, Phillip Anthony. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I was dreading going to the store to figure out issues with four different phones in my family. I usually get overwhelmed by the fast talk and sales pitches. But he he made it so easy! I feel really good about all of my purchases! You should look for him when you shop in the Xfinity Store in King of Prussia.
Only one person running the entire store, took his sweet time chatting with another customer while others were waiting outside, only to let the previous customer in to look around the store while others were already inside unattended. I have never been fond of this company and I am extremely unlikely to visit another retail location unless I absolutely have to. I will point out that once the sole employee called me to the register, the service was prompt, polite and professional. Returning my modem was simple and just about the only painless part of using Xfinity services.

The 1800 customer service number and the store literally were saying opposite things when I went to pick up a modem for my husband. Comcast really needs to figure out a more seamless and coherent authorized user protocol. Talked to like 4 different reps, was told about 4 different things between the reps at the store and on the phone, still somehow got no useful information and still left without the modem. Cant make this stuff up. 😂😂😂

Very poor service. Tylon was unable to activate a factory unlocked phone from Apple. I asked to cancel since the transaction failed to activate. Then, he did not know how to cancel the transaction and refund me. Stay away from this location. Theres a reason its one star. I rate it zero stars if I could.

I’ve been a Comcast Xfinity customer for a few years and have enjoyed their services but because this year I moved and now live with roommates who already have a Verizon hookup for wifi, I am being charged an extra $20 a month per phone line on my plan. I’m paying an additional $40 a month because I only have their phone plan and they changed their terms to say I now need both to avoid fines. I’ve called to explain and discuss with service representatives multiple times but they don’t seem to want to help me. I’m being charged for something I don’t need at this time (their internet and cable) but would have gladly gone back to at my next apartment. It isn’t enough I buy their phone plan. This is a greedy company who doesn’t mind adding unfair fees to their customers. They run off of a bullying system. I’m switching to Sprint once I can talk to a representative in person. I guess it’s best to not mess with a business who makes money off both cable and phone plans and mandates you have both.
The people I dealt with were polite, attentive, waited on me promptly and took care of what Id come in for - even when it was to cancel the service. Too bad the installers and the people on the phones arent like that.
I went in on my break & Phil helped me with everything in a timely manner. Hes extremely knowledgeable & his customer service is excellent 👌 he even bought out a cold water bottle because it was so hot outside.
Went in for a new remote and an Xfinity Mobile cell phone. Walked out 20 minutes with both. Fastest turn around ever for getting a cell phone (new line or upgrade). Associates were helpful and knowledgeable. Answered my questions directly, even when the answer wasnt what I wanted to hear. Never tried to upsell or pressure me into something I didnt want. Was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I came to the reception and told the attendant that I wanted to return my failing equipment. I was told that my name would be called. It never happened. After realizing that other people, who arrived after I did, were taken care of and an hour had passed by I got very concerned. My husband asked the attendant about the reason for this delay but she got smart with him.There should be a better way to let your customers know when their turns arrive so nobody has to waste time to complete a simple operation.
I would like commend Serge Joseph for his outstanding customer service that was rendered when we signed up for Comcast television, internet, and phone services. His expertise and knowledge of his product made our transition from one service to Comcast a smooth transition. All questions were answered professionally and patiently. Serge went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were well satisfied customers.
Came in to exchange a box what could be simpler . The employees were polite and friendly, however the all to obvious policy is to make customers wait for no apparent reason other then having you stare at all there products, something I would do if I where interested and choosing my time to do so. They were not busy, a simple exchange could have been in minutes not the 30 I had to wait
Its a new and large store with all up to date equipment. They have a large staff who are willing to help you decide what you need for your home. They also show you how to use the Xfinity equipment which is a big help because it can be confusing to use. So if thats what you need i recommend that store for new quipment.

I recently purchased a 4k tv . I needed a 4k box.i arrived at the store not many customers in there.the guy helped me immediately..I was happy. Then a lady I presume the manager came up behind me and said can I help you? I said Im already being helped. She said I butted in front of other customer, when clearly there was no one in front of me guy gave me box ..no problem.. that lady tho made me very upset! Very bad customer service on her part..

The staff don’t know what they are doing and so slowly like a snail. They scheduled internet equipment installation for me, told me it would be this Wednesday and actually scheduled me for the week after. I have to call customer service several times to reschedule it.
This store is awesome. Andrew R. was my consultant when applying to hook up cable at my place. I really felt as though he went out of his way to make sure my experience was both prompt and thorough, and I felt as though my time was valued here.Historically, I expect the opposite from comcast stores. I can honestly say that my experience here was the best that I have ever had at a comcast store.In addition, the store had great aesthetics and felt modern.Representative Sean hooked up my cable and I actually had a very good time chatting with him. His service was quick and efficient. He kept me well informed and was considerate enough to show me how everything worked following my hookup.I had a great experience here and I will be back!

The only good part about this store is the location; the Exton store is somewhat better. They have very limited ability to do anything with your account. I couldnt even make a payment with a representative to pay off my devices. I had to call Xfinity Mobile when I was in an Xfinity Mobile store! Dont waste your time coming here unless youre a new customer.

Worst wait time ever! Came in for a simple return of old equipment and “pickup” of new equipment for the same service with a change of address. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and 15 mins as I’m typing this. I had other errands to run so I gave them my number and they texted me 20 mins later saying I was next, but it’s been almost another hour since I was told I was next!

What a disappointment. I made a special trip to the King of Prussia store several weeks ago to clarify some information about Xfinity Mobile. (Side note: The woman I spoke to using the standard Comcast phone number was useless, contradicting both what I already knew from online information and even herself.) In fairness, the man I spoke to there was knowledgeable, verifying and clarifying the issues I asked about. Unfortunately, the cell phone I wanted to purchase was not in stock, but was expected to arrive the following Tuesday. In order to save me the 30 mile round-trip there, he promised to call me when they arrived. It is now 3 full weeks since I was there, and I was never called. Fortunately, a stop at another Xfinity Store I happened to be near took care of everything. But why he didnt call (and why there is phone number for a patron to reach these Xfinity stores) is a mystery.

It took 2 weeks for me to get service because they didnt want to disrupt the previous customer. Mia Warming (so-called manager) talked over me the whole time and then promised discounts for the inconvenience, but now wont return my calls. Drive to another Xfinity store or use the 1-800 number- anything but deal with this joke of a store.Everyone is prepared for poor customer service with Comcast but good luck getting return calls from these people. What a joke.
Was here to see Gritty. Its a shame that the first part of the line took forever cause people had to take multiple pictures of Gritty ruining it for my group who waited outside in the windy cold. But I get it.
Long wait. Queue for waiting customers seems disorganized. Sales reps don’t know what they are talking about and provide false information to customers or guess about information. Waste of time. Very dissatisfied.
Looks amazing with lots of cool technology but if you arent looking to buy anything, the store is a waste of time. I went for a technical issue with my phone from Xfinity mobile and they passed me off to the call center that sent me to the store in the first place.

So slow and rude.I am not good with technology and neither was my salesman.Made me regret getting an Xfinity phone. Others just stood and watched the fiasco.
They could train their field technicians to be much, much better. They should be able to readily identify a quality modem when they see one. It took two technicians to fix our speed issue. The first technician literally changed a wall plate, told us it was because we werent using a Comcast modem and left the job because he wasnt trained to run wires or do any other tests.The second technician that they sent out claimed that it was a modem problem-- up front, but then as he worked, we finally got to the root of the problem. It turns out that the router had to be factory reset. Something in its settings was capping us out and it wasnt the modems fault at all.Prior to having a technician called out-- we were daisy chained along by help desk agents for about five hours (put on hold several times). Each time it happened we had to explain the entire situation all over again as if the prior support agent didnt relay the problem over to the next. Terrific in-house communication guys.You have two service techs out there dissing an Arris SURFboard SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem. Might want to let them know that its one of the best modems in the industry at the given moment.As for my overall opinion. I have faith in Comcast, but it hasnt been my best service provider experience and I have no choice but to use them because of my location. They arent bad, but they just arent good either.

EVERYBODY READ THIS!!!!!!!!!For those of you who came before me I feel your pain. I got extremely frustrated trying to find this building so before you go nuts put this address listed below in your GPS if you truly want to find this building. For whatever reason they have the wrong address posted which takes you somewhere totally different. Of course they dont have phone numbers to each location so you have to go through the 800 # then go through the automated service and talk to rep in another state who no fault of their own doesnt have the correct address as well. Long story short the correct address is listed below its between Nordstrom rack in Wegmans. When I finally arrived the representative found out I was being charged for extra boxes I didnt have got my account credited back. So in a nutshell once you get here, this is a beautiful location looks brand-new, great customer service etc. etc. etc.401 N Gulph RdKing of Prussia, PA 19406United StatesA GOOD SAMARITANP.S. Eventually got the services I requested. The associate was busy watching the TV while signing me up for the services I wanted. Once I got home, I found out, via customer service, that he did not submit the service request properly and the TV would not work until the next day since it was after hours.
