I had problems with my T-mobile phone (purchased at another store), and had a replacement shipped to the KoP Mall store. Chris and Myron spent quite a bit of time getting the new phone set up and my information transported over. All of the employees at the store were gracious, efficient, and helpful to all of the customers (the store was jammed). This is a credit to the manager, Chris, who sets a tone of customer service, and to the training and leadership at this location. This is something that is extremely rare in todays marketplace...

Myron was a great help getting my screen protector replaced and getting a deal I wouldnt have otherwise known about! Store has a relaxed atmosphere and fun employees.
Got a new phone for our daughter and we were in and out so fast! Our sales rep was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted.
Today my family experienced outstanding service at this location. Wayne not only knows his stuff but he was kind and considerate during a day with many customers. I believe it was his efforts that kept the customers from leaving ir getting impatient.
Poor customer service,I walked in and basically got shooed away,told me there was an extra fee for what I wanted done,to which it was no problem,but I felt like she didnt even wanna work with me. Never going back to that store. I couldnt finish what I was saying before I was rudely rejected.
Went into the store to pay a bill, two people working one at the door talking.Came in was never greeted by anyone stood there twenty minutes with another customer who was never greeted. A white woman came in and got good afternoon we are both busy but will be with you shortly! Then two minutes later proceeded to approach her and ask her what she was shopping for. I immediately got upset like what am I Casper! The man said oh didn’t know you needed help, cause I hang out at T mobile in my spare time🙄 after all that couldn’t take my payment because apparently the manager was out shopping they didn’t know when she would be back but could text me! NO THANKS. Wish Sprint was still open at least they had kiosks to pay you’re bill and the staff was always friendly.The staff needs to be trained to greet anyone that walks in the door and make all customers feel important not just certain ones! VERY DISAPPOINTING
This T-Mobile location has the best customer service of any phone store Ive been to. My girlfriend came from the Sprint store next door because their store associates have been absolutely horrible- telling her different policies on different visits, forgetting to adjust her bill, keeping us waiting over an hour, etc. I switched from Verizon because T-Mobile was much cheaper, and apparently for better customer care. The staff in this location is so welcoming and helpful. When we first walked in, they were very busy but the staff all acknowledged us and Joe began helping us immediately. We had a lot of questions about transferring providers, rates, logistical issues etc and he was very patient and made the process so much easier than any other provider we were considering. We visited 4 other potential service providers in the mall that day and Joe was by far the kindest and most knowledgeable so we decided to join T-Mobile. We were there for quite awhile because we were switching over multiple phone lines and getting Apple Watches as well but the staff made the time fly by, not only Joe but other staff members made conversation with us, asked about our jobs, shared their staff fitness competitions with us etc. They clearly get along well as a team and they make it seem like they look forward to work everyday. Joe stayed later to help us even though his shift was over which was above and beyond. We have been back to the store twice since our initial visit and not only have we had the same experience of speed of service and competency, but even a month later Joe remembered where I had mentioned I worked and asked about other things I shared in conversation with him. Camila remembered us as well when we came back weeks later and she had nothing to do with our initial account set up other than making conversation with us before. She was so careful with putting on my screen protector. Overall I am so relieved with my switch to T-Mobile. I am a supervisor in another nationwide retail based corporation and I used my experience here as the example in a staff wide meeting of how I want my team to be providing customer service. I have no negative feedback for them whatsoever, they are doing an exceptional job. I have since convinced two acquaintances to switch to T-Mobile at this location at well and they both have commented to me on how pleased they were with their switch. Whoever is managing this location clearly knows how to staff and run her store.
How about this store gets a new manager. JT had a terrible attitude towards helping us because someone had a better deal. Your lost. Don’t be irritated little boy that there are competition.

Stay away, reps will tell you that an item isn’t going to cost you any extra, when in reality they just mess with your bill to off set the costs. Sent my mother in to check on an upgrade while i grabbed food and they tried to rope her into everything in the store. They also tried to “bundle” in a case, charger, screen protector, headphones and something called a sync up. Nothing is bundled, you don’t have to buy this stuff and it isn’t “for only 36” a month, when the phone is only $29, and you guys just added in a bunch of other stuff. Didn’t need any of it, and the one manager JB or something with a J kept pushing. Thanks for making me feel like you only wanted my money. Will not be returning, also them blasting pretty rough rap music isn’t appropriate. Definitely not for me and my kids. Calling corporate in the morning.
Really good experience. Anna helped me with a problem on my phone. With knowledge and politeness she was able to fix it and she treated me with respect and kindness. Im so glad Im with T-Mobile.

I stopped by this store because T-mobile customer service supervisior guided me to stop by and replace with new sim card . I had t-mobile one plan but could not receive t-mobile one plan features because my sim card was too old over 10 years old. Scamming happened in this store .I knew today I got a extra charge on my bill and I found out Black rep guy changed my plan. Exactly he added a new feature in my plan WITHOUT MY PERMISSION . I never mentioned about adding feature.This is FRAUD and I requested t-mobile customer service to investigate .

Sales reps at this location will treat you with politeness and courtesy. But if you sign up for a new line or purchase an equipment you should check your billing invoice carefully when it appears online. My experience has been that, the sales person quietly sneaked in something called an equipment upgrade option for $ 10 /mo without even mentioning this during my purchase. I had to remove it after paying that extra 10 bucks for the first month. I was a fool to go to this same place again to change plan and purchase a new phone for a family member. This time, there was an extra $ 34 on my first bill. Called the customer service to report it and waiting for someone to call back. They might call it a serious salesmanship, I think its just plain rip off from unsuspecting customers.
Never ever buy a Certified Refurbished phone from T-Mobile ! Got a 5s from them that developed problems with the charging system..They told me to send back under their warrantee and they would send me a replacement, which they did. However what they also did is send me a bill for $250 claiming that I was responsible for water marker damage that they found after the phone was returned....Pure rubbish! Phone was never even near any water, spills, etc etc. If anything, it was already water mark damaged when they sold it to me ! Talked to their customer service supervisors to no avail.....must pay up for alleged damage that there is no way I caused. But T-Mobile holds all the cards in this one so guess Im just screwed. Would never had bought a used phone from them if I had realized what a vulnerable situation I could end up in should anything go wrong with the phone. Be smart--dont even think about buying a Certified used phone fro T-Mobile !!

Sales people appeared ignorant of which mobile phones are compatible with t-mobile sim cards... bought a pre paid sim and the sales girl installed in my mobile, which I had shown them before, and when the network didnt work, she just told that the mobile might not be compatible... WTH really... never go to this place... really bad.
The lady at the reciption was so helpful and took alot of time working on my problem eventhough it was not her job.
