Havent actually been to a Verizon store in a few years but the trip was informative and I got lots of help from James!
The manager was extremely helpful this was extremely helpful patient and helped me resolve my issue.
Received exceptional customer service from James today. I had returned to the store to handle some account complexities. James remembered me from 2 weeks prior including the unique arrangements of my account.I especially appreciated that the associate could sense my urgency and resolved the issue accurately, concisely, and efficiently. Thank you.
The best service several times in the last 2 years. The manager Rohan could not be nicer or more knowledgeable. Employee Justin was also super helpful! I will only go to this store! Also go to Mission BBQ next store.
My whole experience was wonderful! The gentleman Alfreado was awesome. Took his time and addressed and fixed my issue fast. Thank you
This store is a complete mess. One of the clerks told me to cancel my Verizon account and go to ATT. The store manager Mike examined my phone and determined it was eligible to be sent back for a replacement due to a non functioning screen. He confirmed the phone had no physical damage. Surely enough, Verizon/Assurion has denied the claim. Now I no longer have the phone I sent back, AND I am being charged $329. Tried calling numerous times and all I get is redirected to everyone in the company yet no one wants to help resolve the issue. Very frustrating. Have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years. We have multiple phone lines, products, and have never had an issue until we actually need them. I will be cancelling our Verizon account even if it costs me more money out of pocket simply due to the fact that there is ZERO customer support....
Walked in to have my wifes phone looked at since the call feature wasnt working. Upon greeting us the Verizon representative stated that her google phone was out of updates, so she would have to upgrade. We then asked about the 5 G phones for all that have been advertised. He explained that wasnt real and erronously identified Amy Poehler as the spokesperson in the commercial. We left the store dissatisfied. The phone feature is now working fine.
Always a pleasant experience at this location. Kurt, the rep that assisted me, was personable, patient, and a pleasure to speak with. Answered all of my questions thoughtfully. Another man assisted me as well but I did not catch his name, unfortunately. I will continue to use this store for all of my Verizon Mobile needs. Well done.
I went to the store at 10:15 and it was not open. I waited another 5 minutes when a store employee named Paul showed up and told me the store would open up in 30 minutes. I drove to the store and now I am supposed to wait for another 30 minutes for a store that was supposed to open 45 minutes earlier???? Really. When I asked Paul why the store was not open 15-20 minutes after scheduled opening he said he wouldnt tell me.I drove over to the store after it was supposed to be open, told it wouldnt open until 45 minutes after it was supposed open and now an employee wouldnt give me an explanation why I have just wasted an hour of my time. Then I tried to call Verizon wireless to speak to someone. Forget that. no humans in site and a system which could not handle what I needed. For a technology company Verizon is pathetic when it comes to customer service!!!
What a wonderful experience I had in the King of Prussia, PA corporate store on Route 202, directly across from the King of Prussia Mall. I had been with T-Mobile for 4 years and was considering the new iPhone 12 PRO. Verizon had some excellent promotions so I went to the Verizon Audubon store on Egypt Road first. It was 5:00 PM and all signage said they would be open until 7:00 PM. Nobody was there. I left and went to the Collegeville store on Ridge Pike. The customer service person manning the shop did not tell me about any complementary deals I qualified for because I have Verizon Fios internet, phone and TV already. He did not know the value of my iPhone 8 PLUS on a trade-in. I told him that I thought it was $700. This person was not helpful at all. I later learned that both of the stores I visited were NOT corporate-owned stores. I decided I would find a corporate store and went to the King of Prussia, PA store. FINALLY, people that knew this business! I met with Joe who helped me immensely. Joe was beyond helpful. He explained everything to me and helped go over my account in detail. He was able to get me several discounts I was not even aware of. I can tell he cares very much about his customers. Joe suggested the iPhone 12 Pro MAX because of some vision problems I have and he showed me the difference in screens between the IPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12. Big difference! I always make it a point to think things over before making a major purchase but this deal was fantastic . Coming back the next day, Joe was with a customer already, but he saw me come into the store, came over to me and told me that Kurtis would help me and he would share what I had worked out the previous day with him. I highly recommend Joe who happened to be the store manager as well as Kurtis. Thank you for an excellent experience and for listening to my needs, knowing your products so well AND for giving me pointers on the new phone as well as how to transfer data from the previous phone WHILE making sure I was backed up totally, which I had not been but did not know it. Thank you!
The Manager Rachael was excellent, really helped resolve a problem even though the phone was damaged. She gots all the pictures & alot of contacts. Thank you Rachael. 🤗👍
Roxanne is the best! Huge help!!
Alfredo Perez gave us an excellent service!
Items out of stock and the gentlemen helping me seemed to not be motivated
It was very nice and knew what to do and saved us money thanks to Paul and Rachel.
Excellent customer service
Alfredo was exceptional. Incredible service
Always a good trip to this location. Got help from James on this visit cant complain, got what I needed he helped me with what I needed good trip.
Stopped by and didnt see any other customers when I was there. They let me in, and treated me nicely at the beginning 3 mins. Any question i asked, they answered me to check MyVerizon app. Also, they reminded me that they meet customer for reservations,,, meaning its time for me to get out... I got it, this location probably just need multiple ipads so customers can just help themselves in MyVerizon app....
So I first I gotta say what a difference it is to come to a corporate store rather than visiting a third party store. Mimi was who helped my father I and she was such a pleasure and really made the whole experience really great for us. I would like to recommend everyone to visit this corporate store which is located on dekale Pike in KOP. Stay away from the third party store which is in the King of Prussia town center....
I am not a fan of the customer service at the king of prussia store. I pay $15.00 a month for phone insurance for an older phone and when it is not functioning properly they turn you away. So far Verizon is the only carrier that works well in the Poconos mountains. I would not recommend this store as they cheat the people. I will start to branch out and find another carrier that works in the mountains.
After dealing with Kurt and his unwelcoming manner. I decided upgrade at different corp. Location. Please give accurate info and act like you need a job. Ppl like him shouldnt work in retail and should go work for H&M..more his speed. Unhappy customer long term client!
Super nice staff and very cautious about the amount of people allowed in the store due to Covid. Pleasant shopping experience.
Great service
Nobody there...sad
Great customer support. All sales representatives and managers do a great job. Very friendly store and easy displays to find what I needed. My go to store.
A new phone purchase is exciting & the store manager made it the best experience possible! Brent is a great representation of Verizon Wireless. Having my phone backed up before the visit made for a smooth and timely customer experience.
The general manager, Sara’s, customer service was especially exceptional
What a wonderful experience I had here. My daughter needed a new phone and the store manager, Walaa, was beyond helpful. She explained everything to me and helped go over my account in detail. I can tell she cares very much about her customers. I’ve been a customer with Verizon for over 14 years and I’ve never had better service than I’ve had here. Thank you!!!
BEWARE! Verizon is the worst with billing. Very inconsistent. My bill jumps up $20 a month, EVERY MONTH. My bill is the most confusing bill to read too. The customer service is horrible. I would have switched to Sprint or AT&T. It seems all great and peachy, however they will back stab you.*Customers: Message me. I will provide you screen shots of my bills. This is no joke. BEWARE. Verizon is like a big scam company.
Went in to resolve an issue with my account, after going through the hole store with the sales guy named Ryan.. He said the couldnt help me and to call customer service. I confirmed with him that this was a corporate store and they should be able to assist me with any account issues. He said yes, but still insisted I called the number that there is nothing more he could do. So I ask for the manager and after waiting several minutes. No resolve and there was only one other customer in the building. I left. The store receiving no help and no satisfaction. Only decode customer service from the parking lot and getting the issue resolved that I went there to try to do in person. This store refused to help me was rude, and Ryan is clearly a liar, I reported them to corporate and through my Verizon app, do not shop here, do not waste your time
Highly recommend asking for one of the salesman named Jim- he was so incredibly helpful in getting my phone upgraded and the information transferred. It was the quickest and most painless experience Ive ever had with Verizon. Worth noting that I had about a 1000 questions, and he took the time to the explain EVERYTHING. Thanks again Jim!!!
Quick response. Attentive staff. Good service.
Not very good service. Not willing to help with technical issues. employees would rather play on their phone than help the customers.
Kurt was patient, pleasant, resourceful, and knowledgeable. It made our visit to Verizon a positive experience.
Thier payment kiosk is easy and so convenient. Dont even need to wait for employee, which usually does take a while.
Very good customer service
Always expect to wait. This is just a busy store in general because of its location. If you get a helpful or friendly staff member your experience will be good. If you get stuck with someone who has no idea what their doing run for the hills and come back another time.
Fantastic experience with associate Alfrefo...professional, patient, and friendly. Hell outgrow Verizon, no doubt, true leadership there for sure!
I went to the Verizon store around 6 o’clock in the evening on 10/15/2018. I wanted to change from postpaid to prepaid Verizon wireless service. When I entered the store an employee was standing at the door taking customers’ numbers and placing us in a text alert queue. She asked what I was interested in doing today, and I told her I wanted to switch to prepaid and that I am an existing Verizon customer. She said OK and that I could wait/look around.Fifteen minutes later, I get an alert that it is almost my turn. And suddenly an employee comes around and asks how she can help me. Mind you, she completely mispronounced my name 3 times after I politely told her the actual pronunciation, then blamed me that the spelling doesn’t make sense. This is the foot we started off on.I told her that I wanted to switch to prepaid from postpaid, and without blinking she says, “we don’t do that here, you have to call a number.” The employee at the door never told me this and had me wait 15 minutes to be told to call a number. I tell the employee I’m speaking with now that I attempted to call yesterday, waited for 30 minutes and was transferred to a recorded message that said the office was closed and to call back when they are open—without providing operating hours. I didn’t want to call that number again and I asked if they had any other options. The employee looked at me and repeated in the same flat voice, “I can give you a number.”I would have been happy if she had said, “how about you call them while you are here so that we can make sure you get a hold of somebody.” Anything other than a rote memorized line from the employee manual would have helped. So this is the last straw with Verizon. I told her that I could go across the street and get AT&T wireless, and she responded in the same flat voice, “you can do that.” I told her I was a long-time Verizon customer, and is the best she could do to send me to AT&T, and she said “you can do that.” I tried to give her several opportunities for redemption here, but no. I left the store, but then thought better of it.I went back in and asked for the manager. The first person I asked happened to be one of the managers on duty. I told her what had happened and she listened calmly. I think she could tell I was upset, and she asked me if there was anything she could do, I told her no. I told her I was going to AT&T, but that she needed to know how rude her employee was and that they just lost a long-time customer.I then went across the street and got AT&T prepaid for $10 less for 1GB more of data than Verizon. Good riddance.
He did a pretty good job.Couldnt help me recover my Gmail account because that takes my original number and a new phone being replaced by the insurance company to be reactivated.Traveling wont make that possible for a few days, so, it is what it is.4th time the VERIZON phone has crashed in just over a year.First, a reconditioned phone. That lasted a few months and was told had to have it shipped.Im traveling on business, so, BOUGHT a new one.Crashed in September, Im telling you, It stopped charging and had so many hacking attempts, another CORPORATE store had a new phone shipped, the front section.NO new charger ( told that it has to be the original but NO charger could get it to charge and had to go back to the store to get it activated)A lot of information LOST.Well, it crashed again and got so hot in less then 6 weeks from being replaced, thought I might need the fire extinguisher.Anyways, the kid whos card is pictured did a great job helping me spend A LOT of money.Tablet and a line added to the crashed phone account and another new phone on a separate account pre-paid so Ive got a backup phone for when the replacement phone crashes again. When it does, probably going to close one of the VERIZON accounts and carry one or two numbers and devices over to AT&T!
Ashley did an incredible job with our phones. Thank you Ashley
They got rid of the stupid kiosk you had to sign in at. Service was slow but I was there when it was very busy. Staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Both iPhones and Android devices are sold here.
Easy to find and staffed by friendly helpful people . Usually youre standing around waiting for someone to become available at these kinds of places . Not the case here . Greeted at the door by a friendly face and taken right away ! Place was busy for lunchtime but absolutely no problems .
Great products and services, employees are always friendly with a willingness to help. I definitely recommend everyone to visit this Verizon location!! #BestService
Waited forever to make a simple transaction. My sales rep, Uka, was not friendly at all and took his time. Took 5 minutes for him to walk to the back and grab the receipt and the store was empty. Take your business elsewhere!
Great customer service! Malcolm was very knowledgeable and patient. This is a store that i will be going back to every single time. We need more people like Malcolm.
I was told I could return my set-top box here by the people on the phone and I was told I cant do that here you got to go 30 miles away and then they gave me a piece of paper that said I could call this number and get it emailed to me well thats not true either and then I was given a and a URL to go to to get a copy of the label that Id lost her turn my set-top box and that wasnt true either so all they did was give me a whole bunch of information that was completely get rid of me
Took care of my issues and I am very thankful.
Currently waiting in line for 20 minutes. They took my name and told me to wait, then proceeded to take the name of another woman. 5 minutes later 2 gentlemen walk in and were assiststed right away. I just asked one of the workers if they can quickly help me (I just need to hand off an old phone) was told if my name is on the last they will be right with me, then proceeded to help the woman who came in after me. Not a fan.
3 stars for the fast service and the greeting at the entrance. The two star left will be for a better customer service.
Had a wonderful experience here.Walaa and Philip were excellent.Very informative. And we love our new phones!
I stopped by the store 3 days after the galaxy S10 was announced so I could see the phone in person. The store had the phones on such lock down that I couldnt move it more than 2 inches from where they were secured to the table and couldnt see the back at all because the insanely large lock on it. I asked the associate if it was possible to see the back of the phone because i wanted to check out the colors. He straight out said no, its not possible to see the back of the phone. Seriously verizon, you want me to spend $1000 and I cant see the whole damn phone? Forget you, I walked out. The customer service in this store is terrible
Ive been with Verizon since 2003 what can I say about Verizon customer service is excellent if they dont know they will not fake it we will get help answer the questions that you need answered to sell staff is willing to help you regardless if youre buying a phone or not they give an excellent military discount I never get pressured on upgrading are extending my contract its just a hassle free experience
I don’t think Pat Jones is too far off.I went in today and got a new iPhone X. The wait was long, but they were busy and it’s understandable due to the time of year. Overall, the store experience was fine. However, a couple hours after I got home, I got an e-mail thanking me for singing up for the Verizon insurance, as I had not had it previously. The rep at the store didn’t ask me if I wanted it or not, she clearly just added it. Unprofessional.Completely unethical and I’ll be speaking to their GM about this.I’d go to the store in Ardmore. Great experiences there.
Love KOP Verizon staff... friendly, professional and knowledgeable..
Great employees here. Friendly and helpful and quick. Service (staff and cell) are the reason I stay with Verizon
Awesome store experience! Super friendly associates and very helpful!
The salesman we had said we went in very polite and help me out a lot story is very organized and clean and well lit and has everything on display and everything is in stock
I went in to change plans. Nicole was great. She explained options and made the changes easy.
Worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. The reps are only concerned with making sales and even gave us wrong information to move it along. Then when there was a problem, all they had to offer was to call 1-800-Verizon. Asking for the manager was a waste of time as she had the same response.
Spacious and clean store. However they are expensive.
Very bad experience here for now
Unprofessional rude service. I came to this store to add a second line to my existing service. The lady whose name is Shawnise lied to me that the discounted price for the second line would apply to every line. And she couldnt hold her mouth for 1 second to listen to me why she was wrong. I was worn out by her unprofessional service and asked for her supervisor Brent. I couldnt believe Shawnise called me idiot on her way to Brent. Brent corrected what Shawnise lied to me but refused to apologise. Im so sorry to see tens of thousands of Verizon employees were laid off recently but kept these unprofessional guys in the customer facing store. These 2 should definitely be fired. Bye Verizon.
I dont like Verizon anymore would like to switch to another carrier they talk me into buying things like I had a jetpack for wifi but getting to many ads talked me into buying tablet and still have ads but like my tablet because has internet but now am locked into contract on my jetpack and dont even use it and they talked me into Hum was telling me something was wrong with my car went to dealer told me nothing wrong with my car but cant get rid of it because on a contract now have jetpack and hum with cant get rid of on my bill because of a contract and am not even using them just ripping me off every month
Salesman was very attentive to making sure he showed me and explained each product or service that I needed more information on and
Two customers in the store. Waited forever. About 7 reps in the back just hanging out. Take your business elsewhere.
Kind staff, super helpful. Took care of our problem right away! 😊
Wife needed a new cell phone, went first thing in the morning, helpful staff, got out in under an hour
Always able to help me quickly and efficiently which is important since Im always totting around 2 toddlers
They never started my port request and I’ve been using a “temporary” Verizon number for six days. I also wasn’t offered any help. Thank you for everything.
Although they could not help me due to needing to go to a Verizon authorized retailer I found the sales associate extremely condescending. He did however point me in the right direction and didn’t beat around the bush.
I spent 2 hours here getting a new iPhone. Their computers werent working and neither were their printers. They told me the hum was included free on my plan. When I saw a new $10/mo charge I called and found out its actually not free but that Im locked into a 2 year contract. I called corporate and was told I could cancel for $115. I had told the store I have both onstar and triple A and I didnt need hum but they said its our free promotion and signed me up. its extortion
Cant find out problem with phone. Kept guessing
So my grand mom visit the store on Sunday just so she can get her iPhone 7 Plus activated on her account but after hours she has been told that iPhone 7 Plus is defective and she need to buy a new phone from them. Now she went from flip phone and all she needed a new SIM card. So sale rep gives her bad sim on purpose and tell her the phone she has is not compatible with Verizon. After hour back and forth I took my Verizon SIM card and put it in the phone and shown them that him and manager are lying to her and trying to get over ok the old lady and long time Verizon cunatomer they told her that was last SIM card in the hole store. Two hours later they found one and activated so she can start using her new iPhone . If I could give them negative stars for the horrible service I would. Manager was involved of helping sales rep and was whispering telling employees not to help her with her phone so she can buy a new one from them because they don’t make money unless it’s brand new sale. Poor customer service if you don’t buy new we can’t help you sorry. Be aware of lies and do your homework. Bunch of liers at this location.
Awesome service love the new iphone
Really nice and helpful people!
Let me preface this review by saying my family has been Verizon Wireless customers for over 10 years. In total we have 8 lines. Also, very important, this account was opened under provisions allowed under a State Contract that applies to employees of the State. I work in the Division of Criminal Justice. To the point, this store is horrible. We have realized that they signed us up for items we never approved. Tablets and pads were told to us to be no charge. We explicitly said to them we do not use these items and the staff said it didnt matter they were no charge . Since we have been charged over a thousand dollars, totally illegitimate, and every call is ignored. We are threatened with broken contract provisions. We have contacted Verizon 7 times and no corporate official has ever gotten back to us. We talk to people at their call center who are not employees, as we have come to realize. Recently, we added two I - 7 Plus phones at the price of 1800 that included unbreakable cases and screen protectors. Within 6 days a phone broke that was not even dropped. The call center said it would be replaced. When we went into the King of Prussia Store we were treated horribly. The manager kept saying whas up? whas up. When my husband asked where the restroom was the manager took three separate questions before he pointed in the direction. The manager at the store should be fired. He refused to honor the call centers promise. He acted like a self employed operative. He and his staff spent more time whispering on how to cover their tracks then trying to help the situation. Verizon should pull the tape. It was Friday approximately 5:30 PM. When shown the screen protector and case he refused to refund the money. The screen protector was supposed to be unbreakable and it was not thicker than a piece of 6 mil plastic, purchased six days earlier. I believe the case and screen protector where not the original items as manufactured. I believe someone at Verizon put in bootleg items and took the real ones as they sold us the false case and cover. When my husband told the manager his opinion, the manager did not deny that being a possibility. The manager refused to make the clerk who conned us into the case available. Frankly, Verizon is a horrible company. If a Verizon Official wants to post their contact information then that would be a treat. They wont, we are sure. As a government employee I am going to notify my state of what has transpired. Since they are not honoring the state contract I will make every effort to make sure they face the perils of other companies who have misled consumers. I highly recommend you stay away from Verizon. They provide very little customer service. As of July 16, 2017 NO RESPONSE FROM VERIZON MANAGEMENT. TOTAL DISGRACE.
See Brent he assisted me and took care of all my needs! I transferred from sprint to Verizon because of his service
I see a lot of good and then i also see a lot of bad reviews. In my experience here is the best way to go to a Verizon store.1. Know what you want. It is 2018 at this point you know what your getting out of a smartphone, and if you don’t, the same way you can read this review, go research the phones. It takes 5mins.2. Nothing is free. I’ve never walked into a store expecting a handout just because i’m in the store. That may work with mom and pop shops, but not companies in the top 20 of Forbes. I’ve had an iPhone for the last 10 years, that doesn’t mean next year Apple will give me one. Nor is Exxon going to give me a free fill up just because I only buy Exxon mobile.3. Sales reps sale. If you don’t not want someone how’s livelihood is based on commission to “upsale” you, then buy online. If you walk into a store that has a high overhead, sky high electric bill and tons of inventory, it’s almost foolish to think that the rep isn’t going to ask you about a lil something extra. Here are the facts. Verizon literally covers the most square footage in the nation, has the most reliability in the nation, and is always at the forefront of the cell phone service industry. You get what you pay for. If you want a $40 bill, don’t complain when u have to stand in the middle of the street in front of you house to make calls.
We just left Verizon a few weeks ago and for some reason at this particular store they wanted to give us the run around with printing out our detailed bill. Their staff is poorly trained in customer service and they are very unprofessional and rude. One employee you should stay away from is Isa she is the fat long black hair Spanish girl that rolls her eyes constantly she was the one who first greeted us than proceeded to have us wait a half hour and give us endless attitude while she tended to other customers. Than her manager was no better he name was sheena she should be demoted or fired immediately she didnt even acknowledge us in store and just kept sending us back to the stupid greeter isa than some weird black guy who had nothing to do with the situation wanted to step in and act like a tough guy at the end I would recommend everyone stay far away from this particular store they are very ghetto and unprofessional here truly terrible terrible people.
Awesome. Great staff, Bryan, Helped me with all my needs . Recommend highly
Quick transfer of data from Samsung 7 Edges to new iPhone 7+. Employees very polite and knowledgeable.
Ive come here twice now, and although polite, the staff were less than accommodating. My phone broke but was still under warranty. I called Verizon and they told me to go to the store. I went, and they proceeded to tell me they could absolutely not help me in anyway. They wouldnt even call corporate & find out why I would have been sent to them, enven though I asked them to. After I was finally sent a new phone, it came with a usbc charger (new to me) but it came broken. Again, on the phone Verizon told me to go to the store to get is replaced so I wouldnt have to sit around for 2 days with a dead phone waiting for the new one. I get to the store and again, they staff is utterly confused as to why they sent me to them and wouldnt exchange my charger or offer to lighting charge it for me.
Alfredo was a huge help!
Nice Verizon. Relatively big.
Malcom was awesome. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and nice.
Very well kept. High levels of professionalism
Was having several issues with my old IPhone. Finally, was having issues with the battery. Went to Apple Store in KOP mall, but it was extremely busy. Decided to go to Verizon on DeKalb Pike. Had a great buying experience with Shawnise D. Explained what the issues were with my phone and what my options were. Never tried to force me to purchase a new phone. After thinking about it, I decided to purchase the new IPhone 7+. Shawnise explained the differences between previous phones and the payment plans. Walked out within an hour with a new phone that was fully functional. Strongly recommend this store, especially if you can work with Shawnise.
EXTORTION!Rude customer service from the short haired white girl in the back to the manager charles! Just a terriable location and they try to cost you more money. This location is herendous! The manager (charles) has his head in ass and doesnt know his left from his right!!They tried to swindle us and cost my family and I more money! We went to PLYMOUTH meeting and they did things the right way and got us the plan we needed with a good attitude! If you have to go to this location ask for the bigger african american girl shes a sweet heart and an honest person, but her manager still in her ear telling her to do things to cost us more money!!
Nice staff. Are yall hiring by chance though?
Knowledge and helpful staff.
Dont go there, dont know what there doing!!
Every time I go for help I’m told just to call Verizon directly. All this store cares about is selling phones, not following up service needs once you’re a customer.
People there do the best they can, but Verizon policy is Verizon.
Malcolm was awesome. Glad to be back with Verizon
Staff is very helpful and responsive. They do carry a variety of products such as
In and out in 10 minutes... And I bought a new phone!
Some of the reps should find another profession. Unfriendly and rude reps that represent this store.
Malcolm provided outstanding customer service!
