First, love, love, love the Surface Products. Have a Surface Go. Coming into the store is fun and interesting. The Surface Book is gorgeous and am very tempted. The display is breathtaking. Sales associates friendly, knowledgeable, could not do enough for you. They offered drinks and the use of an XBOX for my companion. Disappointed I did not purchase my Go there as they sometimes offer free add ons. A free sleeve was being offered today.

Everytime I come here there is great customer service. Bought my Xbox One at the opening of the store with a bundle that was well worth the price at the time, and won a Forza 7 tournament during their Xbox One X launch festivities. Devon is the guy that always helps me out, a great guy!

Had an appointment and stood around for 10 minutes before I was approached to check-in. Then waited another 15 minutes before I was called up. The staff was helpful and replaced my device. But thats more a compliment to Microsoft corporation and less to the staff at this store. I will say, I cant step into an Apple store for more than 60 seconds before an employee asks how they can help. Microsofts store has more to do and is more entertaining, but the service needs to improve.

A huge thank you to Tara and the microsoft store. For over a year we wished to purchase a device but had to build our credit in order to finance. Huzzah we finally did it and we walked away with a beautiful surface laptop 3 (in sandstone color) for my lovely wife. I am very happy and grateful for all the attention to detail Tara gave us during our visit and the other fella for all his talk about Halo and master chief.I felt appreciated and wanted as a customer and we left with the perfect device.

The customer service in this store, and Microsoft as a whole, is absolutely awful. It surpasses Verizon, which up until now, I thought had the worst customer service. I preordered Surface Laptop 3 and received it the day it came out via the mail (October 26). In January 2020 my laptop stopped charging properly. I tried calling Microsoft and the robot kept hanging up without connecting. So on snowy Saturday, I decided to drive hour and half to King of Prussia. The people at the store looked in the port and told me it had water damage. I said “what”? They said my brand new laptop had blue stuff in the port and that meant it had water. I know there is no way that could be possible. It was frustrating because the laptop was just not built well. They advised me to send it in and I did instead of paying 550 to do a out of warranty replacement. I was ready to just pay there but I went with sending it in which the store did on my behalf. They told me Microsoft would contact me if they can’t fix it and I could pay then if anything. After 2 weeks I get the same laptop back without maintenance or replacement. Microsoft never contacted me. I also did not receive my charger back which I left with my laptop at the store. I called Microsoft and I ended up on the phone for 4 hours where guys transferred me 5 times and saying “I can’t hear you clearly let me call you back,” which they never did. So I called the store and I asked where my charger was. The manager talked down to me and said we don’t process changers. Why didn’t anyone tell me this when I left my laptop there to be shipped out? The guy was so petty, he hung up on me then when I called back he picked up to hang up again. I had to call a different department to get back to him to send me a charger.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and Microsoft hardware. You’ll save your self the headache of having to deal with faulty products and customer service.

Malcolm was a cool dude. Extremely helpful in guiding dad get his Note 10+ step by step. Wanting us to get the best deal possible because dad wanted to trade his old Samsung phone from our carrier so Malcolm advised us to head to T-Mobile first. I am glad that we did not give our money to T-Mobile. They treated us like a dirt bag because of better competition. So we went back to Microsoft store and started the process. Even after the store closed and other employees were heading home, Malcolm was not forceful to scurry us out. His patient was top-notch even I do not have patient to help dad sometimes. 2 thumbs up. 👍

I went in here, discussed my business needs and and asked the salesman to have the business team get in touch with me so we could put together a rollout for my small business. I have yet to hear back from them. I ended up rolling out Chrome Enterprise for all of my business users instead of Windows surfaces as a direct result of the (lack of) interaction with this store.

Great! The representative that I have the pleasure of meeting whose name is Rhana was delightful professional, courteous, and patient. It fantastic toiling workers working and smiling, especially in an economy that is designed to keep the workers poorer than their parents because of the greedy fat cats whose conscience and the heart dont work anymore.

I definitely prefer Microsoft and Google over Apple. At this store, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment was also quite cheap. I was able to get a laptop that could read my fingerprint and does everything I need it to for only $400. Microsoft Office Suite I got for free for my school, but you cant beat the price for a full-blown laptop. Also, my first one got some damage and stop working properly, and they made replacing it thanks for the warranty I had completely painless.

Seems like a poor attempt to replicate the success of the Apple stores. It seemed like there were a lot more things here in the past. Seemed like it was just Surface laptops and the like. I ended up just getting a charger for my cell phone. Every employee greeted us and offered to help - that was a plus.

Sheldon at the MS store went way above and beyond to help me get a laptop that was out of stock by taking down my contact info and reaching out to me as soon as one was available!I was in the mall wrapping up my holiday shopping when I saw the store and decided to stop in.This was my first time at a MS store and I wasnt sure what to expect, but my experience was unbeatable and I will definitely be recommending them to my family, friends, and co-workers for both Microsoft and Dell products.Thanks Sheldon, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I wasnt ready to buy and was just shopping around when I visited, but the staff were very helpful in providing feedback about which laptop might be the best fit for me, and they offered assistance right away as I entered but I never felt pressured or harrassed at all.Ultimately I ended up buying what they suggested while I was closer to the Microsoft store in the Christiana mall but I will be sure to go back here in the future when Im looking for new devices.I love the fact that you can pick the laptops up, unplug them or move them around without alarms going off, take a seat (they have stools at a lot of the laptop display tables) and check that the laptop feels good actually sitting on your lap.I wasnt looking at a gaming machine but thought it was awesome that they had display devices up that kids were using to play games on.

The best customer service experience I have had anywhere! I walk in with a standard greeting from an employee. I ask about getting my surface device replaced and the process was very smooth and I ended up with a higher end replacement device thanks to the generous staff! They made my day and the least I could do was write a positive review for the store!

So I bought a surface pro 4 a couple years ago. I now have an issue with it not turning on. I took it to Microsoft thinking they would look at it. I was told, “sorry we can’t open it up to see what’s wrong, but we can swap it out for a new model.” Highly disappointed with Microsoft. At least apple does a diagnostic on what is wrong with your device and doesn’t immediately go for selling you a new product.

Had a Surface Book that crashed - still under warranty - after diagnostics determined a hardware failure with hard drive - no data recovery. Needed working replacement immediately. The one I had is out of stock world-wide, essentially - due to new Surface Book 2 roll-out.Decided to upgrade to newer more powerful model unit - they deducted the full current retail cost of my original damaged unit from the cost of the upgraded unit - PLUS added student discount and extended warranty.Good solution to a Bad problem👍🏻

Ive had multiple hardware and software issues pop up with my Surface Book, which I kind of expected to happen with a first generation product. Had to make a trip out to the store multiple times of course and was always greeted with a smile and how may we help you? The staff was always very polite, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help and make the experience as pleasant as possible. They would offer a beverage too as my visits usually meant that we might be sitting there for a while.

Went there for a free childrens programming workshop. If you have a child between 8 - 12 years, take them to it for a basic introduction to programming. It will demystify the science of programming which everyone would need in the near future.Also, had the opportunity to browse a huge selection of Microsoft computers and tablets, included those of some select third-party vendors.The representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. They even offered me water. Can you imagine? This is hardly done in the USA.The premises was clean and well lit and was relaxing to shop.

I feel like the Microsoft stores in general are like Apple store wannabes. This store i loved the employees. I had a problem with my power cord and they replaced it right away. I think some of the products there I could get for a better price. However I rather pay a little extra for knowledgeable employees and courtesy than get treated like a thief the way I did in target.

Very cool place. They have lots of PCs from different companies all with unique features; desktops, laptops, all-in-ones. They also have a small classroom in the back for running semi ars on various topics. It was full of elementary school kids learning the new paint application while I was there.

I was helped by someone as soon as I walked I to the store. Ralph was quick to diagnose and acknowledge my faulty SP4 pen and replace it with a new one. Excellent customer service experience. And theres plenty of floor models available for all products including peripherals and dont forget about Xbox. Fun store.

Soon enough, this guy who claimed to be a manager named Jonathan made the entire experience miserable.The website didnt have a clear pricing guideline on the trade-in value and I politely asked him to consult Microsoft customer service for a possibility of an error on the pricing.I was straight up refused, humiliated, and the way he talked reflected a lot of arrogance and attitude.I refuse to give business to Microsoft and would recommend consumers to look for a million other alternatives!This store reflects terrible management that dont seem to care enough to acquire customers. Already feel bad for people working at this location

After purchasing a brand new surface book for 3000 dollars the screen started to burn itself (which is a design issue) I tried to get a refund for the device since I feared the device would do this again. After denying me a refund I reluctantly gave into a replacement device. The replacment device and some sort of hardware issue that caused it to crash every 5 minutes. Again I requested a refund after weeks of a frustrating back and forth with simple copy and paste responses from Microsoft I agreed to another replacement device as I am a full time design student and need a laptop desperately this replacement came with both a broken mousepad and a the right have the hinge doesnt latch complete and just be pulled out with ease. Ive been sent 3 broken devices now and they are still refusing to give me any other option other than another replacement. They are stealing 3000 dollars from me and there is nothing I can do about it.

Got a strange call from the number of this Microsoft store asking for someone, who was not me. Didnt even mention they were from Microsoft and kept asking me questions about this said person. I asked what it was in regards to and they said it was about a sony laptop asking me if I had one. I said no and they asked me what kind of laptop I had. I immediately felt like it could have been a fraudulent call and said sorry I cant answer that and hung up. I looked up the number and it was for this store. Very unprofessional. If you call someone tell them who you are or who youre working for.

Tried to call multiple times to ask a very simple question, kept me on hold for legit 15 minutes. Then an employee came on the phone and kept repeating the same sentence Hello this is Microsoft how can I help you today? I asked my question and he simply repeated that sentence 4 more times. I got frustrated and asked him if he was messing with me, he then said You are raising your voice, I am disconnecting the call. I asked to see his manager, he simply said no and hung up the phone. Microsoft is one of the top paid companies in this world, why do you still have garbage employees?

We were walking around the day we came to this store. Didnt even know Microsoft had outlet stores. I wasnt all that impressed, except for how they now really target apple. I liked the Apple store better, and I got rid of my iPhone twice lol. The new surface laptop look identical to a Mac. But our experience was okay. I felt stalked in there though. They wouldnt leave us alone, and I can tell you right now I wouldnt buy a computer from there. Id rather go to Best buy.

Bad service experience at the Microsoft Retail Store.I took my laptop there and the tech who attended my laptop told me initially he does not deal with acer laptops. Secondly, he did not seem like he knew how to deal my issue at all. He was very polite but seemed very incoherent.Well, Then I contacted the answer desk online and the technician who opened my case online took time out and went ahead and fixed my issue.If a person can fix the issue over phone or over remote assistance, I am sure it could have been fixed when I took it in person to store if the tech are knowledgeable.

Had a horrible experience at the store. It’s very sad because my laptop cost me $3k and I was dismissed and laughed at by the assistant store manager Sean Lee when attempting to address my damaged charger. A charger that I paid $100 for unnecessarily because it should have been covered under the warranty according to Microsoft customer service. Frustrated

Sheldon and Mechiah were great! I converted from Apple after two laptop crashes using skype and photoshop at the same time with 32g Memory. Go there, they are honest and know the conversions from Apple to PC. They will also help you find the best deal and computer for your needs.
