Visited this store on a weekend and It appears clean. I entered in through the produce section and that’s as far as I made it. The employee sweeping picked up a string bean from the floor and popped it right back in with the rest of the string beans. I was in such disbelief I walked right out. Sick.

I did a giant direct order. They didnt have about 10 things I ordered. Why doesnt the app say out of stock???Then when I got home I was missing a whole bag of food: chicken breast and thighs, baby back ribs, and filet mignon.I had to return to the store to pick it up. How inconvenient was that...Good thing I checked the bag while I was still there, they were giving me cooked ribs, instead of fresh.Needless to say, this will be the last time I place an order.

Many prices really good. I do not personally care for the Bar Atmosphere look and the wine and alcohol look as you enter the left part of the store.While I have seen worse, I do not like the safety in this parking lot! Now to say something else good for sure: good cashier and I appreciate you having more than one. regular cashiers open as opposed to self checkout only.also the young man that checked me out by far and LARGE- had the best Heartfelt attitude!!!!!!; Before you say youve written a lot: I used to work in the grocery business!!!!!!!!! What I learned if you treat the employees right- even if you cant pay them weil..They WILL treat your customers right.. and if not; you dont need them anyway!!!! ALTHOUGH STORES SHOULD ALWAYS BE STRIVING TO GET MORE BUSINESS, TAKE IN MORE REVENUE AND THEREFORE PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES WELL... And treat every single customer with respect as much as possible.

This giant is the closest to my family and I which great in a pinch. However it seems like they are carrying less and less of the products our family can safely have. Most of our family have allergies to milk eggs and other things. So we depend on vegan options and unfortunately this giant is making it harder to find safe products and were having to go father distances just to get safe food. Really wish theyd get back to the options that once were there or better than before.

This Giant is impeccably clean. The Deli staff are pleasant to deal with. I go to Aldi for groceries but I always stop in at Giant for cold cuts and deli salads.

This is the closet store to where I work so I have to buy from them. Every week I have to double check my receipt and sure enough there is an error. The biggest problem is they put the revised price on the shelf but dont change it in their system. Today while shopping I noticed in the cat food and diswasher detergent section that almost everything was under a wrong price. Why cant they have people check these things. I actually take pictures of Ritz crackers when they are on sale & show the cashier so I can get the correct price. Please fix these problems.

We go to Giant because its one of the closest to my house. Only giving three stars because the deli is the worst. Everyone who works there is miserable, but especially in the deli. You wait 25+ minutes because theyre so focused on filling the precut stuff. When you do finally get someone, they have attitude. Makes a 5 minute trip turn into at least an hour. A little work on customer service could go a long way.

A good local grocery store. They have competitive prices with Weis, and most are cheaper than Wegmans. They have a few unique things but limited. The store is clean and well lit. The service members are helpful and friendly.

Best area grocery market with reasonable prices. Clean and odorless. In house pharmacy with both machine dispensed and customer service desk human to handle your lottery needs. Has to have something good going on because I keep on going back!😊👍

Pretty good selection, but produce is lacking - usually find moldy or mooshy berries and squashed grapes. Also, a lot of times items are out of of stock. Overall, its passable for your grocery needs.

Great store. Excellent customer service. The folks at the pharmacy are amazing. Love the seafood department! I like the self checkout option. The produce is lacking. But I typically shop at Wegmans for produce. Everything else about the store is excellent. Its clean, well-stocked and the customer associates are truly nice folks. Happy to have this Giant so close by. Plenty of parking!

There is hardly ever cases of Canada Dry Bold and the Fried Chicken is too SALTY!! Everyone I know has Hypertension...so I will have them steer clear of Giants chicken. Theyre trying to kill us all!! In my opinion. 😠

I like this Giant location for my weekly grocery shopping. I recommend getting a freshly made sandwich at the deli because the portions are similar to what you would get at Katzs in NYC. The produce section could use some improvement. For example, they dont have basic things like green onions or they will have just a couple pieces of ginger root to choose from with poor quality.

I was just in the store tonight around 5. There was a man & lady working self check out. There were a couple people in front of me as we were all in line. By the time I got up & it was my turn the lady working screamed at me that the line wasnt there. That it was over there as she pointed screaming. I was just following the line that was in front of me. Even though I was next to do self check out I went ahead & went to a regular check out line because she was very rude & singled me out from the rest of the people that had formed the line in front of me. Very disappointed.Besides that bad encounter I have nothing but great things to say about the people that work there & the store.

It was better when it was Genuardi’s years ago. It’s small and lacks great products you could easily find at Wegmans. The rotisserie chicken is consistently dry and overcooked, the registers at self check out aren’t great. I only go when I’m in a pinch and then I regret it once I’ve gone.

Hi love Giant for its good prices and great selection but the check out process is hit or miss. I was there yesterday and at check out I brought 2 recycle bags. I was bagging and using my last recycle bag as Kimberly watched me 🙄. I finally said can u help me out She asked what do u want in plastic...shouldnt she should have asked me that instead of watching me bag 2 recycle bags?

This is probably the worse grocery store I never shopped at. They never have the shelves stocked. There is no reason now that the shelves arent fully stocked. My daughter lives in a different neighborhood that I. that store is always stocked. I dont get it. The choices of items are very limited, usually the Giant brand and maybe one other brand. I really wish the ACME never closed. I truly hate shopping her but Im stuck since there is no other store to shop at close by.

I ordered a round cake with whipped icing pretty simple and the baker wrote it on the order form then when I went to pick it up it was very obviously butter cream when they showed me the cake and I even asked if it was whipped icing and they said yes but the receipt said vanilla butter cream and I didnt want to have to wait another day for the cake to be made correctly.

We’ve always had a very good experience at the KofP location with produce and meats. The rest of the store is, for the most part, very reasonable price-wise. Not as cheap as Walmart but a good bit less than Acme. The only area where I have had a problem, more than once, was in the seafood department. Each time was with the “fresh” fish. So I just don’t buy that there anymore. I’ll still give the store 5 stars as the employees including management are always so pleasant.

This Giant does the best it can with the limited size that was available. The store is kept pretty clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The produce selection is limited but the quality has been consistently good. Many of the services available at the larger Giants in Plymouth Meeting and Trooper are also.available here, but in a much reduced role. My monthly purchases have shown a regular savings of $60-$80 per week when compared to Wegmans for the same items. An excellent option for older patrons who would have trouble navigating larger stores. The only consistent down side is a very congested register area, which is frequently overwhelmed resulting in long check out times. However, this can be rectified by shopping in early morning or late evening hours.

Very long lines, some staff had a hard time keeping up, my cashier forgot to give me my change and expected me to go to customer service and wait in that line. I cannot stand that robot running around a crowded store, its very dangerous for older people. Pay a real person to police the store and handle the carts.

I never write reviews but as a sister to someone with special needs, I just had to. I have to say that I love that Giant in King of Prussia employees several young adults with disabilities. I love to go through the check out line and talk about the Eagles with Kevin. He’s always in the best mood and so polite and gracious. And today I met Tory! My husband came home last week to tell me the remarkable interaction he had with her and today I got to experience it for myself. She made me smile so wide. She asked me my birthday, proceeded to tell me which day of the week it will be on this year, and then guessed that I was born in 1985 (I was born in 1974 actually). I told her I loved her even more for that question and she told me she loved me back. Then I got a fist pump. What a breath of fresh air! I can’t wait to go back just to see her again!Thank you Giant for seeing the beauty in these individuals and giving them a chance to work meaningful jobs. Well done!!

Store was nice and clean. I love that the deli department is open until 10pm on Friday and Saturday! This is a life saver! I just wish the store staff was more friendly to the customers.

Right now, this store is insanely packed. People completely ignoring social distancing - including employees. People pulling theirs masks down to talk on phones with no staff stepping in. No plans to keep shoppers safe when highly congested. Individual lines are going most of the way down aisles with people shopping in-between.

I was in the King of Prussia Giant this morning to grab a few items. Sharonda was the name of the cashier who assisted me. She was so friendly and kind. It is becoming pretty rare to encounter people who exude warmth and kindness in every day interactions, so it made the level of service that she provided stand out even more. She definitely started my day out on a happy note!

Always fresh food and clean. 4 stars because there have been 2 times when I was double charged in the self check out. Coworkers had the same issue.

I placed a very large Peapod order recently which was promptly delivered (2 carts) to my car by a friendly employee, and somehow a few bags of frozen goods were overlooked and left behind at the store. They called me a few days later and gave me the chance to come back to pick the items up or they would take them off of my bill. I decided to go back because it was ice cream and pizza, and they had it ready for me.

WARNING!!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.It happened way to many times. I check my receipt and everytime I catch an item it get rung up wrong. I am tired of getting ripped off. The new latest was I got rung up for a New York strip steak instead of a pork loin, when I confronted the cashier she had an attitude and was very rude. I dont understand why I was apologizing for there mistake I still am the customer and they work for us last time I checked. Never again will I get an attitude from a miserable employee. I will not step into that store ever again. To the owners customer service need a reality check. Shame on Giant supermarkets and there employees.

The only good thing about this store is its location. Variety is low, the wait in line is long, the seafood looks like its been sitting in the case for days, the cashiers are not trained very well. When you need a manager, there are none to be found. A different location is worth the drive.

I was very impressed with the way the Giant supermarket in KOP took care of the overwhelming crowds several days ago. It is no secret that we are all experiencing a ton of stress and fear with the ongoing virus situation. To go to a store and see the amount of people that I saw try to buy good at the same time, made me, as a customer, cringe. I cannot imagine the amount of pressure on the staff. Waiting in a line, literally, 15 or more deep, didnt seem so long, as more registers were opened for guests for this extreme situation. Kudos to the management and staff alike and they made it happen and will most likely continue to do so. Im proud that Giant of KOP is my local market.

This place is my go to place too buy veggies and fruits. They operate until midnight and pretty much stocks up on all essentials. I would love to see them change their salad bar menu since its been almost an year now.

This store was in Norristown Pennsylvania and the bride didnt have a bouquet of flowers to carry down the aisle. So my brother ordered 8 red roses and white babys breath wrapped with white lace. The bouquet was so beautiful and they handmade it. Also this store was very big and seemed like from what I seen all the shelves were stocked and not empty. I dont know where there are Giant stores in NJ though..

This Giant is a pretty good grocery store. Its got everything a person would need food wise and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about except some items I buy frequently are more then often out of stock.

I find this store very convenient and always fully replenished. Store workers are warm and helpful if you need something. Good place for most frozen foods but hard to find Indian groceries.

This is my first 5 🌟 post. I like Giant for their produce. I recently found out why theirs is so much better - its because they are all about locally grown. The staff is also very helpful & upbeat.

I like Giant stores, just not this one. This store has the most unfriendly workers of any Giant I have been in. Was in the self check out, with a 35 count case of water. The girl didnt offer to scan it, so I had to lift it out of the cart to scan. The store is so much nicer in Limerick. Only go to King of Prussia store for a single item, because I live in King of Prussia.

Since I first moved up here, I felt safe here. Clean store and friendly staff plus good prices. There are always special deals and good variety of products.

Quick and easy labeling of most everything,& a very helpful staff at this location. Clean & close by many other shops & restaurants. Got through the checkout like a breeze, even with a nearly full cart!! Stocked shelves were blocked & organized nicely, well run store.
