Totally trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous—from Tom Stone who is always responsive to Matt, Dan, Jordan, and Brian who are informed, and technically competent, one could not find a better team of experts. A plus is that the technicians that come to the house are always respectful of our property and leave a very neat and clean area. Very highly recommended.

Have loved working with Stone+Glidden - they did a wonderful job setting up a beautiful theater room for us, and took great care in expanding our WiFi throughout a very old home (and super thick walls!). Their follow-on service has also been outstanding - they are super responsive when we need help with anything!

They gave a fair estimate which turned out to be very close to the actual cost, and took less time than I expected to complete the project. Everyone was very nice, knowledge and patient. Two years ago we contracted with Stone Glidden (SG) to install in our new townhome a multi-room music streaming system, and multiple TVs, one with surround sound. Josh B designed our system according to our wishes and clearly explained how the system worked. We are not techy and Josh created a very user friendly and affordable system. He combined our older but still serviceable TVs with high quality smart TVs that SG procured for us.Then Jason C expertly installed the TVs and programmed the remotes so we could easily access all of our viewing options with one universal remote. Jason patiently educated us on the use of the remote . When we had a question, Jason or another SG employee always promptly responded with quick solutions.Recently we decided to to convert from cable to streaming TV. Amy O was our SG representative. Amy is an ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR. She came to our home twice to discuss our needs and to be sure we had a perfectly customized system to meet our needs. She is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional and went out of her way to think of ways to creatively improve and simplify the system. Amy even went on line with us to help us purchase the best small kitchen smart TV which SG does not handle! She willingly and respectfully answered our questions in a simple and clear fashion. We could NOT have hoped for a more positive and easy process than Amy provided.We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Stone Glidden .
