Bose has really good products. I have been using their speakers for as long as i can remember. I have their headphones too, as you can see. Bose is far better than beats and their stores are very interactive and helpful. The workers there teach you everything about the product and they even have a room to test speakers for you. Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend.

We drove all the way to KOP from Philly....They sent us to rite aid to buy a remote battery rather than do it themselves...the guy claimed they were closing for good soon.

Bose has made a name for themselves in the audio industry. While not always the best compared to the competition theres no doubt they have a solid product line. This store is great since you can see a lot of what they have to offer in one quick spot. Employees are knowledgeable/kind and overall this is a great place to pick up something from the company.

Best part of the mall!!!! I walked in and tried the headphones, they were crazy good!!! Then the worker showed us the surround sound system playing we are the champions at Wembley!! It was like you were there! Although it would cost $4000 it was worth the experience. I had goosebumps listening to it, cause it sound like I was there

Great experience! Brought in my soundsport headphones that were about 1.5 years old. Was having some issues with the rubber that surrounds the ear piece coming undone, they gave me a brand new pair, no questions asked. It’s nice to see a company that still stands behind their products, I will always be a Bose customer. Superior sound quality and superior customer service.

Customer support was fast and beyond satisfactory. Its a shame Bose is closing all of its retail locations. Navigating its remote and online customer support is very frustrating.
