If anyone is looking to buy anything from Fossil, I would recommend that you skip the store closest to you and come here. The staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. All credit to Mychaele who helped us with our purchase. She received us in a very welcoming way and showed us to where we would find the watch we wanted and gave us space to try on and see what we liked only showing up once in between to see if everything was good. Not only this but they agreed to match the discount given on the official fossil website and another email promo that we had received. Seven stars for customer service and experience.Buying online is obviously very convenient but I would recommend coming to this store as the experience was very good. I don’t know if the rest of the Fossil stores have the same type of seven star service but if they do a big thumbs up to the corporate people higher up.Coming to the actual store itself. Good selection of watches, bags, and accessories as well. Everything arranged in a convenient way. I would highly recommend the store to anyone who is planning on visiting.

Came here to get some batteries replaced. Been going here on and off for years and always have been met with a clean store and wonderful customer service. Yesterdays visit was no exception. The three women running the store were wonderful! Super professional and very friendly. My wife and I had a fantastic experience.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming, atmosphere in the store is calm and relaxing. Products were neatly organized and on nice displays.

I drove an hour out of my way to return an online order to this store and confirmed that it is possible to do this with a customer service representative as well as the terms and condition of the website and after walking into the store Im told they cant refund my items. It greatly disappointed me because I set aside my day to make this trip and the miscommunication on Fossils part left me lost. To be fair I was offered by the fossil employee to ship out my return but did not want too because of the risk that the package may be lost in transit (it sucks but its happened before). I love fossil and always shop there but maybe its time to take my business elsewhere.

They were incredibly helpful getting the back of my watch popped back on when I replaced the battery myself. They also gave me all the information I was looking for about getting replacement watch straps too.Very kind and helpful!

Drove 45 minutes to this store my first day off in weeks (Valentines day/my birthday) to have the watch I got for Christmas fitted. It’s 30 minutes past their open time and they are the only store in the mall that is closed. No signs or explanations on the door. Complete waste of time. Extremely unprofessional store. Will be returning my fossil watch.

I’ve shopped here several times and am very happy with my purchases. The associates are all very nice, especially Michael who is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and makes you feel like you coming in was the best part of his day. I highly recommend this store and the awesome people that work there!

I bought two smart watches from this location in the King of Prussia Mall. I was extremely impressed with the service and customer support that this location gave us. They were willing to work with us to check out many different models of smartwatch and help us find exactly what we needed. They were also able to answer all questions especially the technological ones

Premium brand, with below average service. Purchased a watch online for in store pick up. Receive a confirmation email that it was ready. The employees could not locate the purchased product and showed no sympathy, concern or urgency for the mistake. I traveled over an hour to pick up this purchase and am extremely disappointed in the overall service. I will no longer support the company due to this unsatisfactory service.

Incredible service by Ashley who went above and beyond to make sure my BFs son was happy! We went in for a size adjustment and left with a perfectly fitted watch that was engraved!!!!

I went in for a battery replacement. The sales person was very pleasant and replaced my watch battery in about 5 minutes as she was not waiting on anyone else. Very nice experience!

Clean and easy to browse the store. Employees are not pushy nor judgemental. Just wish that had a better selection of mens watches.

It was very busy and this place was too... :-)..I will say that the Employees did an excellent job under these circumstances..The selection of products was really good.. We saw and got a few things here and at many stores.. This is why i did copy paste for the same ☆ rating stores... This paticular place was great and i will say to Fossil Store better give those awsome Employees a Raise in Pay... IT IS WHY YOU GOT 4☆s. :-P .. ~¿♡. Think about it...In conclusion, Yes we would definitely return.. We live near a 1000 miles away and by a window of opportunity happened to be in this area at Shop day.. :-).. Very surprised with this store. Well they have great products to choose from. I liked the friendliness of the staff. They helped decide my bracelet and showed the best watches they have within my budget. Going there very soon.

Staff is SUPER pushy on trying to get you to buy ANYTHING. Any bag I even glanced at they were telling me to try it on and convincing me on how cute it was. Also badgered my boyfriend to try to get him to buy me a bag for Valentines Day. Since I love Fossil bags I ended up buying one but the sales associates were all really annoying and wouldnt just let me shop.

I came in looking for a watch that I saw online. Unfortunately it was no longer available but the employee helped me find something with the same style and color. I will definitely return in the future if I am in need of a watch or accessories.

Everytime I have been there it seems Im the only one in the store. Decent watches. I own a few and have no complaints. Staff was okay.

Was able to try my Gen 4 Smartwatch before I bought it, Incredible selection to choose from.

Was looking at smartwatches after being ignored as I walked through the door. When another associate caught the attention of someone nearby I was simply handed the smart watch and they went back to what they were doing. I buy fossil watches, but never will from this store. HORRIBLE customer service.

Picked out a wallet for my husband. The staff held it up front while I shopped some more. When I went to pay for it, it was already boxed. When I get it home, it was the wrong wallet! Not happy at having to finback to get the right one. The store is not very close to me!
