Don at Extra Space has been a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and helpful, especially in securing competitive rates. Can highly recommend this facility.Also, if it matters to anyone, temps inside are kept at a nice, cool temp at all times of year, and be it the occupants and/or the staff the facility is very clean at all times.Could use some more carts on occasion though. But usually not an issue.Also, not sure if corporate or local policy, but 24hr access would be nice. Not office, but just storage access.

This was the best process I have ever experienced with respect for using a storage space. The process was clear, simple, quick and efficient. I took some of my items within minutes of my online registration and found the location to be suitable to my needs. The facility is clean, easily accessible with easy to use hand trucks to move my items. The manager, Don, called me today and was professional and pleasant to chat with. I would have given 5 stars but I am cheap so I would wish for a bit of a lower rate. Everything else was 5 STARS!

Carley was extremely helpful and friendly! I lucked out with my timing and received first month free promotion only paying for taxes insurance and lock. Storage facility is clean and well maintained. Carley provided facility tour and demo how to use PIN and secure elevator.

He was very helpful in finding the right size unit for me and went above and beyond to make my experience at this facility a fantastic one, as well as making the rental process extremely easy. I feel great knowing that this facility is very secure and the items in my unit are very protected.

Store manager, Don, is the reason I have a storage unit at this facility. He’s super nice and has help me solve multiple issues, but not only solved them, he went above and beyond to do so. He should be running the company because he’s intelligent and knows how to treat people and customers. Thank you Don.

Update (August 2021): After having this storage unit for a few months now, I was hit with increase in my monthly payment (~40% rental increase). I wasnt notified about this rental increase and was taken by surprise by it. I called about this matter and Don & Karly helped me through this situation, doing everything they could and giving me all the information I need moving forward. This team is great. They call you back when they say they will and follow-up answering any questions you may have.Spoke with Don when I was there. He made the process very easy. Good facility. Very clean and climate controlled.

Renting the storage unit was very fast and easy online. Shortly after the store manager call me to asking if I have any questions and to tell me he is putting my lock in my unit. He was very professional and answered all my dumb questions like about if my 26 foot long uhaul would fit in the parking lot. The facility is amazing! All updated, super clean, nice security in place. They provide carts and covered loading area. You are doing yourself a disservice going on to a different self store facility.

The staff at Extra Space Storage made it easy to set our space up over the phone. They had it waiting for us with all the codes implemented and the lock available, ready to go. Our time was tight and I appreciated not having to come in as an extra step! This is our 2nd time using this company and I recommend them.

Don followed up with us right away. He helped walk us through our reservation, and prepped us with very clear instructions. Great rate that was better than other area facilities.

Don was great! He was quick to call after I reserved our unit, and quicker to get all the documentation over to us to review and sign. Looking forward to storing here for our move to our apartment which is right across the road. So theyre also super convenient!

I had such a great experience with Sarah here. She helped me after her coworker, Bridget was rude and did not seem to want to assist me. She was very into her phone and came off unwelcoming. Sarah on the other hand was fantastic and genuine. She had a warm smile and a super friendly energy. She helped me figure out what space was good for me and my family. I would recommend this location to everybody I know just because of the manager, Sarah. I would however recommend getting rid of Bridget.

My mother needed to rent a storage container and Don answered all of our questions and showed us the size of the units available. He was very helpful and professional showing where to enter the building and how to use the elevator to get to our unit.

Although the place is very nice and very well kept, I experienced something rather unprofessional. The employee Sarah, without knowing I was around, was speaking very unprofessionally about her fellow teammate. (I believe her name was Bridget or something like that). She spoke about her weight, and I personally am offended because no one should be shamed about his/her body type. I also didnt appreciate being followed in the hallway like I was about to steal something. Id rather move my two units elsewhere because clearly the CODE OF CONDUCT here is out of control.
