Phenomenal staff and best moving experience I could have ever asked for; will definitely use this location again!!!!

I’ve been storing long-term and the manager Neal has always helped me find good solutions as my needs have changed. He gives a personal touch by remembering my situation and offering friendly and efficient service. When I needed to make changes to my agreement with an extremely tight timeline, he was right there to solve it. As far as the facility itself, they have clean, climate controlled units that I can highly recommend.

Neal and Julie were absolutely amazing! Excellent friendly customer service. The unit was clean and tidy. I would give this place a 10 star if I could.

Procured a storage bin here in 2018 and the cost increased 20% in 3 years. It gets more & more expensive every MONTH and for a facility that literally does NOTHING, its pretty costly. Spare yourself, there are storage places in bridgeport & as soon as I get a truck Im leaving this rip off joint.

Associates are pleasant to deal with, in general the place is quite clean, the lockers are available for your use 24/7 & there are several payment options at your service. Not much more you can ask for when it comes to your storage needs.

I rented a uhaul for one day and due to the snow storm I was unable to drive back the truck. I called them that day and the manager named Neal was really helpful and understanding about it. I recommend this location and the customer service was really helpful and positive.

The staff is great. I had a complicated situation and they helped me through it. We has to move to a bigger storage and the manager showed me the options available. He was willing to take the time on a very hot day to help me figure out what the beat storage unit would be. They were flexible about meeting the needs of unforeseen issues that were out of my hands.

Neil is the best. I have rented numerous spaces from this facility for years and although they have changed the name, Neil has remained with them and provided excellent customer server.

I would absolutely use Life Storage again and plan on doing so in the future! One of the biggest reasons is due to the amazing customer service by Neal, the manager at the King of Prussia location. The man went above and beyond for myself and also the people next to me in line. He is an extraordinary example of the kind of customer service that is no longer found in America today. Neal deserves a raise for his remarkable support to customers.

Great experience! My main man Neal Bernstein is the guy to see. Man, did he hook me up. I fumbled around for quite a while on my phone trying to avoid going into the office on account of social distancing, but it got me no where. I walked inside and there was Neal. His positive attitude and professionalism really got me over the troubles I had previously endured. He quickly figured out what ever I did to screw up my reservation and righted the ship. I was off with my u-Haul in no time. On a more personal note, I believe that I will name my first born son after Neal. My fiancé and I have already decided he is the only man worthy of being the best man in our wedding. We weren’t initially planning to get married, but it was after meeting Neal that I proposed. I have used this place as a U-Haul rental place several times and I’ve never had any bad experiences. The most recent time, the check out process was very smooth and quick. The clerk and the manager were very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and orderly and easy to access. I would 100% use this place for both storage and U-Haul rentals.

Their prices are reasonable, the spaces are clean and monitored, the people are very helpful, pleasant and hard working. Also, when trying to figure out what size space I needed, they figured out the best space for me.....Julie and Neil are awesome and friendly! Julie was filling in for the day when I met her, but knowledgeable and fun.

The staff is knowledgeable and the grounds seems well kept. I use this facility to rent U-Haul trucks from as it’s close to where I need it. I have spoken to Dave about possibly renting a space in the future and he estimated the size space I would need. Friendly and easy to speak to. Keep up the great work.

Neil was very helpful and informed me of a lot of a lot of things on my uhaul contract. I would definitely recommend and rent from this location again.

We used Life Storgage for two purposes:1) We rented a U-Haul truck. We did everything on line. It was easy to do and the truck was ready for us when we arrived.2) We rented a 5 x 10 x 8 storage unit the same day. (Note: it is cheaper if you do the rental online rather than at the office.) The staff (Neil) was very helpful. He even helped us move a few heavy items from the truck into the space. Although I doubt that happens very frequently, the help was much appreciated.I would recommend this location.

Consistently Neil and his courteous staff have been exemplary in their professionalism and always are committed to providing their customers with a high standard of service. They are also very savvy in handling any unexpected challenges. Their decorum does not go unnoticed. I have also witnessed that the effeciency of the staff and how they work together makes for a more relaxed “atmosphere.” So Kudos to Neil and a much deserved “high five “ to the staff at Life Storage for all of your hard work. You know what they say.. the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little “extra.”
