I have never left a review before but I’ve never had such a bad customer experience. We ordered a fridge and freezer from Attwoods in February 2020. It has been 18 months now and we still don’t have them for our new house. Not only that, I never get updates. I have to hound them with phone calls and when I do finally reach them, they tell me they have no idea when they will come. I can’t just order a different set because my cabinets are custom built for this specific model. My in-laws have built 2 homes in Idaho and Utah within the last year and they have been able to get that exact fridge for both of their homes without any issue whatsoever. Very frustrating!

Service department is horrible. Been waiting since June for my washing machine to work. They do not return calls timely and the man answering the service desk gets confused. Technicians are all professional. However, after they leave the service desk fails to complete tasks.

Boy Ole Boy!!! Let me tell you!!! They can talk pretty good. I bought a new set of speed queen washer and dryer. I also purchased the extended extended service warranty. Which was a few hundred dollars more for an extra 3 years. I live 32 miles from atwoods and the only reason I purchased the extended service warranty is because they assured me that if I had any problems they would come to the house and fix it. Well after 4 months the timer on the dryer goes out. So I call them to come look at it. Only to be told they dont service my area but they delivered them here. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money...

I paid 365 dollars for attwood appliance technicians come out to my house to diagnose my refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. Two techs came and let me know they would call back with fees and parts to fix the problem. They called me the next day and told me they don’t fix the type of refrigerator I have, I think knowing the type of refrigerator I have they should have disclosed this before coming out and charging me. I went In today to ask them why they do this and the manager Robert wouldn’t do anything to make it right with me. He even admitted they should let people know before hand. Now I have to pay another company to come out and diagnose my refrigerator I really believe this is very bad business!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Attwoods Appliances for the amazing quick response... called Violet at 4pm yesterday & my Maytag refrigerator was delivered by Clinton at 11am this morning...less than 18 hours & fridge delivered clean & beautiful ! Thank you ! You guys are the best ! This place will sell you items and then send damaged products on delivery, new items! Sold me a refrigerator with water dispenser but didnt supply a filter. Was told they would order me one but cant get a call back from Nate. I do not recommend this store at all. The only good thing about this store is their delivery driver Jeremy from Texas.

Our refrigerator failed on Tuesday. Attwoods scheduled us for service on Thursday. Dan diagnosed and serviced our refrigerator within 30 minutes. He even had the part available! Pricing was reasonable, and his visit saved us the cost of a new refrigerator. Dan was courteous, experienced, and professional. We couldnt be happier!

Called Atwood two separate times regarding Warrenty repair on our LG fridge. Both times I was told they do Warrenty work even the first call I made the gentleman told me they can come out right away to fix it but they need an authorization letter first. LG was going to set up a service date but I told them I had a repair place I just needed the authorization letter. It took me one week to get the letter I just needed the date Atwood would come out for LG to finish the letter then Nathan at Atteoods tells me “I don’t know who told you here that we do Warrenty work for LG but we don’t because it takes too long to get paid”. Great I wasted one week and now have an appointment for an LG service guys 3 days before Thanksgiving. Until then no refrigerator. Thanks for ruining our holiday Atwood. 😡

Dan came out to look at my refrigerator and found out parts and labor was more then the fridge was worth. But he fixed my upper oven for me that has been down for years in very little time. I really appreciate his honesty and patients in dealing with me.

I needed a part for my Admiral dryer, they had it, I purchased it and all is well!!!! Robert is terrific!!!!!

Believe girl got upset because I didnt leave my contact info. Told her Ill call back. Now theyre not answering phone. If people get upset over petty stuff, not worth doing business with. They cry and wonder why big corp. companies do better.

Purchased a Stainless Steel Fridge and everything worked fine and the installation was top notch.

Im giving this company 2 stars because my 1st experience was awesome they fixed my washer 1 year ago...now my 2nd experience not so great. I have had 2... no call no shows to have my oven fixed. I phoned after the 1st and was scheduled again they could not tell me why the missed appointment happened, 2nd no call no show I called asking why a 2nd missed appointment ? Customer service said well call you back, 2 days have past. What is going on with this company?? If you screwed up say it and apologize if the part didnt get ordered say it and apologize. Im forgiving but to get the runaround is infuriating.Update- 6/11/2020 down graded to 1 star I called the company today, they scheduled me twice but today I get told my part is still on backorder!?!? Why schedule if its on backorder...I cancelled the service call and going back to the warranty company to get set up woth a new vendor.

Unbelievable high prices! Why should I shop here if I can get the same thing brand new at Home Depot? Prices need to be cut 3/4 for used and 1/2 for scratch n dent!

I needed a new washer today. Checked at Home Depot, they don’t keep any in the store. I would have had to wait 5 days. I went to Attwoods, they had what I wanted at a cheaper price. I was able to buy and take it home today. Wonderful service.

Any time we want to upgrade our old appliances, we always come here! Our refrigerator, oven and washer all came from attwoods. Their prices are great and you can choose from new or used. They also do repairs. Highly recommend.

We needed a new washer pump because a sock got stuck in it. We went in and the gentleman took it back to see if they had one. He came back with a used one and our old pump with the sock taken out of it. He asked if we really wanted another one or just try ours now that he got the sock out at no charge. Great customer service!

My sisters dryer is not repaired since 1st call from June 1st. Part not on truck but in the shop. Part paid for by phone, installed following Friday by Saturday next day not drying. Delay in coming back due to my request. Same part must have been bad, not on truck. No phone call as of today June 21st to schedule replacement of part. Ill purchase a new dryer from Home Depot.

Purchased a used gas dryer. I thought the price was a bit much. I paid about $215 installed, ( not worth over $100 plus delivery ). I gave them my old fridge, worth $25.I was looking for a new range and microwave also. Out of stock on both, price was higher than Home Depot on both of them. I thought I would get a discount on dryer, when I wanted to buy other appliances.I was referred to them by a friend. I decided not to buy others, when price on dryer was to high, other 2 appliances were higher also.When you buy a home and need all new appliances and you were referred. You dont try and get the highest $$ from a used dryer. I judge a business how much they want me to buy, plus how many I want.. 1st impression is important.You have to know your competition,I was in retail sales all my life. They should have picked up on my clues I gave them, a referral, Needed 4 appliances, just purchased new home, spent many thousands to refurbish.3 weeks after purchaes, dryer quite, drove to store, they set up appt to come in 2 days. The motor was bad, replaced with a rebuilt one, as was told. Same when I purchased, was told my dryer was refurbised.Obviously motor was not. They did resolve the problem no questions ask. That counts for a lot,However, 90 day warranty is defiantly not long enough, if motor had gone out 4 months later, I would have to pay to repair.In a couple of years, I will buy all new appliances, I will defiantly be on my toes to do better price shopping.

We have bought 2 washer/dryers (stackable) in the last 15 years. We got a discount due to a couple of small dents and scratches, but we knew what we were buying and have been very happy with them
