Went into the store to purchase a Refrigerator and washer and dryer, they dont have most products in store I guess I was lucky that day because I got all three there, they werent exactly what I wanted because I like most people, live on a budget. Plus theres a sign on the entrance that states they do not do deliver. My purchase was pleasant and the girls were fabulous 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact they have a limited supply of products and they dont sell display models, (which in my opinion they should).

Does this look a product which was professionally installed? (see pic dryer hose) Does ‘There’s nothing we can do’ sound like customer service of a reputable store? Instead of first -We’re sorry that happened and let us fix it- it was “You signed the paper.” So you’re telling me that I was supposed to pull my dryer out and inspect that a person who installs washer and dryers for a living put the hose on correctly? “Yes. You signed the paper.” Well, I also paid to have the stuff installed correctly! I have purchased 4 appliances here over the past 6 years and I will NEVER set foot in this store again! The way I was treated (including smirks and laughs) and the job that was NOT done correctly was so incredibly ridiculous! I refuse to spend any more time OR money. But I know a lot of people and this review does not end here.

I just have to say with how rude some people are the store manager I think her name is NIchole, has a whole lot of patience she is very sweet and kind. While I was in the store making a payment the store manager had received a call from another customer who was clearly yelling at her. I know this because I myself could hear the customer threw the phone on the other side of the counter. As she was helping me as well as trying her best to help this other customer who would not even let her get another word in other wise. It was clear that Nichole was trying to help she was very patient in trying to explain something about a dryer. I give her kudos because if it was me trying to talk to whoever it was on the other line I would have yelled at them or hung up. Great customer service Nichole I commend you for not treating others how they treat you.

We bought our dishwasher here last year. It cleans the dishes beautifully.Its better than any we have ever had. The salesman was very helpful in our making a selection. It even cleaned the film off our drinking glasses.

Didnt have what I needed

I Have had nothing but good experiences in this store. I have Purchased all of my appliances from this store and never had a dull moment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the delivery team was polite and professional.

Small store big customer service with a smile.

Donna and Roger gave us the best experience today in finding and buying a lawnmower. When we showed up, the store was busier than normal but they never once made us feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing them, even though we had a thousand questions. Donna said her normal department is kitchen appliances but she spent extra time looking up the answers to our questions and making phone calls if necessary. At one point l said “thank you for finding stuff out for us even though it’s not your department!” and Donna replied with a smile, “I’m happy to! It’s good for me to know as well for the future.” What a great attitude! Roger gave us great tips on how to use the lawnmower and helped us load it into our car despite the crazy heat outside. I would definitely come back here for other purchases and services. We left today with huge smiles on our faces and a really great shopping experience.

Went in looking for a new stove, the staff was very friendly and helpful they got it ordered and set me up for delivery and installation. Having this store in our town with knowledgeable staff is very convenient.

Unfortunately I did business with this Sears Store. I bought a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, costing over $2,000, less than three years ago. They delivered it to my home in Meadview, Arizona and installed it. The refrigerator quit working, resulting in the loss of not only a functioning refrigerator, but hundreds of dollars of spoiled food items. Sears will not come to my home to repair the refrigerator, still under warranty, and the store will not assist me in any way to resolve this problem. I understand the employees are not accredited by the BBB, but their rudeness (in particular the lady with streaked, bright red dyed hair) is a reflection on the management. After numerous calls and personally going into the store, she states the manager is out of town and not reachable. I want the public to know they should only purchase from this particular store with caution.

I have purchased several kitchen items like gas range, side by side fridge and .microwave plus new dishwasher from the kingman store. I have been treated very well by the staff and had every thing done i was promised. Very happy with the store.

Went in needing new washer and dryer everyone was very knowledgeable and honest will definitely be coming back for other appliances.

Mandy is a young gal with hot pink hair and an attitude that her poop doesnt stink. Well it does! I have been going to Sears for years, never had an issue for exchanging tools or other items. This gal assumed we stole it and she sold it to me. We have teeth and were not tweakers, but obviously Mandy thinks she is in Orange County, not Kingman. Honey your far from OC material, you remind me of one thing trailer trash. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE; THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED JUNE 15, 2018 BETWEEN 3-6PM WITH A Gift Card ending in 3295. Dont worry, waiting for district Manager to help us. We did not ask for a refund but an exchange for a working stud finder.

I get these offers in a text for Sears shopping. For the first time I go into the Sears outlet here, get my $79.99 purchase show the guy I have a text saying $10 off a $75 purchase. The coupon will not pull up on my phone. It ask for my email and password. I put email in and password... doesnt recognise me. Okay so I fiddle around trying passwords...Nada. no most places I shop, will give me the discount, this guy says call this 800 number. I call the 800 number they say they only issue points, I need to speak with Sears. I get transferred to Sears, lady answers and says I need to speak to point side. First I ask her if she in in United States. She says what difference does that make very deameaningly. I tell her I am trying vto get the $10 Sears rewards program sent me in a text to my cell phone. She says I cant help you I am not authorised to issue credits. I say well can a supervisor issue credit. She says yes she will transfer me. Disconnected me instead. Terrible customer service.
