Used to be a 5 star place. New management has changed that IMO. Went in to tires rotated, that were purchased from same location about 1 year prior. Was told the front ones needed replacing. Simple to me, they are under warranty. Not exactly as I was told. Also, they are no longer manufactured, so I would need to buy a different tire.Tires were under a pro-rated warranty only. Thats how manufacturers work. Why wasnt I told this? I was told if they ever need to be replaced, no matter what, they are covered. Even paid for an additional warranty to make sure!Needless to say, 2 weeks, $200 out of my pocket and a guilt trip by the manager, I got 2 tires. I think my next sets will probably be purchased down the street. Ive already given this establishment almost $5k in business.

I ordered five 35 inch all terrain tires which required the local store to call other stores to get them in. My store called me a week later and explained a delay situation. Good customer service. By the third week all tires were in and Discount Tire arranged a time for installation late in the afternoon the same day. 5 tires takes a long time. They worked beyond close time without complaint to get the job done right. Very happy with their customer service.

It was a good deal, the employees are pleasant, but not without some incompetence. They lack attention to detail and this is worrisome. First off, I had an appointment at 8 am only to find about 10 people in-line when I arrived 10 minutes early. They were supposed to have ordered one of the tires but couldn’t find it. Took the manager to find it after a 1/2 hour of waiting. Told them black walls out and to throw my spare in the back of my SUV. The spare was new and never used. I go to breakfast and take my time eating the buffet at Golden Corral. Come back and they have white walls out. So I had to wait while they redo them. Take the tires off, remount and balance. Then I look and they stole my spare tire, and left only the rim in the back. I go back in and they send someone out. Another 15 minutes, he comes back with an old used tire mounted on my spare and not MY TIRE. I had to go back and pick it out for them. I’m sure they wanted to keep it because it’s a new tire and not worn. Ridiculous what I’ll go through for a good deal.

Great job guys.Got it done quicker than expected in and out in about 45 mins, no wait at the check-in.The AIR line was also empty, no cars were ever waiting or backed up, which is impressive.They marked DONE on the app about 3-5 minutes in advance, which is a very smart idea, an saves the customer another 3-5 minutes.Great service at this location, thank you guys.

Unbelievable experience in the worst way possible. I plan to take my family on a trip, so before I had to have a flat tire changed. I had the spare mounted on my truck. They replaced the good tire then took the tire that had a puncture and mounted it onto my spare tire. So essentially they stole my tire that was good and replaced my spare with my bad punctured tire. I’m never coming here again and I’m going to tell everyone in Kingman about how awful they are

The manager is always attentive to what you need. If the young men happen to forget something let him know and he will have the issue handled.

They always get us in. Two shredded tires within a month on the old jalopy and they fixed us up. Very nice people.

Incompetent from top to bottom. Rudy, the manager, ordered a tire & rim that Sterling, the assistant manager, refused to install. Then there’s Joseph, who can’t even figure out how to ring up a sale on the register so I could pay for the items that they ordered, but wouldn’t install. The only thing they’re good at is wasting people’s time. Thank God for the guys at Route 66 Tire. Take my advice and use them instead.

I had a 8:45 appointment, its 10:00 and just getting my truck in to fix a flat tire. What is the point if having an appointment. It happens all the time I think its time to take my business elsewhere.

The customer service is excellent, and they are trying to get the cheapest tire they can get you, if you want of course. During the course of my trip, they recommended me a tire which was fairly reasonable when I checked other stores and online. I believe I had the store manager with me, he recommended I than I come back the next because he would have another shipment of tires that would likely be cheaper too. So he kept his word and luck would find yet a cheaper tire.Wait time are long I must say, and they didnt have wifi for some reason, I overheard technical difficultys. But it wouldve been nice. Overall I can recommend this store.

We realized on our way to Las Vegas that the side walls of two of our tires were very cracked and there was a nail in one of them. We called every other tire place in Kingman, and none had our tires in stock. Discount tire had our tires in stock, and we were in-and-out within 45 minutes. Fast, quality service, and helpful workers! I definitely recommend this place.

Gosh, I hate to write this because ive been a loyal customer of DT for 20+ yrs, and this store in particular for ~4yrs. I made an online appt for today in the AM 2 weeks ago, then had a schedule change. Since you cant change appt sched on line, I called in and talked to Dylan over a week ago. He said hed change the AM appt to 3pm for me. I showed up at 2:45pm today, and the fella at the counter said that I had no appt. Ive been waiting 1.5 hrs and my truck hasnt moved. So disappointing ...

I made an appointment and got in on time. They stated an hour to put on the new tires. They had me ready to go in less than 30 minutes. The crew is very professional and provided exceptional service and they had the best price as well!

There is a reason they are busy, they do a great job taking care of the customer. It wasnt very busy when I showed up at 11am, and was taken care of immediately. The manager Rudy is what I would consider a model manager, they have earned my trust and future business.

They are so nice. Brought in a tire from my other truck and they fixed the flat for free. This is why we like purchasing tires from them. The worst part is the wait. Although they did say they would call when it was fixed so we could go do something else. They never called but went to pick it up well after they said it would be done and they brought it out to us when we got there. Good service.

Went in for a tire pressure check becausemy light came on.A young gal pulled in ahead of me. The young man who checks tires should learn to flirt on his own time.Instead of telling her to pull over to continue their Google-eye fest...... I had to wait 25 minutes.This might not seem like anything to you, who is reading this, but I was then late for my doc appointment.When he checked my tires it took less then 6 minutes for EVERYTHING!Work ethic today for so many young people means nothing.At least he found my low tire and for me going.Otherwise I would say go to the other tire place down the street. I never had an issue over there even when thry are busy.Youngman, I hope someone talks to you about your priorities!

These folks were amazing and really well knowledgeable. They helped me get my problem with my tire solved and had a spare available as apparently mine was 23 yrs. old and they were surprised it even held air for the 4.5 hr drive as a drive tire and didnt blow out. I will say discount tire in Kingman will always have my repeat business if Im in this area. Thanks to Danny, Joseph, Sterling, and the other guy (I couldnt see his name tag )but thanks to helping save my vehicle and essentially my family and my life from what could have been potentially a bad situation had it blown out at 80 mph.

Sad,, the light indicator saying low tire was on and I know I didnt need air just an adjustment. This clown gets in my truck and pushes all kinds of buttons and then saying to me I dont know? Bring it back later. Like as though he will grow brains by then. Not happy.

Really thought these folks were better... They need to get rid of the glass wall looking into there shop. Four tire guys stood and talked while looking at my tires... Because I hand painted the raised letters ??? Then came the bill - when did tire shops charge for AIR ??? $7.00 Per tire. And they didnt offer Nitrogen. Thank God, hate to see the price for that !!!! ( Had them deflated and filled with Nitrogen elsewhere - didnt mind paying for it.)Some people rave about Discount Tire - I wont.

I have been going there since they opened and the customer service was always top notch. Well not anymore! They have really become difficult to work with. Instead of giving you the good deal right up front they make you work for it and make you comp shop first to get the better deal. And if you have to order tires pay for them up front because if you dont they will sell them right out from under you.

We had to do an emergency stop (our family of 2 adults and 3 children) on our way through Arizona. One of our tires kept leaking air at a very fast rate. The guys working there were wonderful. They got us in and out quickly and didnt charge us anything. They said the tire issue was actually an air valve and they did those as a complimentary service. Awesome people!

60 miles into a 1000 mile journey the brand new set of $1500 BFG Ultra High Performance tires on my Charger R/T began to vibrate. Not wanting to deal with this, I whipped in to DT on Stockton Hill in Kingman. First thing was a offer of cold water for the family (it was 115°+)They quoted me $80 and 45 minutes til they could start. A short talk with Eric?? and they pulled my car right in and were done in 10 minutes. When I went to pay the bill it was only $40 AND he threw in free balance, rotation AND FREE TIRE REPAIRS!I will definitely go back. You should too! And Im in same biz!

Im normally all for the little businesses and supporting local, but when it comes to something as important as tires, I leave it to their (Discounts) track record. This time was just a screw in the tire, but they fixed it for free (pretty standard as long as youve used them before), and to date I have yet to interact negatively with any of the techs. Its almost always busy so make sure you plan for a wait or plan an activity for the meantime.

Very friendly although I was disappointed when they were suppose to check all my tires and as I got on interstate again I thought Id check air pressure on tires and my back tire was only at 30lbs and I had ask them twice if they could check them all because I had run over someones furniture on the interstate that gave me a flat tire in the first place.

Reasonable time frames, options in price, professional, and accommodating. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars, the staff doesnt converse much with their customers beyond the services being done, and the lobby is too quiet but thats just my personal opinion/preference.

Did a walk in on a fully booked day (we did try to make an appointment ahead of time were told they were booked and to walk in but might take awhile) they were done about 3 hours faster than I expected on a purchased rotate/balance warranty thanks guys!

He had me come in and took care of getting new tires put on today.Big shout out to Sterling and Rudy.Thank you so much for making this right.07/2/2020: Im usually a big supporter of Discount Tire, but today after setting up an appointment yesterday to purchase tires, was told the ones they said they had were sold and they dont have any in stock.Needless to say Im not happy.Now I have to wait a week for an order to come in.This was not right.

Very friendly staff. I travel 9 miles, one way on rocky, sandy, chilled terrain. I asked to have my tires 1-3 lbs. under pressure. The guy checking the pressure, wouldnt do what I asked. Hence why I wont give 5 stars.

Pulled up and asked for air and they were more than happy to oblige. Yesterday i went to the other big tire chain and they refused to even touch my tires if i didnt buy it from them.
