Had to have the hard-drive upgraded in the computer. Very helpful to make sure that is what it needed and very fair pricing for the part and transfer of all the information from old hard-drive to new.The guys who work there are great will be going back for all computer repair or even if I just need a question answered.

I brought them my Microsoft Surface Studio, not a system you see everyday. It would not boot up and everything I tried was to no avail. I took it to them and they had diagnosed the issue the same day and laid out a plan to fix it. Great service. They were able to repair my wifes laptop after she spilled liquid on while it was running. Thought it was fried, but they worked their magic and it still works. While they were fixing the laptop spent time talking to them and they are very knowledgeable about most computer systems. Solved a programming issue once the computer was fixed. All of this service for less than $50. Well worth it.

The Computer Nerds came in a fixed our printer in no time. Lance was professional and even came after hours to help us out. We will definitely use Computer Nerbs again.

Appreciated the diligence and determination Computer Nerds exercised in locating the issue with my laptop. It was an unusual issue going on with my laptop that prevented certain websites to open but allowed others to do so, and even though it seemed like an easy fix with the firewall or security issue, it was not. Scott tried several avenues to find the issue and Im happy to say, he resolved the issue. It took about a day, so the downtime wasnt too bad either.

We had a problem with our computer and since Im working remotely, it was imperative to get it fixed quickly. Computer nerds fixed it the same morning at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them highly.

Whenever I had computer problems, I went to Computer Nerds in Bullhead City. So when I needed a new hard drive in my laptop, I was pleasantly surprised that there was a Computer Nerds in Kingman. I brought my laptop and ssd in and they installed the ssd and cloned my hard drive onto my new ssd. Everything was done at an extremely good price and it was done in one day. This is the only place I trust to touch my computer.

My computer was completed ahead of schedule. It works great and he has been there when I am unable to figure things out. I would highly recommend him and his company.

I had a computer issue and went online to see if there was a local shop and Computer Nerds was the 1st listing. I called them and they were very professional. I brought my CPU in the next day and Lance looked at it and diagnosed my issue very quickly! He had a solution right away. He explained to me my options and he made me feel like my issue was his issue. This company is Veteran owned and takes very good care of fellow Veterans. I know nothing about computers so when mine misbehaves I panic. I called Computer Nerds...so very glad I did. Dakota met me at the door with a big smile, a genuine desire to help me out and a wealth of knowledge to get the job done. Even though it still has some underlying issues, Dakota did manage to get it working for me right then so I could at least take it home to finish what I was working on when it died....all for no charge. Im taking it back to him tomorrow so he can diagnose the problem and get it fixed. GREAT customer service, AWESOME pricing and genuinely nice, helpful people. We were having computer problems and took our laptop to Computer Nerds Kingman, AZ. It was the best of choices. I had them check it out and do another test to find more about what could be wrong. During all this I was treated super nice and they explained what they were doing and all of my questions answered and so that this old man could understand it. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!!

Very helpful . Came in with my notebook which crashed, had it running in minutes. Came back with old laptop. Of mine, they saved and transferred all my stuff to a remote hard drive so I can transfer it to my new one Very friendly and Professional, Thanks to the Computer Nerds.

This company offers computer service in a clean and professional environment. The people were knowledgeable and efficient. They were all very nice and gave me a correct completion date.

They helped me find a way to send my laptop back to the manufacturer and they diagnose the problems for free great place to go.

Guys were great! They updated my desk top from Windows 7 to Windows 10. They are patient and understanding that I am not computer savvy. Answered any and all my questions as well as did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Their hours of operation are so convenient too, seven days a week. I highly recommend them. Scott was fantastic! Very helpful, explained everything necessary to re-install the hard drive in my computer. He went above and beyond to restore everything-including transferring my Word and Excel account from another computer of mine. He made sure I could navigate in Windows 10 (I was only comfortable in Windows 7)! I love this place. Ive dealt with 5 different employees, all are wonderful. Scott has been there most when I pop in, hes awesome. I dont know much about computers, so I bring my son in when he has questions or problems with his laptop. They dont just take over and fix it, they teach.

COMPUTER NERDS were extremely helpful after I was HACKED through my computer. They checked my computer taking out any programs that were installed without me knowing it.

These guys 🙌 We were well taken care of. Lance is THE MAN! Dakota was so kind and respectful when I called for updates.Back in Feb 2020, they diagnosed my sons laptop (Alienware) for free and it was an easy no cost fix. Now today, we had to have my laptop fans replaced on an Alienware also, which is a pain to work on. Lance whipped it out in about 3 hours instead of most of the day.Thanks guys soooo much!! After not receiving any Emails for two weeks (normally receive at least 15 to 20 daily). I checked the internet Google for local recommendations and after the glowing reviews called to make an appointment. Scott told me to bring it in and they would check it. 40 minutes after arriving, Scott solved the multiple problems--my computer is now better than before and the Emails are pouring in. I went to computer nerds with my HP Touch Screen In bad shape,was having all sorts of problems with it. They were patient with me as I try to explain the things that were going wrong and I appreciated that. They explained things so I could understand them and that was important to me. Im very satisfied with the first class service I got and if you want your computer etc fixed go see these guys or risk it with the alternative.

I got a service plan for my sons laptop while Im working overseas. The team at Computer Nerds has been great at taking care of problems I cant attend to, at any time they are needed. Good service is hard to find these days but Computer Nerds bucks the trend. I had my hard drive crash on my work computer, and they went into overdrive in order to get the replacement I needed. They had it installed, and ready to go the next day. I didnt think 5 stars was even possible, but they earned it!

Earlier this year I mistakenly accused this establishment of stealing from me. I recently found out through a chain of events that lead to the truth coming out about what really happened. Long story short it was something entirely different involving another individual that seized the moment and I drew an incorrect conclusion and for that I publicly apologize to computer nerds and its staff. They did nothing wrong and I want that to be known. They truly helped me and I will be referring my friends and family to them as well as strangers.

I told them what the problem was and what my budget was, and they got rid of the viruses and the hacker, put the program I need on my computer to keep them out, kept me under budget, and had my computer ready to be picked up on time.
