Everyone was so helpful when my printing order errored. Tiffany especially, in the printing department was so helpful and wanted to make sure my order was correct and I was happy. She spent a lot of time getting it right for me and never once was rude. She has exceptional customer service which seems to be rare these days. And also a huge thank you to the manager of the store as well, I didn’t catch her name she was great and helpful also and really made sure the mess up was taken care of! Thank you everyone!

Great place for all your office needs. Printing and copy department is wonderful. Didnt have a computer repair but did a check up on mine and got the results Id been looking for. Took my daughter to staples to get her school supplies. We got everything we needed at a very affordable price. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend staples.

Lady at desk was nice when asking to get order stuff printed an said they would call when done the next day. Well I waited an never got a call so called them at 5:50 (thinking they closed at 7pm due to google) she said they were done. Didnt mention they were closing in 10 min. Of course only one in town...

Stood in line for 10 minutes while staff chatted with customer ahead of me. When I got to the counter, they closed it! They sent me to another check stand, which they could have done 10 minutes before! Strangest thing was that they did not see amy problem with that level of customer service!

Most of the staff is very helpful here. Dont bother taking your computer here for repair. I took mine in and some female employee charged me over $300 to tell me it couldnt be repaired. She proceeded to try to con me into paying $500 more to install a new drive, etc! I took it elsewhere and it simply had a tiny virus in it. They charged me nothing. It still works beautifully.

Just left and what wonderful customer service! The lady that helped us fax back to Arkansas was absolutely amazing! I can not believe I didn’t get her name. Thank you!

Im an office product geek and I always find something here that makes me happy!

Just went there to make copies at the self copy machines and the attendent said I cant use ink jet paper which I brought. None of their machines in the store can print on ink jet paper. I never had that issue before. They should have at least one printer for ink jet paper costumers as they sell personal printers and ink jet paper. Not happy. Going to UPS Store. They are better priced anyway.

Lied about the capabilities of a laptop because they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK EVER!!!!! Told me it was really close to the other two that I really really wanted just to get me to buy something. Also I have gone in there 3 times to buy a tablet and it too is never in stock! Than to top it all off I buy the 2 year protection plan and she tells me the info to register it is all there and I have to register it and its not anywhere on my receipt!!!!!!! Wow.....

WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! I called at 3:30 on Saturday to see about getting three photos copied onto. card stock...thats it... three photos...and they said they couldnt do it until Monday. They did the same job for me yesterday (which took forever), and the files are right there on their computer, but they would not budge on rushing it. I needed the copies the same day, they knew that and they chose to be completely rude about the whole thing. I work in customer service and I cant believe this is acceptable store policy. Save yourself the frustration and dont go this store...just dont.

Horrible customer service. LAZY, LAZY,LAZY!First, I was standing at the counter thatmakes rubber stamps as I needed one. Iwas told I would need to come back Mondayfor the finished stamp. I said I did not havethe time so was told wait for two hours.I was the only customer during this dialogueand another employee interjected this originalcomment, sorry, we have so much back logwork to complete. At this point I said forgetthe order and walked out of the store notcompleting my purchases amounting to about$215. I will never go back. There seems to be a history of this in this store, when is upper management going to wake up?

I hate this store. It used to be a pretty good office supply store until they decided to become a tech store instead. Now, especially with the new manager they brought in from the defunct Bullhead store, they cant do ANYTHING right. The print shop has destroyed prints that have been brought in for mounting, print orders have been done completely wrong or damaged in shipping (my last order had to be redone multiple times before they got it right). No one will assist you with anything any longer and everyone from the manager on down is really rude. The last straw has come when I went in the other day to purchase three ink cartridges for my photo printer that was working just fine. After installing the supposedly new cartridges they turned out to be bad and destroyed the printer head -- as a result I was out over $50 for ink that couldnt be returned and a $200 printer that couldnt be repaired. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO VEGAS FIND ANOTHER OFFICE SUPPLY STORE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY OTHERWISE YOU ARE JUST THROWING TIME AND $$$ DOWN THE DRAIN.
