The new girl is great! The manager not as much. She has followed me and a client around the store as if we were going to steal. It was insulting. I quit going because of that but I had to come in the other day for something specific and it was pleasant because of the new girl. She was the best part of the visit. I walked in just to browse as Ive never been inside of one of these stores. My fiance told me he would surprise me and let me pick out something for him to buy as a gift. We walk around the store for 2 minutes, and an associate is following us the whole time, watching us as if we are planning to rob the place. She was very rude and told us we arent allowed to shop around unless we are licensed cosmetologists. If that were so, why would the shop be open for the public? I will not be returning to this store and I will make sure everyone knows of the very rude behavior from thai employee.

Good number of sale prices available...this location is always stocked. The staff are very helpful and generally get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Today my visit was fine friendly customer service. In the past though when the manager is there in particular Ive been treated less than anyone deserves. I dont know what her problem is.
