It was a pleasure meeting with Erik. He took the time to really understand our sleep needs. He gave us guidance, but was not pushy. He let us try several models. He fully explained the warranties. My daughter has cancer and 2 hip replacements, he took the time to ask her about her needs and what would suit her best with her situation, he also gave stellar advice on what mattress and box spring would suit her best. He was so welcoming the second we walked into the store and took us around to the mattresses he thought would suit each of us best and walked us through why he thought they would be best, he even showed us the difference in box springs and why they made a difference. He is truly the best of the best and I would recommend anyone to Erik, he was patient and understanding, he did not let us down and was definitely the reason we walked out of there satisfied with our purchase and experience.

This is a great place to shop for a new mattress. Todd Whitehead, the store manager was our salesperson on the day we shopped. He acknowledged our presence in the store as soon as we entered even though another person was also shopping. He was very informative and answered all our questions without the salesmans pitch. We tried out several and selected a new mattress. It was delivered on the day that they said it would come. The delivery guys were considerate of the furniture, etc. in the house and were also excellent at what they were doing. I LOVE my new mattress.....so comfortable and supportive!

On Thursday, October 21, 2021 I stopped at the Kingsport store to check out new mattresses for my king adjustable bed. I was greeted by Erick, who was very friendly. I found him to be very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was very patient with me as I took up a lot of his time checking out numerous models. He was very helpful In helping me choose just the right mattress for my needs.He explained everything fully and comprehensively concerning my purchase, warranty and financing. He was able to get my new mattresses delivered the next day. My first night’s sleep was excellent.I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends who are looking to purchase a new mattress.

We had been to multiple store searching for a fabulous mattress. When I found The Sleep Zone on Google, I asked my husband if we could stop by there. We were greeted by Todd with the best care! Todd did not push us towards any particular brand mattress, in fact he insisted that we take our time finding the right one for us. Todd was very patient with me specifically. We were looking for a good, comfortable, well made, affordable mattress. We were really not sure sure what brand we were wanting,. We decided to try Sleep Zone, we were not disappointed. Todd Whitehead took the time to ask us a few questions and directed to what might fit our needs. He also explained what was inside the mattress and let us take our time and try them out. We found the mattress that best fit our needs, and made the purchase without any pressure.

Todd did a great job answering all of our questions. He gave us space to check out all the different mattresses, but was close by to answer any questions we would have. From him to the delivery everyone was very knowledgeable about the beds. We were contacted after three weeks to let us know when the mattresses should be in and they arrived on time. We’ve only had our pro adapt soft mattress with ergo bed for a few days and so far we are very pleased.

It is also important to find someone who is helpful, polite and friendly; without being overzealous relative to the sale, no matter what the product line is. When my wife and I stopped by the Kingsport Sleep Zone store today we were pleasantly surprised to meet Erick Biorck who was not only extremely knowledgeable of his product line but a genuine pleasure to talk to and do business with. After several minutes of questions and discussion with Erik you begin to realize that he truly enjoys what he does, and takes pride in helping people. Erik has possession of a unique set of personal skills such as listening, reflecting, and plain ole patience. This is twice my wife have I done business with Sleep Zone in Kingsport and will be glad to do so again when the need arises.

Eric Biorck was super helpful and friendly. He made sure to let us know he didn’t work off commission so it wasn’t going to benefit him anymore if we bought a pricier mattress, which we really appreciated. He then asked what a comfortable budget was for us and only showed us beds in that range. He took us through what the structure of each mattress was and highlighted the differences as we tried different ones. Cant say enough about Erik, he was absolutely wonderful. We are new to the area and he was nice enough to tell us about some places to check out. My husband and I stopped in to look at the Sealy Copper II after eyeing it for the past 3 years and fed up with our old concrete mattress. We call around and research. The Sleep Zone offers a discount for first responders, and didn’t have ridiculous markups typical of basic furniture stores. Erik greeted us, educated us, etc. Bottom line is that we decided a base would best meet our needs along with a mattress (we ended up with a Sealy Silver Chill, also another we had eyed). Along with the 30 day trade in or trade up, we couldn’t beat it. We are people that don’t believe a mattress should ever be so expensive as to where it should have to be financed (growing up in a time when a week’s pay would once buy a nice quality mattress)—BUT, times have changed. Mattresses have come a long way. You have options. Knowledgeable consultants like Erik really help to ease the transition to a different mindset when purchasing a high quality mattress (without making you feel like you just walked into a used car lot).I’m lying on it as I type (they deliver but we wanted it tonight), and I already feel the neck tension fading away (from looking down at a cell phone in bed…like most of us do at night). I never thought I would be so excited for a new mattress…welcome to my 30s! Again, times have changed when it comes to lifestyles and mattresses. The base is where it’s at! I never imagined it would even work with my farmhouse platform bed (they didn’t use to when they first came out). There are so many options to fit your space, lifestyle, existing furniture, etc. It is important to have your concerns thoroughly addressed, and you need someone that specifically deals with mattresses all day long.There is a reason people come here from all over. This was a very positive mattress buying experience. Should I ever need another someday, this is absolutely where I will return. Erik also let us borrow his tarp to cover it so we could get it home, which was amazing of him to do! I’ll return it this weekend if you’re reading this. Todd was our salesperson and he was very friendly. He was very good about letting us Loki but was there for questions we had about the different mattresses. We discussed them and found one we liked. They were popping balloons for discounts,etc we got one that gave us a free pillow. He sat with us right away and we arranged the delivery for a few days later and to pick up our old one. They delivered it as promised and were very nice delivery guys. We were satisfied with the service we got and the people we talked to. Todd was very helpful.

My husband and myself bought a new bed today at Sleep Zone in Kingsport today. It has been a long time since we upgraded and our salesman Erik Biorck had all the answers. Todd was friendly but not pushy. Gave information on mattresses and answered my questions. Even suggested that I think about for a while. My second visit was as pleasant as first. Gave more honest information regarding my size vs his size person on the two mattresses being considered. Did not attempt to sell the more expensive. Just gave facts. Went to the store with the purpose of browsing to shop around. Todd introduced himself when we walked in the door and told us that he would not follow us around, but would be available for any questions. Once we decided on a couple of mattresses that we liked, he came over and went through all the details. Since we were only shopping around for the best price, we took pictures of the prices of the 2 we liked. We left to go to other shops to price compare. We ended back up at SleepZone, where Todd and Mark both greeted us as we went in. We told him the 2 mattresses we wanted, he checked he warehouse to see if they were in stock. Both were in stock and we were scheduled for delivery in less than a week. We were in the store less than 15 minutes.

We came in looking for a mattress for our master bedroom. Erik was very helpful and knowledgable from the beginning and very skillful in narrowing down the choices for us based on the answers we gave to a few short questions. In no time we had narrowed down to the mattress that we eventually decided to buy. After we decided on which one to buy, he explained very well the price, warranty and just the whole process of buying and delivery. Overall, this was a very positive experience and a lot easier than I thought it was going to be before we arrived at the store. This will be the first bed I’ve purchased from Sleep Zone and it was a very good experience. Immediately, after walking in the doors, I was greeted by Erik and he was super friendly. We went to several stores shopping around for a mattress for our son. We stopped into the store in Kingsport and were able to look around and try out all of the beds without any problems. We were pleased with the selection and we were asked if we needed any help. Our salesman Todd Whitehead was very friendly and knowledgeable but was not pushy and let us look around for a long time. When we finally decided between two beds, he was able to help us determine the right one. He walked us through the finance process which was quick and easy. My husband and I went here just to window shop. We had been looking at mattresses online for about a week and had come to the point of where we were ready to try some out and decide on what we wanted. Mind you this was the first store we actually went to so we could have that one on one experience. Im not much of a salesperson type of person. I would rather walk around try a few out and go from there. But, not at this store!!! We walked in and was immediately greeted by salesman Erik Biorck, he was with another couple and they had pretty much just started the process as well. He greeted us, and told us he would be right with us. He got the other couple trying out a couple beds and he came to us. He asked us a few questions on our sleeping habits, what we had found online during our searching, and our price range so he could send us to try some beds. He then bounced back and forth between us. He would have us try one and go to them, then have them try one and come to us. Upon returning everytime he asked what we thought about that bed, how did it feel, did we need to go harder/softer, and he would send us to another bed. During this whole process we seen him move mattresses so the other couple could try a adjustable frame with the mattress they picked. Which honestly, I thought that alone was impressive. And he followed up shortly after with doing the same thing for us so we could really see what the size difference was between a full and queen. Again, impressive. And, by doing this he got me to really realize I wanted a queen instead of a full. But, lets get back to Erik and why Im writing this review.... So we decided on a mattress, and a adjustable frame. He wrote the job up, called the warehouse and made sure to get a accurate and a time that would work for us for it to get delivered. And, Im expecting it to arrive tomorrow!! Which again with the work shortage right now, and just the situation in general was awesome of them to handle so quickly.So with all that being said...this place is great! Very clean, organized, and has a great staff. Erik, Im not sure if you actually are the person who will read this but if you are, I want to say...you do your job great, you had patience, and urgency to get your job done right and well. Went in tonight to see about purchasing a new mattress set. Wasnt sure what I was searching for. Erik showed us several options and styles. He thoroughly explained the differences. I was looking for a good pillow for neck support. I visited The SleepZone Mattress Center in Kingsport. They were very helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything. I did not make a purchase my first visit because I wanted to look at other pillows. After going to a few other places who were no help, I returned to SleepZone in Kingsport to purchase my pillow. I was in and out of the store in ten minutes with exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly.

Me and my Husband stopped in today and purchase a Pro Adopt Hybrid and Base. Erick Biorck helped us in deciding which bed was best for us. He explain the difference between the 4 beds and showed us the difference it make in breathing and taking pressure off my chest hips and knees when he adjusted the base. My Mom and Dad are both in their 90s, Me I am in my 60s we all suffer from a condition that allows our stomach acid to burn our throats when lying flat.. Propping up pillows to prevent this was getting old and at our ages a better mattress to help out with our arthritis would also be wonderful .. With the patient and knowledgeable help of our salesman we bought 2 adjustable bed frames and 2 queen sized tempur-pedic mattresses .. Today the wife and I visited the store in Kingsport. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Erik Biorck and were pleasantly surprised by a very nice, informative, and low pressure visit. The store was perfectly clean and well kept. Erik was a picture of professionalism and his knowledge of his vocation was very impressive. He expertly answered every question we might have had (some we didnt even know we had) but was never pushy or overbearing. He made us feel like family. After an excellent demonstration of options and features, we wound up buying two adjustable ergo bed bases. I have every confidence that we will find great satisfaction and comfort with our decision to do business here. I would recommend visiting this store if you are looking for high quality merchandise and a very helpful and pleasant shopping experience.

Erik was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. From the second we walked through the door he made us feel right at home. Stopped by the store a few days prior and spoke to Mark about buy a new mattress. I explained what I was looking for and he took me directly to what I wanted. Super nice, very knowledgeable about their inventory and products. I stopped in again 01-13-21 to make a purchase of the mattress I found. Erik was the only one there and immediately greeted me and was very professional. I explained I was already here and was ready to buy this one mattress. We spoke briefly and he inquired what and why this particular mattress. After some discussion, his knowledge was awesome, he directed me to look at a similar product different brand. I was happy to look and actually was sold on his recommendation. This store is very clean, friendly staff and very knowledgeable and seem to care about their customers, which other vendors have gotten away from. It was refreshing and a great experience as I was having the worst time in my life, they made me feel valued. Thank you!!

Eric was so nice and patient. He did not push you to buy any brand but what was best for you. He wanted you to be satisfied. He explained each mattress so you could understand the benefits you would obtain from the mattress. You could tell his knowledge was very extensive in all the mattresses.

Let me begin by saying that I have had been to many places (brick and mortar stores and online), and it was very refreshing to walk into The Sleep Zone in Kingsport, TN. I went in about 6pm and there wasn’t another customer in the store, and I thought, “Well, they either aren’t that great OR the sales people are obnoxious. “ I was completely wrong on both counts. I was greeted professionally and courteously by Eric, and man, he really knows mattresses! Eric inquired about what I was looking for, and while we were chatting, I also shared with him what my price point and budget were.Eric is incredibly adept, not only at product knowledge, but also at making all of that product knowledge very easy to understand. He expertly helped me determine which mattress was the best fit for me, and what base to pair with it. If you’ve never slept on a bed with an adjustable base, please change your life right this second, and invest in one. I literally cannot fathom WHY I haven’t gotten one sooner. If you are in the market for a mattress, regardless of what your budget is, please do yourself a favor and go see Eric at the Sleep Zone! My fiancé and I went to Sleep Zone in Kingsport, TN looking for a mattress that would last for a long time. Erik Biork helped us tremendously! He gave us our options and was 100% honest with us. He did not try to cheat us just to make a sale and we appreciate that so much. He made sure that we laid on the bed so that we knew what we would be sleeping on. He interacted with us and made sure that we were taken care of. If we ever have to get another mattress in the future we will for sure go to sleep zone and ask for Erik! My sister and I were shopping for a mattress for my mother. Erik offered his assistance and thoroughly explained the different options available along with pricing and helped to resolve concerns about the height of the mattress from the floor. This is the second time we have purchased a mattress from this location.The first purchase was more than ten years ago and the Tempur mattress is still ok to sleep on. We decided to upgrade Pro-Adept Med Hybrid with Ergo bases. The sales Manager Erik Biorck was most excellent. He greeted us warmly when we walked in the door. Was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses. Allowed us to take the time to decide which firmness we were going to be happy with without any pressure. Excellent place to buy a mattress. Staff was very helpful to find something within my price range. I ended up getting the full set and I didnt think I would have enough to. I called ahead and the person who helped me seemed very knowledgeable he had answers to questions I had about pricing and what they had in the store instantly. My wife and I went to the Kingsport store today. We were looking for a firm mattress that fit our budget. Erik came up to us and introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for. Erik was very thorough in answering our questions and demonstrating to us the pros and cons of each item. We found the mattress weve been wanting and decided to upgrade with Ease Base Erik was very helpful in demonstrating the product. He demonstrated how the bed was with and without the base. He had us sold. Erik had very professional and personable demeanor and we really enjoyed our visit.
