James Glover was the Mobile Expert who took care of all my questions and then worked on my phone to get everything set up better for me. I am 80 years old and certainly not tech savvy. He never talked down to me just answered all of my questions .. I wanted to buy a smart watching he helped me with that.

They were FANTASTIC. David Little was the customer service representative who waited on us. He was EXTREAMLY polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. If more companies had customer representatives like David they wouldnt have half the problems they do and wouldnt loose as many customers they do. I give David a rating of 10+ on a scale of 1-110 and HIGHLY recommend T-Mobile.On a final note their 50+ plan is FANTASTIC. It is UNLIMITED talk, text and data for $70.00 a month. If you do autopay you get a discount of $10.00 a month for 2 lines. This is the BEST plan I have seen.

The people that work there were very nice and helpful but I went in to get a phone and sign up for service. My wife has been a customer for years with T-Mobile so I trusted them because they were good to her. Well I didnt have any problems but when she upgraded to a new phone they then try to slap her with a 750 dollar bill when they said she didnt have to pay anything upgrade. Then when we try to get it resolved we had to constantly call the store just to get ahold of the manager and when he was suppose to call us back he never did until 3 or 4 days after he said he would call us back. Well we finally got the situation resolved and everything is great. But there is a lack of communication.....
I would recommend going without a phone over using this company.The only reason they get two stars is because eventually, they did end up being able to achieve what I needed done. -but I assure you, it was a process.The staff is generally clueless about their processes and services. The employees in store have to call a corporate number to get most things done, so youre better off just calling on your own. They sit in the corner and chat with each other while you are waiting on them to do their part of your upgrade/return/etc. The customer service is some of the worst I have experienced.The billing is never consistent and even the billing hotline cant explain the bill.If youre a cute girl, the employees will go through your phone to get your info and add you on social media. They mock and laugh at elderly customers as they are leaving. -privacy and professionalism doesnt exist within this corporation.

The T Mobile in Kingsport has a couple of exceptional employees. One is an assistant mgr and the other one is an employee. Because of these two people I return to the kingsport T Mobile. Both of them give and personal customers service. Thanks Brandon and James for your courteous kind and sincere help that you give the customers. Because of the two of you I give that store a 5-star rating.
I went there to sign up for service at 330pm Sunday July 19. CLOSED. I had to drive to Bristol.
Usually fast service and the employees are friendly. Sometimes they will be clueless about a new program or sale, so I think that management should do more training. Overall, its a good store.
I stopped by Tmoble to get a new charger for my phone and I received great customer service from one of the employees.
I 100% recommend this T-mobile store based on my experience. I went in to switch from AT&T and Robert was very helpful and made the switch painless. A++
Tmobile was excellent. Too bad at 72 years old I had to go there to certify that I was actually eligible for the 50$ senior plan under threat of a price hike. RLB. 20 year customer.
Friendly and helpful staff. I have had T-Mobile service for almost 2 years now and I have experienced no issues.
Called today at about 4:30 on 7/1/19 to inquire about upgrading my phone, and the guy who answered was very rude, condescending, and obviously angry that he had to bother with connecting me with customer service. This is not the way to treat a faithfully paying customer.

I live in the city cant get a signal at my house almost impossible to send a picture. Have talked to company and they cant do anything.... Still paying for phones and service that dont work half the time and to cut them off it would cost me $1000, plus I pay a $200 plus phone bill for myself, husband, and daughter monthly.
Friendly, fast service. I am just hoping one day T-Mobile makes their cellular network equally fast in the Kingsport area.
The agent was helping someone so he called the manager out to help me and he solved my problem in 1 minute. I was happy camper.
I would probably give a 4.5 because we have had a couple of problems with the phones needing to be reset, etc. but we have always received very good service here so I have to give that part of it 5 stars.

I bought a phone and come to find out the person who sold it to me ended up knowing there were problems with the one they suggested. And I had to swap it out 4 times. On my new phone I was going to pay some and put on my phone bill like the person said but when I go to check out they tell me I have to pay for the whole thing right now. Im just glad I had the money since they already charged my card. Plus they will try to get you to buy one get one free and tell you on the bluetooth Oh the free one is out of stock if you want one you have to buy it. Why bring it up if you dont have it and I didnt mention it. Im taking my business to the store in Johnson City.
